Location was excellent! Pool was very clean and well maintained, the gentleman taking care of it was out there numerous times checking it and testing. Very friendly! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and well prepared for our family of 4. We will definitely be staying again!

Really, the only thing needing fixed was a lock on the balcony door, but that wasn't a huge concern being on the 5th floor and no small children.

The rooms were perfect size for us and the kids, the bathroom was big so I had enough room since I have two little kids. Right on the boardwalk and super close to a lot of things, The view from the top floor was perfect! Both city and the ocean view is amazing. And it had a little kitchen area which is great for when your staying for more then one day especially with kids. The pool was perfect, clean water and not too deep.

The couch in the room definitely needed to be upgraded, stained and was torn. And the alarm clock buttons were so worn down it didn’t work and I couldn’t change the time since the time was wrong.

nice clean room with a kitchenette, capable of sleeping six with a balcony. Somewhat larger room than average for the money. Great location for attending the concert.

The television wasn't working, but we were at the beach, so I really didn't care to waste time watching television any way. Room cleaning services were only available on the facilities schedule. We were in town for oceans calling, so we slept quite late in the morning and missed maid service availability every day for the duration of our stay.

We enjoyed the location, off of the boardwalk, as we had an ocean view. The adjoining restaurant/bar was perfect.

Hard to find parking.

The location was great because it was right on the boardwalk. The room was very large and had a working microwave and fridge. There were two balconies with excellent views!

Our room never got serviced which was a little frustrating. Some of the towels had some stains, and the sheets had some hairs on them.

I’ve always stayed in Americana hotel but This time I brought my dog and so we decided on paradise hotel. So glad we did. The staff was nice and the rooms were great. Our ocean front had a nice jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We are actually booking another trip here soon. Our fur baby loved it here. The only thing I would complain about is it’s hard to find a grassy area for the pup. Other than that we loved it.

location was great. had a beautiful beach view from our balcony. the room was big and the housekeeping was good. nice kitchenette with fridge, cabinets and mircowave. the jacuzzi tub in our room was a nice surprise.

the pool was very small and only 3-4 ft deep with not enough chairs or room for everyone. it was also in the back parking lot, not a great view. you had to walk around the side or through a store in order to get to the boardwalk, no direct access.

Room 606 ocean view. The large spa tub was difficult for my older parents to use. The ONLY down side was not being able to keep the slider open to the ocean because of people on the balcony smoking week. It was horrible.

It is a NO smoking facility and apparently some people do not realize that means drugs as well. Could not communicate with house keeping because they did not speak or understand english.

Everything was Great!! Great location!! We loved that we could bring our dog too.

When we checked out my granddaughter left her orioles shirt behind on the bed. It has sentimental meaning. We drove back to get it and house keeping told her it wasn’t in the room. She cried the whole way home. She’s only 12 and that shirt meant a lot to her. We checked our belongings when we got home but nothing. She said she had left it on the bed.

The property was ok. Although, there was a problem and I should have taken it to the front desk. Yet I didn’t want make it a big deal because I wanted to enjoy my vacation but, the bed next to the sliding door has a steel part or metal that sticks out. I hit my left foot on it and I cried. I had to put a plastic cup for protection. I did tell my kids not to go to that area.
