Location was great. Close proximity to event. Dunkin donuts right next to hotel. A great place to have breakfast at the Sunrise Diner just a short walk away. Short walk to Shenanigans Irish Pub and Dough Rollers Pizza. Elevator service was greatly appreciated. Great view of ocean from my room. Slept like a baby o the bed. Wish I got a chance to enjoy the pool and pool bar they had. Very nice bar and pool area .

Lost air conditioning the first day there. The staff quickly addressed the issue and brought up a portable for the night which worked out well. The next day they had an ac guy who worked on it and covered the floor with some dark dust bunny looking stuff from the vent. Little concerned about that but they got the ac working again. The floors could have been cleaned better. The tile when walking barefoot in the room kinda made your feet dirty. Not enough areas to throw away trash near the rooms. Just one small trash can. The shower heads could be better. They sung the whole time taking a shower. Little disappointed they didn't comp anything for the inconviences with the air conditioning. And Mambo pizza sucks. The box with some mozzarella on it would be a better pie.

Location, rooftop pool, fitness center, great beds, spacious room. Every single staff member we met was so nice and took great care of us, right from check-in. We used the stairwell a lot, but felt safe using it.

Sand on the entire floor of the room at check-in. Slowest elevator ever. Elevator locked for use by housekeeping during prime time for families trying to get to the boardwalk and beach in the morning. Wall plugs need replacement. They are loose. The bathroom floor was filthy. There was too much bleach smell. Was it to cover the mildew smell?

The location was fine. Right on the boardwalk facing the ocean. I enjoyed the evening on the balcony watching the goings on and people. There was a coffee place and a couple of eateries very close. The beach was right there and the water was not too far of a walk across the sand. It was clean, though you can tell they are renovating. Beds were comfy and plenty of space to sit and sleep.

The hotel only has one elevator, which of course was slowest during check in and check out. There is VERY LITTLE PARKING at this hotel and the spaces are very narrow. Do not drive a truck and expect to park it. The front desk staff were not as knowledgeable as you'd expect, they could not assist in finding a place to park - they gave me a map of the area of the hotel with "available parking areas" . . . but it was incomprehensible.

The staff were incredible, especially housekeeping. The location was superb. The room was absolutely enormous. The whirlpool tub was heaven.

Limited countertop space in the kitchen. Small minifridge which was so cold it froze our eggs and milk solid. The AC seemed to have some kind of automatic shutoff that it wouldn’t run when we weren’t in the room, which sometimes meant a musty smell when we returned from the beach. A quick spritz of air freshener took that away tho, so not a big deal.

I seen they remodeled the 5th floor, new paint. New headboard and table and lamps and dressers.

There is still stuff that needs to be fixed. Microwave was in bad shape also a loose screw in bathtub to hold on fixture. I never did try the jacuzzi tub to see if it worked or not. Then the fire alarm went off but nothing flashed inside the room. I only heard alarm from hallway. Also there wasn’t an exit sign on our door to direct us to the stairwells. I don’t know if there was new mattresses but they were definitely uncomfortable cuz too firm.

Front desk staff was great, very helpful and kind

room was not clean, bag of ice at the bar was $9.50, then change was off by 50 cents?? I asked the guy about my change and he said they were short on change, when they were just opening and should've had plenty of change. I think that's a bad way to do business , he should've shortchanged the bar and not me. And he never said a thing about it to me, that's what didn't sit well with me.

I like the location and enjoy that the bathtub is a jacuzzi tub

MIT would have been better if there was a bigger refrigerator that had a freezer and atleast a toaster oven as a family we like to be able to cook for the kids the fridge that’s in the room is smaller then a mini fridge and there was 2 burners but no oven so a toaster oven would have made all the difference when the kids needed lunch and to help with dinners and a bigger refrigerator would have saved us more time we could have enjoyed the beach longer if we didn’t have to go to the store daily for groceries because we didn’t have enough room In refrigerator and no way to keep food frozen

I love the set up of the suites with the beds being partially separated for some privacy. The jacuzzi tub was a nice extra touch. It was nice to have a bar at the pool with food.

Several ice machines were broke so I had to go searching for ice. There was some mold around the faucets in the bathtub but other then that it was pretty clean.

The ocean view rooms are in the building with the lobby/front desk. It is far enough from the pool party deck that you don't have to hear music from 9am to 10pm. I had a large room with 2 king beds and a pull out sofa. The kitchenette is a small fridge, stove top, microwave, and sink. There are some dishes and pans. Convenient to the boardwalk, restaurants close by and easy walk to the bus stop.

The parking situation was bonkers. All the close by overflow was full, had to park about 2 blocks away. Luckily I could use the small driveway at the lobby to unload before moving my car.

Everything was very clean when we got there. The staff at the desk was very friendly including the maids. We had an oceanfront view room & it was right on the boardwalk.

We didn’t like that we had to call a day in advance for any type of room service or cleaning because we weren’t told upon check-in. When we needed towels or garbage taken out, fresh bags etc.. it was sort of a hassle to get them. We called around 7 AM about a problem with our toilet and didn’t get it fixed until around 1 PM after calling a few times. The plumber used our towels which left us with none. When we called for our room to be cleaned, nobody came, which left us with a sandy floor, no towels, and a full garbage in our room for the last day of our stay.
