This was a great spot for the price! You are right on the beach and have a nice view of bayside and ocean side. I went down for my senior week trip and it was so amazing with the help of the inn! The staff was super nice, let us check in a couple hours early, and the room was clean. Being able to walk to the beach was really nice and if you needed to go back to your room it was so easy. I was so happy with this trip!

The parking was a little tight for me even with my compact car, but was not impossible. Also the lighting in the room isn’t amazing but you can definitely still see fine.

The convenience to the boardwalk and shopping.

I didn't get the room I requested with a partial ocean view. Instead I got a room with a view to an alley way and garbage dumpsters. Not much of a nice view. There wasn't a closet to hang your clothes. The bathroom was small and only one person at a time could get in it. It would have been perfect for one person, but a not group of friends.

The location is great! You walk 1 mins and you are at the boardwalk. The room is spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The parking. Parking sucks here. The parking lot is narrow and tight. A pick up truck parked near the entrance and literally blocked 30% of it. It’s not the car fault but the parking spaces are angled which makes bigger cars like mini van and pick up truck can cause an inconvenience to others. Honestly we were worried someone might accidentally scratched the car due to the limited spaces.

Right on the boardwalk and the girls at the desk were very friendly. We arrived in town early around 9am and were able to go up to the room. Beds were very comfortable and showers were nice and hot.

The parking isn't very spacious and very limited. The restaurant downstairs was awful. Was told to sit ourselves and waited 20 mins at a table with no acknowledgement. We ended up going elsewhere to eat but I believe the restaurant and hotel were separate.

Location on the Boardwalk is great! It's basically a place to shower and sleep! Air conditioning worked well! No kitchen! Just a dorm size fridge and a microwave! A table, a desk, 3 chairs, a 6 drawer dresser, Samsung smart tv, and 2 queen beds, plus a full size bathtub/shower! Housekeeping services with clean bath towels and washclothes everyday if wanted! For the price, very reasonable! Would stay again!

I'm sure other guests along with myself, had to complain to the front desk about a guest directly above me blasting his music all night long. When I say "blasting all night long" I mean "all night long". After 2 nights, they were gone! Don't know if they were kicked out or just left.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Americana. We were in Ocean City for Sunfest, and the other places that we’ve stayed in were booked or had poor room choices left. I felt that we were taking a chance, but everything about the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room category we chose was awesome. Parking was never an issue, and the price was reasonable. Our first evening the hot water was a little unpredictable, but not an issue after that. We’re definitely going to add the Americana to our list of favored hotels in OCMD!

A facelift is probably due, especially for the some of the hallways/walkways. But the room was clean, staff was accommodating, and the under-hotel parking was plentiful.

This was a great place to stay for the value. The front desk workers were friendly, respectful and greeted us every time we would enter the lobby. The rooms were good with refrigerator , microwave and a nice balcony. The housekeepers were also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our rooms

There are no peep holes in the door. My parents, who are in their mid 80's, had someone knocking on their door at 1am. They had no way of knowing who was on the other side and it was quite frightening for them. It was apparently a food delivery to the wrong address. That's a very large safety concern, as anyone can access the room entry just by walking up the stairs. Parking was very tight if you have a large car. We came back one evening and there were no spaces available despite the sign saying there were vacancies.

Great location. beautiful view of the ocean . we stayed in the room with a side view. room was clean and when you needed clean towels you either asked staff or when you got room cleaned.

Parking was tight but they do have free parking available during your stay. They even have a parking area across the street. Wish people wouldn't smoke on the balcony as we were on the 4th floor and the people beside us was smoking pot on their balcony and we could smell it we did tell staff, and they did try and do something about it. Elevator was slow but thankfully it worked.

The property was very clean, loved having a balcony and spacious room. The fridge was perfect size along with a freezer compartment. Having a microwave and cups was a huge plus along with an ice machine. The hotel having an elevator made our stay possible as my mom is disabled and has a very hard time doing steps. The shower/bathtub was nice and clean and we had hot water every shower.

The toilet paper was paper thin, so thicker toilet paper would be better so we didn’t have to use as much toilet paper. Since my Mom is disabled, the toilet sat pretty low and was somewhat difficult getting up and down from.
