Loved the staff, location and it was very clean for being a motel. Would have loved somewhere to sit in the room, but we had camping chairs that worked well. Can't beat the location, cleanliness, and pool with a family looking to do all things downtown. It was easy enough to travel to midtown as we charted a fishing trip and enjoyed breakfast there. The pizza shop not even a block away was excellent too! We were really only in our room to sleep and reset/refresh between activities. The pool was a nice bonus. Ac was super cold, fridge was cold, shower was nice! We also loved the sun deck. We loved sipping the complimentary coffee in the morning and our kids loved it at night to finish their boardwalk desserts and people watch.

We were impressed by everything this place had to offer for the price point.

I absolutely loved the location, one block from the boardwalk. Near Jolly Rogers amusement Park, thrashers French fries, fishers popcorn, the arcade, restaurants & bars. All within a 5 minute walk. Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The pool was clean and well maintained! Fresh linens delivered daily. Fridge, microwave and tv were all updated as well.

We had no place to dry our wet bathing suits or towels on, no towel bars in the bathroom & no racks in the room. I was also bummed to find out room didn't have a coffee pot ( we will bring one next year ). The room was a bit small, however we don't spend much time in it.

The staff were so kind and so nice to talk to they really go above and beyond to help guests . They understand good customer service. The location is the best if you like the beach and boardwalk especially being that the tram is no longer in service. It’s very convenient walking distance to everything we wanted to enjoy. The rooms were very clean. The shower was nice too and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was also very nice and clean and enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Parking is tight but we parked and just walked everywhere. We brought a folding chair with us for the room and it came in handy as there isn’t any in the room. Thanks Madison Beach!

WiFi a little weak and parking lot needs repaired but not a huge deal.

My Son and I came down for Oceans Calling music festival and the location couldn't have been better!! The staff were EXTREMELY helpful when I had an issue at check-in, completely all on me, but they were VERY accommodating and got me all checked in. The rooms are a bit small, but we were there for the experiences outside in OCMD, not the room itself. All we really needed was a bed and shower. The microwave and TV were a bonus. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and generous with clean towels and whatever else was needed. There is an ice machine across from the lobby if needed and an adorable 2nd floor viewing area with seating that looks out on Baltimore Street. If you need to be close to the center of OCMD this is the spot for you.

One of the two complaints I have is the window in the bathroom was broken from the outside and couldn't close all the way. However, it didn't hinder us AT ALL. I'm sure in the heart of the summer it would let in the heat and humidity. The second was usually a hotel lets me park all day after check-in still, but they wanted a $100 for the spot I was in. Thankfully, I did get them down to $50, and I did pay for the convince of not needing to move, but I would have preferred to not have to pay. However, I completely understand why they charged.

Very clean... The location was fantastic. Literally, as soon as you get into ocean city, over the bridge, you just go down and make a left, and it's right there on the left. Less than three minutes from the boardwalk. We crossed this street get on the boardwalk, and you're right in the center of everything. Great coffee great staff. And no hidden fees. I reserved the room on booking.com. The hotel did not require a deposit. If you're over 25 years old.... Absolutely, recommend this hotel.

The only thing for me, if i'm being honest was it didn't have a bathtub but it could have a shower and the bed was a little uncomfortable for me? I'm used to a bigger bed. But it was very clean, they had mattress.Encasement covers over them, which is wonderful. Air condition worked.Great refrigerator worked, great microwave, worked great. Yeah there's really nothing negative to say.. Honestly, it was great. Fantastic parking fantastic location.

Great location for beach & boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable. Room size/space adequate since spend more time out and about.

This is our "go-to" place. Very clean, small room with enough of what you need, great location downtown. Only 1/2 block to the boardwalk and bus stop. Each housekeeping staff member (with the exception of one) was so nice and polite and stopped each day to see if we needed anything. Front desk staff are super nice as well. Small clean pool.

The only thing I would suggest is in the 2 queen beds rooms to have another mirror or side table. There is only one super small mirror in the tiny bathroom.

The motel has a great location. It’s one block from the boardwalk/beach and plenty of places to eat/shop and close to boardwalk activities to include Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Jolly Roger amusement park. The rooms were clean and quiet. The room had an A/C unit that works very well. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a decent size mini fridge. There is an outdoor pool and I always had a parking space when we returned to the motel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small. It was very crowded with four people. The water pressure in shower was very low and the shelf in the shower made it very difficult to get a good shower. The shower curtain had stains which was kind of gross. There are no curtains only mini blinds so the room gets very bright as soon as the sun comes up. The pool closed at 7 PM which I felt was too early and should be extended to at least 9 PM. The parking spaces were small and I could never find a spot in front of the building we were staying in but the parking lot is not huge so that wasn’t too bad.

The property was very good. Very close to the beach so the walks were never bad. You are in the middle of the busy roadways so keep that in mind when crossing with children. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants with a 7 eleven a few steps away. The pool was clean, my kids had a ball in the pool immediately after the beach! Staff were very friendly and accommodating even down to the cleaners. There were a lot of flies in the room but they mostly likely came from when the room was being cleaned. A little spray and they weee gone. I stayed one night and this place did the job.

Lack of towel bars/garment hooks. There was space to hang clothing but no hangers were provided. Bathroom door was a sliding solid panel door that seemed a bit small and did not have a handle. (None of which were MAJOR issues but would be easily improved)
