The location was great if you want something further away from the busy part of the boardwalk. Restaurant downstairs was nice. Pool and hotel was great. Beds were comfy. Room was large and oceanfront view. Staff was friendly. Housekeeper was super.

Even though the hotel has a strict no smoking policy, everytime we went out to the balcony or opened our door for the breeze we smelt pot from someone outside on their balcony. The parking garage is across the street n uphill on the second or 3rd floor

The room was quaint, comfortable,and very clean when we entered it. Housekeeping service was very good. Alexa and the other ladies always had the room and always provided clean towels and changed them daily. The location was excellent right on the Boardwalk and the beach was right there. the wife love it. That's why we decided to stay there for a second time.

There is no real reason to dislike the place or stay, because everything was right there the boardwalk, beach ,restaurants and shopping . Hopefully we will be planning to book again for our next year trip to Ocean City.

We have stayed here many times over the years and so it’s a home away from away home. The lounge is comfortable. The staff is always very friendly. The rooms are clean.

My only negative comment was the bar/restaurant. We were a group of 13 people who came down to the restaurant for dinner. It was not busy at all, but the service was still really lousy. It took a long time to get a beer and it forever to get food. We will not go back to eat here again.

The room had an awkward entrance to get through the doorway and we were unable to get the luggage cart into the room. Otherwise, the location, view and size were great. The view was incredible, and we could see both the ocean and the bay.

The entrance to the room was tight and awkward. The bed was too close to the air conditioner. The bed was a little too firm.

Other than the bed being uncomfortable to me(it's firm and I'm a soft bed sleeper), the property itself was great. We checked in Thursday, and there wasn't a lot of guests, so our night was peaceful, the facilities great. On the weekend when more checked in, we had people on both sides of us. They would go out on their balcony and be loud after 11pm, someone had a dog that barked loudly one morning before 7am, we went to use the pool Saturday and there was dirty band-aids at the bottom. Friday evening we went out on our balcony, and it was covered in popcorn (maybe dropped from the guests above us?) It wasn't a matter of the facility, the hotel was great, the staff was very friendly, it's the other guests who were inconsiderate that changed the dynamics of our stay.

Easy Booking, Easy Check In. Professional, Kind, Helpful Staff at Desk and Housekeeping. Hot Coffee Available All Day. Easy Parking with Parking Garage Next Door. The Entire Hotel Was Clean. The Room Updated, Clean, Fresh and Quiet. The Bathroom Was Clean and Updated and Shower had Great Water Pressure and did not run out of Hot Water. Location was Perfect on The Boardwalk and 12th Street - with the beach just a few steps from our Hotel. Food at the Restaurant was Very Good, The Cream of Crab was Delicious. We extended our stay, Our Room was Available and It Was Easy To Add One More Day. The Beach Was Great and had an outside shower to rinse the sand off.. H J Also Offered Discounted Tickets for Jolly Roger Water Park and Rides At The Front Desk. Our Stay was a 10/10.

We wanted an ocean front room with a handicap shower. They told me you didn't have one with an ocean front room. The girl at the desk said check out the room and let me know if its okay. We were pleasantly surprised to see the shower had a little step to get in and they gave us a shower chair,that was perfect!! My son is disabled and would not be able to lift his leg high enough to get in a tub to take a shower. We would definitely recommend staying at your hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel was terrible, they didn't get our order right and they were way over priced!!

I was informed by Booking that oceanfront rooms were available on an "if available" basis. The hotel also told me that I needed to use the Booking site to secure one. Both the website and the hotel should be clearer about this policy.

There was an unusual smell in the room, which wasn’t marijuana, but rather a faint odor reminiscent of old, rotten cheese. It wasn’t overpowering, just persistent enough to be noticeable. The scent lingered in the air, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere, though it wasn’t strong enough to be overwhelming it was certainly odd and unpleasant. I expected the room to be free of any such lingering smells, especially given the quality of the accommodations. A little attention to detail in maintaining a fresh environment could make a big difference for guests.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The location and view of the ocean were exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the access to free coffee was an added bonus.

The washcloths and towels were of poor quality for the daily price of the room, which includes a resort fee. In fact, the washcloths kept ripping with each wash for two of the three people in our room and a few of the other family members staying at the hotel. Additionally, it would be nice to put at least two free bottles of water in the rooms if you are charging a resort fee.

Like the closeness to boardwalk. I like the indoor pool where towels are provided.

I would love to get to stay when it’s warmer but the prices go up because of the demand
