The motel is in a very convenient location. It is on 12th street and its right next to four seasons pizza which is great when you want good food but dont want to go far to get it or pay an arm and a leg for it. The pool is fantastic! Its a saltwater pool which we did not expect! Its not a big pool but its a small motel so its never really crowded. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didnt like is that theres no closet or space to hang up clothes. there was also no table to sit and eat food or just to sit at period. We travel with kids and sometimes just order dinner and eat in the room and I dont like for the kids to sit on the bed and eat so we brought the chairs from outside in the room with the little side table and let them eat, then put the chairs back outside when we were done.

I liked the office staff and management. The pool was awesome clean and the men running it was awesome. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and well kept up.

We had to clean our own rooms. I'm off the floors and swept, had to make our own beds because the maid refused to we took out our own trash and went and got new towels and sheets bedding as we needed them I think that they need better maid service, and my initial payment was high considering that I only had one room , 500 more could have gotten a apartment at the same place.

Rooms were great, loved the layout with living room space and full kitchen. Balcony with seating was perfect for enjoying the day. Pool area was beautiful with lots of seating and a bar, very well maintained. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

Tiny bit crowded in bedroom and not the fanciest of rooms, but worked for our needs and still an excellent place to stay.

Staff super friendly and attentive, no complains at all. The location is excellent, super close from the board walk and many restaurants. It is clean,

Facility needs an update, with furnitures as well more maintenance. My bathroom was clean but the sink was loose, and the bathroom smell like cigarettes. Housekeeper cleaned before i went there. And i cam confirmed. It is just an old facility.

The location was amazing. The sfaff were amazing Tina was extremely good with us. Omg all the people were really nice.

Whatever was not good like the bathroom door was not locking for us that was nothing bcuz we were having amazing time so whatever was not good for us didnt matter. We prefer good people good staff good service first. Tina Again THANK YOU!!

It was worth it though I did wish it was a bit more affordable.

The remote wasn't working and the channels weren't available when I called no one picked up at the front desk.it had a sofa bed but I had no bedding for it nor was I able to get it

It’s always great to see the staff for years n years they are friends go above to please you n if there’s problem they solve it right there very nice staff

The outside staff could be friendlier. Fix the wheelbarrow,and staff,you are on the eastern shore of Maryland,so act like it.be friendlier, and you'll receivpthank youe blessings...

Location was great ur near everything ocean boardwalk stores bus and the pool was awsome there’s nothing like hot day at beach to come home to great pool !!!

The refrigerator it was small for maybe 2 ppl not family of 5 I should of looked alittle better booking they do have full size refrigerators

The pool was nice. Easy access to everything Ocean City has to offer.

Place could use some updating in the units. Focus on nice bathrooms, people love when their room has a sick shower.
