Great location, friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was good as well.

Not enough scrutiny of the outdoor pool area. Group of ~40 teenagers on the boardwalk noticed the pool and walked right in, being disruptive, disrespectful, and scaring away paying hotel customers for 20-30 mins before anything was done.

Close to the boardwalk and bus stops. Easy to find; parking was good. Room, hallways, breakfast area, and pool facilities were all very clean and well maintained.

Shower had no pressure and sofa bed was pretty worn out; bed springs could be felt through the mattress. Staff did not address an obnoxious family of about 30 people that “took over” the indoor pool when it stormed. They were loud, jumping in and splashing everyone outside the pool, using a pool noodle to continually slap the water making it sound like a gunshot, drinking, and playing loud music.

The location was great...on the boardwalk with many shops, places to eat, and fun things nearby. Ocean front room. Hotel has a shower to rinse sand off and 2 pools, one inside and one outside. The room was a nice size and was clean.

Our air conditioner had a hard time keeping up initially and was very loud. We didn't mention this to the staff, so I don't know if it was an easy fix or not. We just dealt with it. The pools were kind of small, but good enough for a quick dip. We stayed in a room that was pool level/view, but we still had to walk around to get to the pool, no easier access to it. The view of the ocean was not the best at this level since it was a low floor, but we expected that.

The location on the boardwalk was great. Our oceanfront room had a beautiful view with a nice balcony. Large tv. They had a nice free breakfast with great waffles (they should add hash browns). The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. There was also a couch and a table and chairs. The mini fridge kept things nice and cold. Good water pressure in the smallish shower. The front desk staff, breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were all very nice. Very good ice, if you're into good ice. Didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked clean and water felt warm. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend. Would love to return in summer, but prices are quite high. We would recommend this place and would stay here again. The pros definitely outweigh the few cons.

Though the room was clean, the hallway outside stunk, like a combo of old cigarette smoke and not sure what else. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were awful. Even the firm ones were like mush. Only one elevator. We were there in winter so it wasn't too bad, but my guess is that in summer it might be a very long wait. Would love to return in the summer, but the prices look exorbitant (much like all of OC in summer).

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. Even though we booked a city view room, we were pleasantly surprised to still have a partial view of the beach. The indoor pool in our building was a nice bonus, spacious and convenient, especially for families. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was a nice way to start the day.

The breakfast setup created a constant line, making the area feel crowded and slow-moving. A better layout of the food stations would really help with traffic flow. It also would’ve been helpful to know there was an outdoor pool, we only found out about it on the day we were leaving. The shower water pressure was another downside; it was weaker than expected and affected the overall comfort. Also worth noting, the second building shouldn't really be called the "boardwalk" building since it's not actually on the boardwalk. That was a bit misleading.

We loved the indoor pool! The indoor pool was heated and was nice when the weather wasn't so great for walking on the beach. My daughters were in the pool at least twice a day. It was seconds from the board walk, which made it nice with kids. The breakfast was a nice touch since everythingis expensive food wise at the beach. The manager at the hotel was nice enough to help bring my breakfast it to my room since my hands were full holding my daughter. The room was nice and clean and always had clean towels, and so did the pool area. There was complimentary coffee in the room, two small packages. The bathroom had some shampoo and conditioner, not much shampoo, but we brought our own anyway. Definitely recommend 👌

The beds are not very comfortable, but that could just be preference. The mattress we have at home is very soft. This mattress was firm.

We normally never stay close to the boards,this trip we decided too. The location was perfect a short walk to jolly Roger's on the pier. I loved that I could use the parking lot before check in and was able to change our clothes and head to the beach until our room was ready.we opted on receiving a call once our room was ready,and 2.5 hours before check in it was ready by this point we been on the beach for 4 hours so we packed up and went to check in. We are already planning another trip, staff was amazing through our stay and breakfast was great one last thing I had to spend money on.

My child didn't like the eggs lol... The bed was comfortable the pillows not so much even with 2 pillows felt like sleeping with one.

I liked that it was ocean front and that it was located on 5th Street, so, it's very close to shops and food. I also liked the fact that they have 2 swimming pools. One indoor pool and one outdoor pool. I also liked that at check-in the front desk person already had everything ready. We had a first floor pool view room, and they were nice enough to move us to a higher floor so we could see the ocean.

I didn't like that the pillows were uncomfortable. They are too fluffy and therefore hard to get to sleep. Other than that, I really like the hotel. The breakfast was ok, except for the sausage links being very greasy. And I don't know why they won't extend the check out time.

Location is fabulous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Balcony was nice to sit and relax. Room had shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower in case you forget to pack them and a lotion dispenser as well in bathroom. Very good water pressure in shower and water gets hot fast and stays hot. Hotel is in a more quiet boardwalk area and amusements games restaurants are a short walk away.

Did not have a do not disturb sign for door. Breakfast is super busy the whole time hard to get a seat and access to items.
