Overall exterior site cleanliness. Hooks in bathroom. In bed area there could be a wall attachment for hanging clothes with a shelf above.

The size of the room was perfect. The ac was nice and cold. The beds were comfortable. The location was nice and close to everything.

The walls were paper thin, the people above us were jumping and stomping all night long. Was hard to fall asleep with all the noise. The pool was so full we wasn't able to use it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location; Very friendly staff; Room was clean when we arrived; Easily accessible chargers for phones in-between beds; Shower had soap and shampoo in dispensers on wall; & shower/bath was a standard size. Booking includes one parking space. It is a nice value especially for those on a budget. Photo of room should be a panoramic shot.

Minor things to nitpick. The 3rd step going up to the second level by the street has a funny angle. Instead of 90* felt like 110*. Walking up or down that one felt a bit concerning. Door lock could have used a bit of wd-40. It worked, but I had to fight it a bit. Boards walking to the room felt squishy/creaky. They held our weight with no problem, but just a thing to note.

The location, it's close to the board walk, private parking, the balcony, and rooms convenient for families - like a tiny apartment. There was even some silverware. There were plenty of towels for the family to use. The woman at the front desk was nice and patient.

There were no paper towels and / or a pot or pan but there was a stove. It would have been nice to have them in the kitchen, but a wash rag/hand towel was there. Maybe I could have just asked, but we did with what was given, and it was just fine and I didnt think to bring any of my own or I would have. ( I liked and enjoyed my stay just needed something to write that I "didn't like")

The price we paid was perfect for what we received. The pool was clean each time we went, and the seating was perfect. All in great condition. The mini fridge was bigger than expected, which was perfect because we packed food to bring along. Comfortable mattresses and pillows on the queen beds. The balcony view was perfect! We sat out on the balcony for most of our stay. If you're looking for a place with basic lodging, a bonus pool and amazing view- the Queen Suite is what you want.

The sofa bed was usable, but the one side of it was broken, and the mattress definitely needed to be replaced. There weren't any light bulbs in the one lamp yet, there was plenty of lighting anyway - just noting that the light bulbs weren't even in the one lamp. The bathroom was clean for the most part... there was some mold in the shower and the tub did not drain fast. Carpets are VERY dirty.

Good location, we were in walkable distance to everything we needed. Although the room was a little outdated, it was still clean and comfortably accommodated our family of six. We also enjoyed the seating on the porch area.

Pull out couch mattress wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst either. Only thing really wrong was the shower. It was hard to get hot water, if you turned the knob too far towards hot the water pressure went down and it would come out cold. We had to find the sweet spot right before the pressure change, and even then it wasn’t hot but it was at least warm.

The location was nice, not far from the boardwalk and the room we had was in a quiet spot. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The best part about the location was the Blue Wave Grill on site, very nice open air facility and the food was better than some of the mainstream joints on the boardwalk. Competitive prices and everything tasted fresh, the Loukamades Greek donuts were AMAZING! Wait could be a little long depending on how many guests were ordering, but well worth it. These are the kinds of places I want to eat when on vacation, small family run places with great food and great prices!

Not a lot to complain about, if we had to nitpick some of the flooring in the bathroom was a bit torn up and loose so some sharp edges were sticking up. Other than that our room was everything we needed for a weekend stay at the beach. Wish the pool would have been open, but it we stayed the weekend before the season started so no big deal!

Office staff was great. Clean rooms. Pretty views love the set up how you walk past a food truck( yes its a food trailer in a little building) ate breakfast there a sandwich is like 10 dollars but very good food. Plus you dont have to move your car. Plenty of parking.

One house keeper staff was rude to my wife and friend. She kept staring at them with a stuck up snobby look. There was also like an spot near the pool looked like from water sitting there. Which my child slipped twice in. Once front office was notified of it. It did get cleaned up.

When we got to the room there was a brochure that said a light refreshments/coffee was included with the room. Set my alarm with my daughter to go down early in the A.m. and nobody knew what we were talking about. I got the paper to show them and they still didn’t know what I was talking about. I didn’t want to make a stink so we just left. Location was great, house keeping ladies were very nice, we loved the sun porch.

Steps were falling apart. Dangerous.

The property was close to the beach, no problem with check in, the pool was right by our room which was nice if we wanted to go there, there’s a nice place to eat right there, and all the stafff was nice.

With this room we didn’t get any towels or wash cloths, plus our fridge was kind of working weirdly like it didn’t want to keep anything cool at first until I messed with the knob inside a little bit, also the shower curtain was a little too short so when we showered the water would escape causing puddles in the bathroom.
