We really liked the location, it was very close to a lot of the activities and shops that we favor. The view off of our side view balcony was exceptional! Overall, we had a pretty nice stay.

The bed only had two sheets and no comforter, so that wasn’t very comfortable for us. We would have liked to have a little broom in the room to sweep up the sand from coming back from the beach. We were not supplied with the appropriate amount of towels and washcloths for the size of our family; when we asked for more the employee at the front desk said they would bring them up but never did. The thing we disliked the most was that parking was two blocks away so that was very inconvenient with children and we didn’t like our vehicle being so far away.

The staff are excellent! It's a comfortable room and a great location. We were asked daily if we needed anything by housekeeping staffing our floor. This is definitely a great place for individuals who like to stay busy and who like to just relax watching the crowd at times.

This didn't bother me, but for individuals who are looking for a quieter environment, the ocean view rooms should be avoided. People are on the boardwalk all night and can be rowdy in the middle of the night. The police do patrol, but it's a large area to cover. Other than that, this hotel was excellent!

The location was great, facility was in good condition and clean. The staff was super friendly.

There was people smoking on the balconies even though there was no smoking signs.

We loved everything about Ocean 1 the staff was very friendly, Rooms were very clean, and the rooms are very roomy, bathroom is very nice and roomy, beds were very comfy, it is the perfect location just few steps and you are on the boardwalk where all the action is. Each room has a patio where you can see the boardwalk and ocean view Even from side rooms (inlet) It has a nice elevator, I can't say enough good things about this property I will definitely stay again .

The only down call is the parking there are only very few spots at the hotel so you have to park a block away, but honestly it was nothing not far at all . You can unload and load your car at the hotel then park . Everything else was perfect!! 😍

the location was just perfect, view was amazing, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very easy to access and the balcony was a plus. We enjoyed the microwave and small fridge, and the coffeemaker.

We arrived late in the evening, and parking was a problem. The staff was very accomodating though, and we were happy with the location of our vehicle overnight. To be fair though, parking is an issue all over throughout the area, as one would expect in a resort location. The parking spaces are very tight everywhere, so larger vehicles beware.

Breakfast never knew they had it or I would’ve tried it at least. The hotel is in a great location, not to close to all the noise down at end of boardwalk.

The part I didn’t like was on the balcony had no privacy features and the people are right next to you and can view you while in room. There is a easy fix for this and not very expensive to fix. All you have to is put up some privacy walls such as vinyl or tin. If you were to fix this your rating would go upon my opinion. Because doing my stay I did ask the other guest about this issue and it was a concern to them as well

They need more parking available at the hotel, I think there was only 8 spots at the actual property.

Great location near all the right attractions and water. Nice size rooms for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean upon arrival. Fast and easy check in. Love the second location for parking.

Sand here and there throughout the room on the floors. Since the hotel is on 1st Street there is no station to clean off before coming back to the hotel and no clean off stations on hotel site. Very low water pressure in the showers as well as sinks.

The ocean front view was the best! The manger was very nice and helpful and staff was good.

Parking was tight but at least we had free parking so that was good. Pool off grounds was not ideal but at least you had a pool to go to verses not having one so that’s good. The vendors below our rooms were terrible. The filth that came out of their mouths was horrible. They constantly said “pus-y” which was foul and defensive. There’s nothing anyone could do and it went on every night. They would entice little girls in and give them half-price items. It was terrible sight! Cool topic I wouldn’t let my daughter go in there. They hounded people to come in their store, kept on asking them to come in people to walk by and were aggravated about them constantly asking them to come into the store. It really was awful I wouldn’t sit out there with my 16-year-old daughter.

The location was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Our room had a spa tub but didn't use. There is a small fridge and microwave with coffee pot on countertop , but no cooking appliances or silverware or dishes, so bring your own things along. The staff are all nice.

There's only about 7 parking spots, 2 of them handicap underneath. There's a few spaces on the corner, but if you aren't lucky enough to get 1, you have to park 2 blocks down in an open lot. There's no pool if you need 1
