I can’t believe I had to pay an extra 64.00 for parking and resort fee . it was very upsetting to know I paid 752.00 for three nights and still had to pay to park my car there . such. rip off

Location of this hotel is perfect if you enjoy the Boardwalk and attractions down at the pier! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel is kept extremely clean and tidy, including the public restrooms in the lobby area.

The beds are hard as rocks. The pillows are below standard for a hotel that charges approximately $500 per night (peak season). The complimentary bath supplies are horrible (again for a hotel that charges $500 per night) - the quality is below that of the Dollar Store. The pool is nice however it was not well cleaned (free of sand).

Wonderful, caring staff. They have board game rentals and bikes, heated pools, and the location is perfect! It's not too far from the amusement park, and right in the middle of the boardwalk, to shop in either direction. There is direct access to the boardwalk, where there is restaurants just steps away. Lots of private parking as well, which was easy to get in and out of. Beautiful decorations are scattered about the whole of the hotel, and fragrant smells of flowers and coconut waft down the halls. Our room had a cute kitchenette, which felt more like a little apartment, which my kids really enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beds were not comfortable

The cleanliness, the pools were clean and nice, and the access to the boardwalk made it easier to check restaurants and different stores.

The beds were too small to be a room for 5 people, this was my first time in this hotel, last year I went to another one close to this one, and they allowed us to stay after we made the check out in their pool and bar and continued using the parking... but this hotel was totally different. Actually, they started taking my plate number. When the person saw me walking to my car, he deleted my information... and all because my daughter wants to buy something from the front desk... they charge for parking that should be part of your reservation... also, you don't have enough carts to put baggage. We were waiting for one and we couldn't get it, we had to carry all our stuff and took us a long time and effort, now my back hurts.

location was excellent. staff was friendly and helpful and always smiling. front desk was very pleasant and helping with our needs in getting us a shower curtain that was missing when we arrive. cleaning staff were prompt and friendly.

there was no shower curtain in our bathroom. attempted to call front desk to get a curtain our phone didn't work upon our arrival, so we were unable to shower until we called the front desk. when attempting to call we could hear the front desk she could not here us. second call she still couldn't hear us but said she would send maintenance. after waiting we went to talk to the front desk, and she was very apologetic and nice. she called for a shower curtain. maintenance never came to fix the phone. tired of waiting i showered without a curtain.

Good value room in a good location within Ocean City. Room was great and included a basic kitchen area(no stove, only microwave) with a sink and mini fridge. Balcony had a good view. Beds were comfortable.

Pillows were small and too puffy without much firmness. Also, it was New Years and the fire alarm malfunctioned and so we had to go down to the boardwalk in order to watch fireworks. Shower head is outdated and should be updated for better flow. Also there wasn't any handsoap available in the rooms bathroom which isn't good for someone that didn't bring their own.

Location, including being ocean front, and price continue to be the best part of this hotel. We also enjoy the beach chairs (included) and umbrellas (for an added cost), and staff were quick to bring any items we needed (towels, trash bags, sheets, etc).

I don’t recommend a deck room.. especially if you have kids and/or you’re a light sleeper. Some people like to stay out on the deck late at night, and it can be noisy. Our kids had a harder time falling asleep, and one of the nights they (and myself) had a hard time staying asleep due to people outside. It was 1am and people were still out.

Everyone is sooo nice and accommodating. Beautiful rooms/facilities. Vibrant, clean, cheery. You really feel like you are at a beach hotel here. We decided to stay longer than we initially booked and planned on staying. We brought our 8 month old baby and everyone was so sweet with him and assisted us with our room relocation when we decided to stay longer.

The only negative was the crane & workers fixing the sun on the building and painting. It definitely took away from the pool/bay/sunset view and privacy on the balcony. Bad timing I suppose.

We arrived in town early and were welcomed into our room without a problem. We were upgraded to a higher room with a fantastic ocean view. The hotel was decorated with a holiday theme with beautiful tropical colors. Accommodations were perfect, a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, sink, dishes and utensils were available. The sofa/pull out bed was a nice addition to be able to sit and watch the ocean and TV. Beds and pillows were comfy. Oh, shower pressure was amazing if that's as important to you as it is to me. Convenient to all boardwalk festivities, restaurants, shops (although most were closed during our January visit). I would definitely recommend Park Place Hotel and will be sure to stay here again when visiting Ocean City.

Not a real complaint but we needed to stay an extra night due to a storm that would endanger our road trip and Park Place was closed Tuesday and Wednesday, however they were so accommodating giving us a late check out so we could get ourselves together to move to a different hotel. Extremely wonderful customer service!!
