Absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is also what got us back for the second year in a row. I had a very pleasant experience.

We didn’t get any housekeeping service (stayed Tuesday to Friday) despite the front desk telling us they’d be in every other day. We had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. We had to stalk housekeeping carts in the hallways for things we needed. We ran out of toilet paper once and had hand soap instead of body wash in the shower. We also never got our little water bottles and snack for being Hilton Honors members at check in. Other than that, staff was friendly and these things ended up being minor compared to the overall stay. Nonetheless, little things can make a big difference.

The fingernail marks throughout the room, including the toilet. Also the exhaust fan was loud. My neighbor had there exhaust fan on for 3 days. Seen him in the hallway carrying black contractor bags.

So seriously the hotel was amazing, the rooms were incredibly clean and well maintained. You can tell this property is well managed, not only in appearance but in staff encounters everyone was nice and friendly answering any questions with ease. And the elevators are clean too!! I know these things sound small but yiu just don’t quality and kindness anymore and this place had it all. And I had a load of kids with me so thanks again.

I don’t have anything bad to say just keep it up!

Gabe welcomed us at check in, gave us extra pillows, and even came to our room to help us figure out how to operate the tv. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast-to-go bags are such a great idea! We liked that you have personal items available - like toothbrushes - in case we forgot to bring them.

There really should be directions on exactly how the tv remote works. We did not know how to watch just regular tv stations.

This place is so beautiful! As soon as you walk in even the lobby where you eat was huge! Very Beautiful! They even had cheese omelettes! Came here for my birthday surprise! Off season is definitely cheaper! We will be back again.

50$ deposit for the room you don't get back until 7-10 business days! And the fact that they are cashless here.

I loved the location and the room amenities. They provided full-size hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo/conditioner. This allowed me to use the products provided and not have to use my own and it lasted the entire stay. I loved that the pool was inside and despite the weather outside my kids were able to play in the pool.

I didn't like the breakfast options. The sausage seemed undercooked The waffle machine was the best part. The biggest issue was the weak coffee. It was weak. They need to invest more in that department because it was a teue disappointment.

The hotel was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic - a huge variety to choose from.

The "heated" pool was cold and so was the 24/7 coffee and hot water. These are two things I was looking forward to and such a disappointment 😥

room was very spacious, super clean and comfy, bed so comfortable . the bathroom was exceptional - great shower - the controls were at the opposite end of the shower from the shower head - so I could step in the shower and adjust the temperature without scalding myself :) - there were many many fabulous shelves in the bathroom, plus a wonderfully spacious countertop. A terrific space - loved it!

Room very clean, no issues with facilities. Decent pool. Staff very friendly. Convient locations. Less than 5 minutes from beach and boardwalk in no traffic.

Mattresses could be a touch softer, and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but it is the same as you see at many hampton locations.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly and that it was!!! The facility is clean and the staff is phenomenal! THe breakfast is decent and the location is not far from the Boardwalk & Beach. It is located close to all fast food restaurants, stores & main road leading to beach.

The only downfall was the scent (pet smell) in the room from the wall to wall carpeting especially in the rooms that allow pets. In my opinion, those rooms should have laminate flooring. We stayed in other pet friendly hotels on our road trip and this was the only one that had carpeting in the rooms.
