The people were great especially Semi, he really took care of us and our dog ;-). The location is great few minutes from the boardwalk and the apartment was very comfortable, it may seem old but it’s super comfortable and my family really enjoyed our stay and think this is the place where we will come back to again and again. The owners were very nice. They were available for any questions or if you needed anything to help make your stay better. The apartment was clean and spacious. They also offer on site parking. They are located in a quiet area, but a short walking distance to the boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. We were also able to bring our dog on vacation with us. Overall, great and friendly owners and a great experience. Would stay again.

The apartment was a short walk to the beach right to the middle of the boardwalk and adjacent to an EZ foods which made it nice to pick up some essentials. The staff/owners were very friendly and had great communication throughout our stay. Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, would definitely stay again!

I have nothing negative to say about the property, it just has its own quirks as any other place you would stay has. We bought toilet paper and paper towels at the grocery store since they were not provided and had to grab some other little things that normally would be around the house. But nothing of too big of an inconvenience.

The hosts were amazing and very nice. The location was perfect for the beach/board walk and there’s plenty of good places to go. The upstairs apartment was great for 8 people. It can definitely fit 10 people comfortably. The only catch was the seating in the living room, but we just used our beach chairs.

There were ants on/around the bottom of the fridge, but that can be fixed easily.

Maria was a fantastic host! Excellent communications and accomodation.

The parking was a little tight. After parking where the host informed was the spot for the unit I was staying in, another guest from a different unit asked me to move my vehicle stating they were told to park there. The upstairs unit guests checked in very late at night, and we could hear them moving around for hours upon arrival. If you are a light sleeper, rent the upstairs units to avoid disturbances. All in all, it was a fantastic experience that I would use again.

The lady working with us, Elaine, was awesome. I would go there again.

The only thing I didn't like was they asked us to keep our ferrets in the cage. I managed to let them out & kept a very good eye on them. I even took them out in the morning, before the heat got bad & before checkout

The hosts were outstanding! Elena and her husband ensured I had what was needed for the stay, provided recommendations for the area, and made check-in and check-out easy. I was nervous that being between 7th and 8th Street would mean it was a bit too busy to relax, but they have made a small oasis right in the heart of OC with only a 2 block walk to the beach!

Perfect location. Host is 100% committed to making guest happy and comfortable with stay. Highly recommended.

Would not change a thing

The hosts were absolutely amazing!! They are some of the nicest, hardworking people I have met. They went above and beyond to deliver exceptional hospitality!! I will definitely be booking their property if I return to Ocean City!

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like

Location was great. Management was great. Pet friendly and fully stocked kitchen pots and pans. Nice for large families. Wish we could have stayed longer!
