Great location, just a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach! There was plenty of parking available, which made things super convenient. The water pressure in the shower was also surprisingly awesome, a nice touch after a day at the beach!

The property could use a bit of maintenance, especially the rusted light fixtures, which would really benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom also feels dated, and the toilet takes a while to flush properly. With a few updates, this place could really shine. Didn’t have a trash canister outside, or in the office.

The location is wonderful and there are many things around! The room is a good size and comes with a microwave, a mini fridge, and even it's own air conditioning. Everything worked exceptionally. It was great for the price!

The only thing I didn't like was my bed sheets and the bathroom when I came in. The sheets had stains on them and the bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet. Also it only had stairs no elevator, which isn't really one of my complaints, just something to keep in mind.

We were there for the "Beach Crusin" Weekend. The location is also great for watching cars on Baltimore Ave. If you don't like LOUD cars this isn't the place for you.

This is an Old O.C. Motel. It is BASIC and priced that way. If you want more, pay more. It has met our needs for many years.

This property is a block from the boardwalk and beach. The location is great! Though a little dated, everything is very clean and staff response is very good.

The furnishings and linens should be updated.

Close to the inlet area of OCMD and was easy to walk to boardwalk and stores nearby. Parking was always available near our room when we left to go do stuff. Staff was very nice too. Pet friendly room and it was a nice area to walk him every morning.

Only complaint was our room had a tube tv. Might be due to pets knocking tvs over easily. But it had a loud noise when it was on like a ringing sound.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. I had towels and washcloths every day at my door...so close to the beach I walked everyday...there were chairs outside the rooms so you could sit in the evenings..restaurant was right next door..there was a small frig and microwave which helped put my take out in.

The smell of the room..had a mildew smell...I couldn't open the windows..there were no screens for fresh air.the outlets in the room scared me, they were very loose in the walls.

It was very clean and close to the boardwalk as well as the beach. The staff was amazing. Very friendly. It was pet friendly and didn’t change me for a service animal

Very convenient location, near boardwalk and great places. Sharkys breakfast right next door. Rooms are decent size. We slept comfortably. Staff was nice too. Free parking right out front is convenient too.

Though bath is a bit tiny and needs some updating everything worked, water was very hot. There's a small pool, but it was on the chilly side, I'd assume due to several rainy days prior. Oh well, next time!

The room was clean and it worked well for our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. It met the expectations considering the price. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was comfortable.

Our tv wouldn’t connect to the cable box and bathrooms could use an update. Neither were a big deal. We were out on the boardwalk and beach most of the day anyway

Close to the boardwalk and you can sit outside yr door and Listen to the music from plim plaza .

Wish the pool was bigger and in a different place
