Location! Location! Location! You couldn't ask for a better location on the boardwalk and beach in general. Paradise is literally the epicenter of all things "boardwalk". The shopping, and dining options are incredible and right at the Hotel!!! We now have Thrashers just below us!!! Like I said; the location is key. The room was expected. It is an older establishment and gets used a lot by many visitors. Renovation is happening and the improvements are noticed. My room was sensational. I booked an Oceanfront with balcony and kitchenette with Two Queen beds and 1 Sofa Bed. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. AC unit is a little loud but it kept that room nice and cool. Fridge and microwave worked very well. New upgrades to the TV allowed us to log onto our streaming services and enjoy our programming during our stay. Bathroom served its purpose. The beach!!! Nothing like it. My family and I have been coming to OCMD and stay exclusively at Paradise, and the setup is just simply perfect for us. Every time.

The rooms are in-progress, and it's reassuring to see renovation is ongoing. Parking can always be a challenge and that's expected, but we ran into issues where some un-authorized cars were in the overflow lot and didn't have a place to park even though we were guaranteed guests at the hotel, and should have had a parking space available. I believe Staff did do their best to monitor the lot (especially on July 4th), for violators and they did enforce some individuals. So while it was a minor inconvenience; it certainly is worth noting.

Hotel had parking lot, easy access to boardwalk, balcony was awesome view of boardwalk. Provided extra towel and toilet paper. Clean shower and hot water. AC worked great. 2 balcony chairs provided! Fridge did work! Even froze my water in there so cold!!

Rude staff. Spent 1125$ on balcony oceanfront, $15/night parking in THEIR parking lot and $50 early check in fee YET front desk didn’t even greet us friendly or smile, give details etc. Annoying to be excited and spend $$ with a business with rude staff. Acted like we were bothering her to check in / out. Very quiet toned without interest of the guest. Across from bathroom on boardwalk but not a big deal.

We were pleased with our room and location. Yes, it's tourist but we are aware when we book. You get what you get knowing this, but the Hotel does a good job trying to keep everything at a happy medium.

The pillows....We will bring our own next time. Like a pillowcase full of cotton balls. And there were rusted sharp screws on the balcony doors. Maybe gone unnoticed.

Location was excellent! Pool was very clean and well maintained, the gentleman taking care of it was out there numerous times checking it and testing. Very friendly! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and well prepared for our family of 4. We will definitely be staying again!

Really, the only thing needing fixed was a lock on the balcony door, but that wasn't a huge concern being on the 5th floor and no small children.

We've stayed at Paradise at least 3 other times. I like being in the middle of the boardwalk so walking isn't so long. Nice bar/restaurant on premises. Pool, but we've never used it. Ocean view the best

Sorry but those pillows are awful. They are like a pillowcase half full of cotton balls. I will bring my own next time. As much as I love Thrashers, but the mess and noise from the seagulls is not so appealing, I want Alaska back.

Everyone is very nice there. It’s always clean. It does need some updating, but it’s close to everything and you can’t beat the view cause you always have a view even if you have a brave view room look at the parking lot, but you still get to see the bay side view and beat front our best, of course but I will be staying there again this year for Labor Day!! and I can’t wait

Could use some updating Wi-Fi is OK but the TVs have a lot of commercials on the side, which is kind of annoying but their new TVs lol

The rooms were perfect size for us and the kids, the bathroom was big so I had enough room since I have two little kids. Right on the boardwalk and super close to a lot of things, The view from the top floor was perfect! Both city and the ocean view is amazing. And it had a little kitchen area which is great for when your staying for more then one day especially with kids. The pool was perfect, clean water and not too deep.

The couch in the room definitely needed to be upgraded, stained and was torn. And the alarm clock buttons were so worn down it didn’t work and I couldn’t change the time since the time was wrong.

The front desk staff were great. Very efficient and assisted to our needs. The room was spacious and had many beach views.

The hotel only allows one vehicle per room. So we had to park our additional vehicle on the street. Courtesy Breakfast would have been nice to have. The bed sheets and pillow cover were stained and smelled. We ask to have someone come change it and that person came in with a bad attitude. Otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful with some things that came up. The room was a great location.

The room could have been cleaner. There was an open box of condoms laying on our side balcony and a French fry container laying beside our safe. Some hair was on the shower curtain. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. 2 of our inside light fixtures did not work neither did the side balcony light.

nice clean room with a kitchenette, capable of sleeping six with a balcony. Somewhat larger room than average for the money. Great location for attending the concert.

The television wasn't working, but we were at the beach, so I really didn't care to waste time watching television any way. Room cleaning services were only available on the facilities schedule. We were in town for oceans calling, so we slept quite late in the morning and missed maid service availability every day for the duration of our stay.
