Location is good. Parking available underneath (see more under didn't like). Size of space is great. The pool. The outside deck.

Beds are really hard. The space could use some TLC- Sagging dressers, the kitchen table is wobbly, blinds cracked, balcony doors - 1 doesn't work, the other won't latch.. water pressure is horrible. No dish soap or anything available. The tv has a black line down the 1 side of the screen.. door on 1 bedroom doesn't fit frame and is literally pulling the vinyl and making a smack sound when opening and closing.. Had to pay for parking even though it says included on the booking.

Value was good. Staff was friendly and patient. I had an issue at check-in (regarding how i booked not because of them) and they were very patient and helpful. They were helpful when I called ahead with questions a couple of times as well.

Having to park our second car at their other lot and there were a lot of empty spaces, likely due to the weather wasn't great. But we did know that we had to before we got there. It just wasn't optimal.

Very spacious, comfortable beds , newer appliances and friendly staff.

Reviews said kitchen was well stocked, however, there was no toaster, coffee maker was not suitable for a group and not enough utensils for everyone. Also, the sofas were not pull out sofas and there was only 1 TV in the condo and none in the bedrooms, which made it very hard for family members to relax in the room and watch what they wanted. Condo was fairly clean, however, the balcony is in need of a good scrub down.

The condo had plenty of room for my family to come and go. The full kitchen was a major plus! The on site pool and sun deck were a major plus! This was huge for OC

Don"t forget to bring dish soap, dish washer and washer detergent. A broom would have been helpful. A king bed would have been a real plus.

I loved that there was a washer and dryer and dishwasher perfect for our large family. It was down the side street but very short walk to boardwalk. Great place kids loved indoor pool perfect for April. All in all great place especially for a larger brood very clean one of the nicest places we have stayed over the years. Highly recommend looking forward to going back.

There was plenty of parking, but upon requesting a second parking spot our request was denied. There was an event and we were told they anticipated others arriving but that never happened, there were numerous open spots below our unit,in fact I'd say the parking below our unit had more than 20 spots open all wknd.

The beds were amazing!! The place was huge! Enough room to not bother one another when some of us got home late, and others got up early! The location was perfect!

The only strange thing was that it was damp. The ac didn't seem to take the moisture out of the air, and we could feel that our clothes were damp.

Location was excellent for not being directly on beach, walk was so short to beach and boardwalk and being downtown was loaded with things to do all walking distance. Condo was clean, comfortable and large enough for kids to have their own space. Kitchen had everything for cooking dinners. Indoor pool was perfect for rain day and right across the breezeway.

No toaster for breakfasts or hairdryer. Master bath door handle missing a screw holding it on was a bit frustrating causing the door not to lock. Toilet in second bath leaked from base a bit but was not a big deal.

It was spacious and nice.

That’s it’s only 1 parking per room however we did find parking on the street. Another thing that was very inconvenient there’s no blender toaster or bigger pots to use. One sink kept clogging and they only provide 1 toilet roll per bathroom even if your staying for more then 3 days with like 10’people

The location and the condo was very spacious.

The floors in the room were very dirty. Some difficultly for my son checking in. I called the day before and was on the phone 45 minutes to have him be able to check and he still had problems when he got there.
