Absolutely everything. We loved being so close to the boardwalk without all the noise of actually being on the boardwalk. You seriously can’t beat the location. We LOVED the balcony. The pool is perfect for a quick swim after your day at the beach. The indoor pool and hot tub at the Monte Carlo boardwalk right across the street felt like luxury. The staff were all extremely kind and accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I also just want to add everything was EXTREMELY clean. The BED. The. Bed. The bed. The bed. THE BED. It was like sleeping on a freaking cloud. The kitchen is all you need. My family of 6 stayed here and we were able to cook everything we needed and store groceries for the week in the amount of space provided. There’s also pots, pans, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs. You name it. It’s there. Towel and Linen service like your at a hotel, in the comfort of a condo? Yes please. Need more TP? Towels? Say no more, shoot them a text and they have it ready for pick up at the front desk. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, body lotion, all provided. The elevator was efficient and was such a life saver for going up and down with all of our stuff and our young kids. Seriously, when I say look no further I mean it!! 10/10!! We loved it so much we already booked our next stay! Thank you for everything Monte Carlo Staff!!!🩷✨

Our key card room access was a little wonky sometimes like the battery was dying in the lock. But seriously not a big deal whatsoever.

Oh gosh, what did we like about the property? EVERYTHING. These condos feel like a home away from home. The beds are beyond comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean! The balcony is awesome, it was bike week, so sitting out there and watching the bikes go by was soo much fun! The kitchen is an added bonus because eating out for a family of 6 every day for every meal is EXPENSIVE! The staff is kind and extremely accommodating the one girl even remembered me from our last stay🥹 They allowed us to stay in the exact same condo we stayed in 2.5 weeks ago, and we were even able to utilize their early check in! I’m so grateful to have found the Monte Carlo condos! This is the only place we will stay now! We look forward to coming back next summer😊

We loved everything!

It’s a good size. It fit our family of 5 nicely and left us (the parents) with our own private space when need be. It’s a block away from the boardwalk (long walk to the rides however) but super close to the beach. They gave us enough towels for our 3 night stay for all of us. And it does come with cups/plates etc (you just have to wash them). All in all we like it here so much so we came back two years in a row.

There was barely anything we didn’t like. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it should, the monitors said it was set for 67 but it would not go below 74 unless you were sleeping and then it would go to 70 at best. And the pools were cold but they can’t really help that.

It’s was big enough for my family and the location was great.

There was bird poop on the balcony and the chairs that was on the balcony, so we couldn’t sit out there, and the pool area was never swept up daily with some black dirt, I think I’m not sure was all around the pool so we didn’t get to use the pool.

Up until the last two days it was great! We ended up getting a very loud family above us who even screamed outside at nights. We asked them if they could keep it down and it sort of worked

We had some very loud people above us who had no respect for the fact that other families are there and would make noise and scream from the balcony intimate hours of the night.

The refrigerator still broke in the same place as last year. Parking was hard. Other people were using stops for guest

Alowed to use the pool and hotel facilities as well as our condo area was great. I was really worried about parking but the time of year chosen was great all around. Having an elevator was very helpful.

SOme handels on doors were loose and the air conditioning was leaking through the duct due to condensation, but it did work during our stay.

The staff at the Monte Carlo are exceptional to your needs! Shay at the Front Desk is so welcoming and accommodating! The cleaning crew was friendly every time you saw them! Bryan went out of his way when he saw us at the pool area to come over and bring us extra towels and say Hello.

the noise of travelers staying in the rooms above were loud through the ceiling! The kids running around above us until 10:00pm, all day and evening was disturbing. There isn't enough cookware in the suite and only a couple of spoons and forks, we had to use our plastic that we brought from home. The pool bar at the pool on 3rd street was never open when we went there.

Nice location with plenty of room. I have no complaints or issues. Very peaceful.

Elevator was a little slow. I didn't like that you can't access the stairwell doors to go up.
