That it is very nice and clean. All of the employees are very helpful and accommodating.It's very conveniently located.The continental breakfast is really good and Gemma the breakfast hostess is very sweet and does a really fine job!

The internet most of the time did not work for us. We called the IT department and they reset the routers outside our room. It worked for a little while and then stopped.

Breakfast was delicious with a healthy variety. The staff was always cleaning and wiping, which was exciting to see.

Here was no microwave to reheat your food if it had gotten cold.

This place and the employees was amazing and so helpful and friendly, I had a bad experience before coming here and thought my vacation was ruined until I got here and they turned my vacation into such a wonderful experience. Anytime I go to Ocean City this is where I will be staying at. My room was so clean everything was clean even the hallways the lobby, stairs, I seen employees cleaning up at all hours of the night. I was very impressed with Fairfield INN. Chad was the manager at night and let me tell you we loved him he made sure to take good care of us while we were there and Josie she was so sweet and helpful at the front desk when I was checking in and when I was checking out Jordan asked me how was everything and I told her It couldn't have been better. Thank you Fairfield and Chad,Josie and Jordan for making my stay exceptional. I appreciate each one of you!!!!!!!!!!! We will be back to see you guys again.

It’s close to other establishments like Dunkin Donuts, Mini golf club, RTW store.

I didn’t like some food in breakfast were recycled, I caught the old lady didn’t wear gloves when she prep hash browns at the kitchen because I was looking for a staff to fill up water in the water jar. One table foot was not balanced and it startled us when we place our elbows on the table and the coffee almost spilled over. Food shouldn’t be recycled cause it does looked visible to guests and staff should wear gloves when preparing them even if they washed their hands before touching food.

The room was spacious and nice, the bed was comfortable. Balcony was a big plus! Great for having a nice evening time while the kids are asleep. Breakfast was not too impressive, but OK. There were 2-3 options of eggs, 1 option of meat and some fruit, yoghurt and cereals. (Filtered) coffee & tea available 24/7 at the reception. The hotel is close to the northern end of the boardwalk.

The room service could've come more often. The pool was a nice plus, just the water didn't seem to be very clean. Parking paid extra.

The staff was nice and the place it smell clean Perfect for the price and just 3 minutes walk from the beach! The breakfast was very good the person who was in charge of that was very kind and nice ! I will probably return to this place in October

The location was perfect. The view we had was fantastic. From check in with Amy, to check out with Lajuana (hope I spelled her name correctly). All the staff were super nice. Even when we checked out at 3:30 am. She made us fresh coffee, brought us 3 apples and 4 bananas for on the road. Everyday there were different selections for breakfast for the meats. The beds were super comfortable (even though they were to soft for my back) I melted a little much in them.

I was dishearted over the pool. It was really small, and there was not a hot tub, we always look forward to winding down at the pool and hot tub. That is the only thing that disappointed us.

Close to the beach! Extremely clean and excellent staff!
