The suite was very comfortable and clean. The ocean views are wonderful and the location at the end of the boardwalk allows for easy access to walk the boards or bike. We had an issue with our room key not working mid week and the maintenance staff responded promptly to resolve the issue. He even took extra time to come back and fix our bathroom door that wouldn't close (it had a loose hinge).

There were no available dollies/carts to take our stuff to the room. When we asked the desk staff , he acted very disinterested and told us they didn't have any. (They do). We saw several of them later. It appears that people were keeping them in their rooms instead of returning them to first floor when done. ☹️ Not sure what you can do about inconsiderate people, though.

Every suite is oceanfront and you have an excellent view of the ocean from your balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There is 24 hour coffee or hot chocolate available at the Dunes Court Office where you check in.

No complaints here. However, we were there in the off season but the parking situation can be challenging in the peak season when the hotel is full and you may have to park somewhere other than right in front of your hotel.

Location was great. Room was nice size and the mini kitchen was very good. Beni our housekeeper was fantastic.

The Smoking policy was horrible. So many people constantly smoking on the balconys made it impossible to use ours. The smoke came right onto our balcony at all hours. I'm very allergic to both cigarette and pot smoke which seemed everywhere on the property making our ocean front balcony useless. One of the housekeepers was smoking in the parking lot and on the floors before going into rooms. This place needs to make the entire hotel smoke free. The way it is we will never come back.

It was very clean and the elevator was nice. The balcony was also nice. We left the window and door open all night and during the day when we were in the room to hear the ocean. We went in October so it was super quiet and easy to park. The front desk was super friendly as was any staff we came across. One staff member was willing to leave the elevator to let me on instead since he had a big push cart, but I told him no thank you. Also I loved the amount of pillows on the bed and there were extra in the closet if needed. The closet itself was great as was the kitchenette. Sunrises were gorgeous and we could enjoy them on the balcony or even from our bed!!

There was a drip coming from the above balcony that had made a stalagmite (tite?) on our balcony ceiling and it would sometimes drip on us. I think it was from the heater/air conditioner above us. There wasn’t a place for us to wash the sand off our feet near where we entered the hotel so we tried our best to rid ourselves of the sand.

excellent location, great view, spacious room. Liked the fact that it had coffee, liquid and powder creamers, dish soap, plastic and paper cups, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, had soap, body soap (all the small details that make a difference)

I got a KING bed, I decided to remove the covers from under the corners of the bed (personal preference) and notice there was a lot of sand throughout the bed. It made it seem as the person that cleaned the room didn't remove all sheets before fixing for my stay. Liked the fact that there was plenty of parking spaces.

The windows need to be blackout for a good night sleep specially in the lower level is to close to the boardwalk train and the lights are bright. The room was clean. I would have enjoyed a little more privacy between the bedroom and the living room as a suite. I will recommend that instead of grass area for the dogs to poop,, to add a nice family pool and a clean area for kids to play. That will add value to this location. I didn't like sharing the pool with the dundes motel. I usually visit the Dunes manor hotel and this year I paid almost the same amount of money to visit the suites looking for more comfort . I love your location however suits should be more focus on family trip comfort. The housekeeping team was very nice and friendly.

Perfect oceanfront room. Kitchenette for convenience of not eating out every meal.

Housekeeping came in my room when I clearly had a do not disturb sign on the door. Guest on the same floor smoking a cigar on their balcony which permeated my room. I called the front desk but they seemed reluctant to take action.

The staff and location were great. Really nice accommodation for the October pricing. Room was super clean with all you could need.

Person in the room next to me was smoking every time I was on the balcony. Hard to find the office on arrival.

Location, location. location! The end of the boardwalk was such a convenient place to stay. There’s a bike rental right there, a short walk to basic conveniences like AM coffee and a few restaurants and beach supply shops within a 15 minute walk.

The exterior of the building is dated and the parking situation is a bit crowded. Luckily, there’s an overflow lot across the road.

The room had a musty odor and needed to be aired out. The bathroom sink stand had cracked paint and was badly peeling. The room needs some updating regarding the refrigerator and the stove as they are very old. You were able to smell marijuana drifting from other units as you sat on the balcony.
