Room was huge,clean,updated.balcony great,24hr cafe, restaurant,pools,stores,game room what wasnt to like.come here frequently wouldn't stay anywhere else!

On a weekday and not very full hotel was asked for a decent ocean view was put at the tail end with a sideways small view of the ocean, since this was a gift for my mom it was disappointing. But everything else was exceptional.

I loved the view , connected rooms if you like , & so many things to do !

The gentleman at the front desk made smart remarks towards me and others that was very inappropriate … the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned there was hair in our tub & our shower drain was clogged I’m guessing it was filling over my ankles trying to shower …

Location was perfect and the hotel had everything you’d want at the beach. Easy to navigate, wonderful view regardless of which room you were in. Staff was very friendly and pleasant and very accommodating.

My only complaint was the bathroom was small and the door was in the way of the shower and the toilet.

The view was better than what I imagined! Spacious rooms, tv, clean linens, and location was very close to the beach.

When we arrived there was trash left from the previous people left in crevices of the bed, which made us think the rooms aren’t cleaned as properly as they should be.

Pool was great, room very clean and large space to move around. To us, it was still a partial view like last our last stay bc the partial view had a huge view of the ocean. Can't beat the location!! Beds are really comfy. Maintenence and housekeeping were super quick to respond.

Overall it's dated with weird extra pieces of old furniture in the room. Chairs are wobbly and padding is hard bc they are old. No front light switch so you wade into the dark room at night. Little things make a big difference for a 5 star but it's a stellar 4 star.

Prominent to boardwalk was great, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful Ocean view. Staff was helpful. Our microwave wasn’t working properly, so FACILITIES immediately came up and gave us a new microwave.

I only wish that the kitchen had had some forks knives and spoons. There was no dishware at all.

The restaurants, coffee shop and bar was delicious and clean. The heated pool was good.the staff was excellent. will stay again!!!

Mattress a little worn on one side of the bed but still slept.

the room was spacey able to move around with no problems.

The Bathroom was a little too small for two {2} people to be in together bathroom door was too close to the tub and shower and also the toilet.

I love the spacious of the room, the beautiful view and easy access to the beach! I also liked the shops were close by, bike riding available. The beach was never crowded.

I think you need to enhance your food menus. It seems like that it’s only one kitchen because all the food menus were the same. I understand you have a lot of foreign staff and that’s great to give them an opportunity but please ensure they understand customers don’t have to patronize your establishment. One person can cause someone not to come back.

Location was great! On the boardwalk and had an ocean view. You can walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. We saw staff cleaning daily. Vacuuming, sweeping, washing windows, wiping things. Very nice, indoor and outdoor pool areas. Shopping, cafe, pizza, ice cream right at the hotel. The room size was big!

For such a great hotel, I think the bathrooms need updated! When you open the door you hardly have room to enter. The room itself is small. The bathtub is small. I kind of felt claustrophobic while showering.
