Everything, especially the view, is amazing. I love it, and it's also close to everything. I love the Bayside view, and the staff is really friendly. That was our 3rd time that we stayed there, and we definitely would stay there again. I really like the fact that everything is in walking distance and it's not far to the boardwalk. My parents even loved it. We also love to go fishing and crabbing, and it's really nice that the fishing pier is right there and included in your stay. The only thing I had to do was get a pass from the office with our room number and the date on it. We really enjoyed fishing and crabbing over there. We will definitely be back again. Even the sunsets are breathtaking and so beautiful i really enjoy watching them

The location, private pool, and private beach is amazing. My room was pretty nice and clean. I think this is my favorite location in oc to stay at because you're so close to the boardwalk and beach and the amazing view. Also 1 year when I was there, there was horseshoe crabs all along the private beach, it was so cool!

The blinds didn't keep the sun out or the streetlights at night so the back room was lit up at night and so bright at 6 AM when the sun came up It looked like the light was on in the bedroom.

The staff are always friendly and polite. When we arrive we don't move the car until we leave. Everything is within walking distance. Whether the beach, fishing or hanging at the pool is your thing, those are all things right there or easily accessible to.

I don't go on vacation for the room so it doesn't bother me that things are a little dated. The rooms are simple but if you have high expectations you should probably pay more to stay somewhere with newer accommodations.

The service and room were great! We got a tour of the entire place, we didn't even know half the things were there our first night including a private beach and a secluded seating area with picnic tables. There are even spots for the staff to put up a hammock for you to lay in on the beach. Staff was great, friendly, and very helpful. This was the best location to stay in Ocean City!

Neighbors monopolized chairs so couldn't sit outside room. Too many smokers. Butts in grill right outside door. Dirty chairs poolside. Broken chairs on beach. Coffee bad! No shelf in closet or hangers which made the space only good for towel drying as there weren't ample chairs outside for that purpose.

I loved how convenient it was to everything. The people were nice and it was a good place for a few days. Even with the bad weather we had it was nice.

I wish it was a little more updated, our door actually had a crack in it and thought it could be kicked in at any second that’s how broken it looked.

The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, Trimper rides, and restaurants was great! It was close to everything but far enough away so that we weren’t disturbed by the rides/boardwalk noise. The beach was only a block away. The pool was refreshing and the staff was very friendly. We will be back!

If you are expecting high class quality room and bedding, you will be disappointed and might want to go elsewhere. The hotel room was outdated, but it didn’t bother us since the quality of the room was not a big priority of our trip. We went here for the location and the beach.

EVERYTHING was convenient to walk to! Plenty of relaxation!! Got a great deal on my room!!

I can't even complain because most of the trip was spent outside! And when we were inside, I had brought items with me to be more comfortable, based on the reviews I read about the motel!

There was not much I did not like. The property was comfortable , staff was kind, met my expectations.
