The location on the boardwalk was great. Our oceanfront room had a beautiful view with a nice balcony. Large tv. They had a nice free breakfast with great waffles (they should add hash browns). The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. There was also a couch and a table and chairs. The mini fridge kept things nice and cold. Good water pressure in the smallish shower. The front desk staff, breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were all very nice. Very good ice, if you're into good ice. Didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked clean and water felt warm. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend. Would love to return in summer, but prices are quite high. We would recommend this place and would stay here again. The pros definitely outweigh the few cons.

Though the room was clean, the hallway outside stunk, like a combo of old cigarette smoke and not sure what else. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were awful. Even the firm ones were like mush. Only one elevator. We were there in winter so it wasn't too bad, but my guess is that in summer it might be a very long wait. Would love to return in the summer, but the prices look exorbitant (much like all of OC in summer).

I liked that it was ocean front and that it was located on 5th Street, so, it's very close to shops and food. I also liked the fact that they have 2 swimming pools. One indoor pool and one outdoor pool. I also liked that at check-in the front desk person already had everything ready. We had a first floor pool view room, and they were nice enough to move us to a higher floor so we could see the ocean.

I didn't like that the pillows were uncomfortable. They are too fluffy and therefore hard to get to sleep. Other than that, I really like the hotel. The breakfast was ok, except for the sausage links being very greasy. And I don't know why they won't extend the check out time.

Location is fabulous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Balcony was nice to sit and relax. Room had shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower in case you forget to pack them and a lotion dispenser as well in bathroom. Very good water pressure in shower and water gets hot fast and stays hot. Hotel is in a more quiet boardwalk area and amusements games restaurants are a short walk away.

Did not have a do not disturb sign for door. Breakfast is super busy the whole time hard to get a seat and access to items.

Location was as we expected, room was clean and comfortable. It took us awhile to get the new heat system adjusted. The Bay view was the Best and parking is free. The breakfast and 24/7 coffee put icing on the cake. It appears to recently been upgraded new shower and bath. Only negative is they need to upgrade connectivity to accommodate modern devices. Overall I give them a rating of 9. We will stay again!!

Modern connection for smart watches and phone charging would be a plus and the old elevator is slow as molasses 😊

The property was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was kept, stocked and ran smooth. Coffee and juice was always available in lobby aswell as fresh fruit and ice water. Breakfast was amazing; always stocked and prepared fresh, staff was always so kind. We are a large family of 9 so we booked one ocean view (building on boardwalk) and one street view (building in back of lot) street view building holds the pool which always had fresh towels and a very comfortable temperature pool, the showers/private changing rooms were very nice and even made going back to main building after a swim very convenient.Location on the boardwalk was amazing and perfect spot so nothing was to far away; whether It be going to inlet or visiting something further down on 20th. Will definitely be returning with my family next year for our yearly Easter trip.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast was good. However it's like a circus at breakfast time..not much space to move...

Being on the lower level pool view,that you cannot see out of the fencing in front of your balcony, also not allowed to vape on your balcony, or take food or drinks to the pool..A little stricter than I liked..kinda felt like a drone was ready to fly in front of my balcony to see if I was doing something wrong...other than this feeling of being watched constantly, it was a nice stay..don't know for the price of 400 a night..if I'll stay again.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing! Everyone was very nice and attentive. We had a problem with the sliding glass doors and called the front desk. She explained what we needed to do and we hung up. Within 5 minutes she called back to see if we figured it out. We hadn't so she sent someone up and he was there within 5 minutes. They were on the ball! We had a hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles with fruits, yogurt, juices. The pool area was clean and safe. The whole hotel was clean, even the parking lot.

The rooms were excellent. Very clean and well-maintained, beds comfy, mini kitchen ideal. The housekeeping and desk staff were wonderful - so friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, lots right around it on the Boardwalk. We'll be back next year!

The continental breakfast needed more room. The food was fine, but it was crowded, even with the additional outdoor seating. The morning it rained, eliminating that outdoor seating, it was chaos. Staff did what they could, everything was refilled promptly, but they just needed more space.

I took my granddaughter to the beach for a few days getaway. The room was absolutely perfect. The beds were so comfy. The breakfast was filled with so many wonderful choices. Location was terrific, So close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful Just a wonderful getaway for all ages. Highly recommend this place
