Pool was great, room very clean and large space to move around. To us, it was still a partial view like last our last stay bc the partial view had a huge view of the ocean. Can't beat the location!! Beds are really comfy. Maintenence and housekeeping were super quick to respond.

Overall it's dated with weird extra pieces of old furniture in the room. Chairs are wobbly and padding is hard bc they are old. No front light switch so you wade into the dark room at night. Little things make a big difference for a 5 star but it's a stellar 4 star.

The view was better than what I imagined! Spacious rooms, tv, clean linens, and location was very close to the beach.

When we arrived there was trash left from the previous people left in crevices of the bed, which made us think the rooms aren’t cleaned as properly as they should be.

Prominent to boardwalk was great, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful Ocean view. Staff was helpful. Our microwave wasn’t working properly, so FACILITIES immediately came up and gave us a new microwave.

I only wish that the kitchen had had some forks knives and spoons. There was no dishware at all.

The restaurants, coffee shop and bar was delicious and clean. The heated pool was good.the staff was excellent. will stay again!!!

Mattress a little worn on one side of the bed but still slept.

The hotel is amazing. It has everything you could want or need.

the room was spacey able to move around with no problems.

The Bathroom was a little too small for two {2} people to be in together bathroom door was too close to the tub and shower and also the toilet.

Love the location and closeness to the beach, like having restaurants on location, love the size of the room and having the small kitchen area, balcony view is amazing! Staff is always helpful and friendly!

We have stayed multiple times over the past few years, this time I noticed that our room could of been cleaned a little better....... there were handprints and smudges on the glass door to the balcony, there was dirt and dust around the room here and there that should have been easily cleaned or vacuumed better.... wasn't horrible but definitely could have been better....

Only bad thing was parking especially with a disability

This hotel is conveniently located, on the boardwalk and centrally close to all activities, restaurants, etc. Yet, you wouldn't even have to leave the premises if you didn't prefer because it has most everything you'd need. Some things within the hotel are overpriced. Overall, you get an experience. It's clean, comfortable, with designated smoking areas right onsite. Clean pools, decent food, friendly staff, and it smells great in the lobby (a new feature) which is welcoming and beachy. Loved it! Been staying here for over 20+ years.

1. It appears that Russians own the food/drink places onsite now, which didn't used to be the case years ago. Most of the housekeeping staff are Spanish speaking. The diversity is nice, however, it make communications regarding room and food/drink more challenging. 2. They need to upgrade from 12-cup coffemaker to a keurig. 3. It'd be nice if the hallways were cooler, less muggy. 4. Diffuse the lobby scent throughout the rest of the hotel and hallways. 5. We requested "direct oceanfront" and received an angled view. For the money we paid, I'd have preferred paying for what was requested upon the initial reservation booking. I even called to confirm closer to our arrival and was told we'd have one but we didn't.

Pool was cold, a couple spots of black mold on ceiling. I woke up with my chest tight, i had to use my inhaler for the first time in 6 months. I didn't smell anything bad so im assuming mold maybe in the carpet? The room itself was very clean upon arrival. Stayed 3 days and didnt see a housekeeper once. We did find a cart in the hallway with clean towels. We put our garbage in the hallway by our door and it did disappear over night. Called front desk once and someone brought us more coffee and creamer The staff was outstanding!
