The location was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly (shoutout to Anita at the front desk! She was amazing!). It’s very quiet at this hotel. The walls must be super thick. Also, the balcony glass shuts out almost all sound. That was fantastic!

I suppose some rules are difficult to enforce. The group a couple of doors down from us were smoking weed and it permeated the hallway. This is a NON-SMOKING HOTEL. We have to sign a document upon check-in acknowledging that fact. Yet, some will break the rules anyway.

I loved how it was right on the boardwalk and was walking distance to everything

I didn’t like how they charged $10 a day for parking, especially when the parking lot was full and we had to park at a parking garage across the street. It just felt like an inconvenience with everything to carry back and fourth.

Close to the beach and a lot of the shops

I don’t agree with having to pay for parking ! I think the money you pay to stay at your property should include parking . I have been coming to ocean city for many years and this is the first time I had to pay for parking where I was staying .

Location and rate

The front desk lady charged me an additional $20 for parking. However, Booking states that parking is one of the hotel amenities at no charge. Can you please explain?

Needs to be remodeled

The location is the feature for this property - on the boardwalk just a few blocks from the center. The beach in front is nice and very wide. Although it’s an older building (and shows it) the rooms have been updated relatively recently and were clean and satisfactory for an overnight. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The lobby is very dark with a low ceiling which doesn’t give a great first impression. The rooms are better than expected after! The pool is indoors and small and showing its age.

The location was fantastic!!! Comfortable room

Our check in was messed up. We got there early, he let us partially check in, signed papers, copied my license, gave us a parking pass...took my cell number, told us he'd call. We hung out in the beach, went for a snack...figured I'd go check on the status, cause I never got a call. Long story short, they couldn't find my paper work. Which means, we would have never gotten a call. The parking lot was SO SMALL. Lobby area, lackluster.

It was situated right on the boardwalk. Our room had a balcony so you could look out and see the ocean. The room was comfy and updated, as was the bathroom.

No real complaints about anything.

We loved the balcony and the top floor corner room. The queen beds were comfortable, and the ocean could be heard thru the night. I loved the indoor heated pool. After being on the beach and cold ocean, the warm pool felt wonderful. We even saw dolphins swim by in the ocean from our balcony The staff were all so nice! The kitchen and refrigerator and freezer and sink were great. The toiletries were exceptional and towels nice and big. We will be back.

The small bathroom and tub stopper didn't stay closed for a bath. There were no hand towels in the bathroom or kitchenette. The bathroom door stuck and we ended up not closing it all the way. Just minor stuff so no big complaints.

I loved the location and side view of the beach was excellent! I enjoyed the shower and bed! It was pure vacation mode.
