My Son and I came down for Oceans Calling music festival and the location couldn't have been better!! The staff were EXTREMELY helpful when I had an issue at check-in, completely all on me, but they were VERY accommodating and got me all checked in. The rooms are a bit small, but we were there for the experiences outside in OCMD, not the room itself. All we really needed was a bed and shower. The microwave and TV were a bonus. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and generous with clean towels and whatever else was needed. There is an ice machine across from the lobby if needed and an adorable 2nd floor viewing area with seating that looks out on Baltimore Street. If you need to be close to the center of OCMD this is the spot for you.

One of the two complaints I have is the window in the bathroom was broken from the outside and couldn't close all the way. However, it didn't hinder us AT ALL. I'm sure in the heart of the summer it would let in the heat and humidity. The second was usually a hotel lets me park all day after check-in still, but they wanted a $100 for the spot I was in. Thankfully, I did get them down to $50, and I did pay for the convince of not needing to move, but I would have preferred to not have to pay. However, I completely understand why they charged.

Great location for beach & boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable. Room size/space adequate since spend more time out and about.

The motel has a great location. It’s one block from the boardwalk/beach and plenty of places to eat/shop and close to boardwalk activities to include Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Jolly Roger amusement park. The rooms were clean and quiet. The room had an A/C unit that works very well. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a decent size mini fridge. There is an outdoor pool and I always had a parking space when we returned to the motel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small. It was very crowded with four people. The water pressure in shower was very low and the shelf in the shower made it very difficult to get a good shower. The shower curtain had stains which was kind of gross. There are no curtains only mini blinds so the room gets very bright as soon as the sun comes up. The pool closed at 7 PM which I felt was too early and should be extended to at least 9 PM. The parking spaces were small and I could never find a spot in front of the building we were staying in but the parking lot is not huge so that wasn’t too bad.

The property was very good. Very close to the beach so the walks were never bad. You are in the middle of the busy roadways so keep that in mind when crossing with children. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants with a 7 eleven a few steps away. The pool was clean, my kids had a ball in the pool immediately after the beach! Staff were very friendly and accommodating even down to the cleaners. There were a lot of flies in the room but they mostly likely came from when the room was being cleaned. A little spray and they weee gone. I stayed one night and this place did the job.

Our stay was fantastic, the only bad reviews we saw were thin walls and loud young adults, that’s anywhere, the deluxe suite looked just like the pictures, spacious enough for our two kids but more importantly right next to the beach, the cleaning ladies were fantastic and got us what we need right away, with smiles!

The floors are rough, I always bring my own cleaning supplies and the only thing that I really had to do was mop and even that didn’t get up the dirt and grime but also that’s to be expected as well, it can’t be 100% but def close

This place was amazing !! The employees were so nice and accommodating to what ever your needs were. They kept everything so clean. We stayed for 5 nights and everyday they came in and straighten up , changed out trash and gave us fresh towels. The rooms were so comfy and quiet . We heard hardly any noise and smelled no smoking which was a huge plus. You can walk to everything from this location. It was so nice to just park the truck and go to the boardwalk and come back for a nap and go back without any hassle at all.

Nothing this place is perfect

The motel is close to the Boardwalk and the restaurants we like to go to. It’s right next to the 7/11 store, so it’s a short walk to get coffee or snacks. The rooms are small, and nothing fancy. But they’re cute and very reasonably priced. We will definitely return.

The rooms are a little small, but we already knew this since we’ve stayed here a few times. We only used it to sleep in, and get ready for our day. We’d rather have a small room at a lower cost than other places and be able to do things, than to have something more fancy and expensive and be broke and not have any experiences.

Great location, one block away from the boardwalk. Convenient parking. The staff are all very nice.

The room was very small, tiny bathroom, but it is an older property, so it is to be expected. There was a rotten spot right as you step in the bathroom. They had tried to fix it with duct tape, so it was a squishy spot with sticky tape to stick to your foot as you step in. Hopefully will be repaired soon, before someone’s foot goes through!

The location was perfect for going to the beach and the boardwalk. The room was updated recently and had a nice visual appeal. I traveled solo, so the small size of the room was just right for me. Enough storage space and a large refrigerator were a great bonus! The AC worked excellent and was able to be controlled by remote. I was very pleased with my stay. I would stay there again.

The shower was a bit snug, and water gets on the floor if you're not careful with the shower curtain. As it is a hazard with hotels at the beach, the floor was often gritty with sand, even when I just checked in and when it was cleaned during my stay. I would have appreciated a table and chair in the room, but it's not a dealbreaker. It would also have been nice to include a hairdryer as an amenity or make it clear they aren't available.

The rooms look as too be remodeled. Everything was very modern. Very clean. The staff was exceptional!!! SUGGested GREAT PLACES TO EAT! Was right off of Rt.50 going into OC. Very easy to find. About 1 block from the ocean. Walking distance to allot of stuff.

Our room was next to the main road. Traffic was very loud. The gap under the door only funneled the noise in. And the steps right next to our room, the people going up stairs very rude and loud until like 2 a.m. And parking is very tight.
