Incredible location, right on the boardwalk with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance

Rooms was clean but would need some love. AC was leaking and door was not closing properly.

Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach was wonderful. Overall, everything was the perfect size for my family to be comfortable and to enjoy themselves.

It took forever to catch the elevator. They should have at least two of them, not just one. The bathroom didn't have any towel racks or enough hooks to hang things. The room door closes entirely too slow. Parking is an issue. The designated lot for the hotel is 2 blocks away and all spaces were taken.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is located right on the boardwalk, so everything was easily accessible. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well-kept. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the parking—it’s not directly on-site, but it’s only about a block away, so it wasn’t too inconvenient.

Very clean and welcoming. We had a minor problem with the shower door, and maintenance came up to make the repair within 10 minutes. The restaurant on the first floor was excellent, as we enjoyed a few breakfasts there. The balcony was large and we were able to enjoy the view on 2 hightop chairs with a larger table to accompany them. We have nothing but positives to say about the accommodations.

I can't think of a thing that was disagreeable.

Room was so spacious, clean and totally awesome. Perfect location on Boardwalk and directly in front of the beautiful beach & ocean! Loved the porch! Thrilled to have premium parking. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. All expectations were exceeded for sure! Looking forward to returning next year!! Next year we'd like the 6th floor again in a corner room facing south.

Might want to think about replacing mattresses. They were still comfy though. The restaurant was so disappointing to us. Yuck! Nothing you can do about it but sorry the tram was not running. Understand the tragic reason though. Grateful to the frontdesk for assisting us in finding a cab company. Century Cab was outstanding! Due to my handicap, the ramp was okay but I only wish entering the building was more friendly to everyone.

The oceanfront room was great. Had best view - a stellar sunrise. View of boardwalk and got to see dolphins every morning.. double weekend with air show and jeep events. Right in the middle of the action.. we watched the air show and Jeep Cruise from our balcony!!! Also, great food is right below. Roof top & Indoor pool hot tub.. also they have reserve parking and it was worth it. They do offer free parking, but we went with reserved.. Having a secure close spot was top-notch during a very busy weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel & room were spotless. Very clean.

Unable to turn off balcony light , small trash cans.

Right on boardwalk. Rooftop pool was nice but just too cold since it was beginning of season. Indoor pool had too many kids in it for us. Love the balcony has wooden table and chairs for oceanfront rooms, no cheap plastic. Staff was helpful and pleasant

Hot tub had bubbles which my friend said if from the ph being too high. Elevator was a bit slow but just at check in and check out times. Nothing in kitchenette, just paper cups for coffee. Bring your own utensils and cookware. No hand towel holder at sink, must be something new every hotel I have stayed at lately does not have one

Breakfast and boardwalk access is just down stairs, the bus stop is on either corner of the block, the room was clean; didn’t smell like musty ocean air, and housekeeping was quick!

The rooftop pool wasn’t open, just the indoor one on the main floor. Not that big of a deal, except that it was pretty full each time we wanted to go down there. The doors seemed to have settled on the hinges so they close a big fast and heavy- we didn’t have kids with us, but it would really hurt if they got caught it them!!

Really love the front desk staff as well as Patrice our housekeeper she's awesome! Crate Daddy was so convenient and very delicious.

Both swim pools were rather small. We would have loved a place that much more if you had a bar but there were plenty of them in abundance on the boardwalk. Of course the load and unload is tight but that's the nature of boardwalk hotels everywhere. Parking could be closer but again it is to be expected at the shore.

I liked the location for the boardwalk and the beach. The room was nice.

The air conditioner leaked, and the carpet was very wet by the balcony. Cleaning services were only available early morning, and we needed it later afternoon and they never came back. People on vacation need that availability.
