The location was great if you want something further away from the busy part of the boardwalk. Restaurant downstairs was nice. Pool and hotel was great. Beds were comfy. Room was large and oceanfront view. Staff was friendly. Housekeeper was super.

Even though the hotel has a strict no smoking policy, everytime we went out to the balcony or opened our door for the breeze we smelt pot from someone outside on their balcony. The parking garage is across the street n uphill on the second or 3rd floor

The room was quaint, comfortable,and very clean when we entered it. Housekeeping service was very good. Alexa and the other ladies always had the room and always provided clean towels and changed them daily. The location was excellent right on the Boardwalk and the beach was right there. the wife love it. That's why we decided to stay there for a second time.

There is no real reason to dislike the place or stay, because everything was right there the boardwalk, beach ,restaurants and shopping . Hopefully we will be planning to book again for our next year trip to Ocean City.

We have stayed here many times over the years and so it’s a home away from away home. The lounge is comfortable. The staff is always very friendly. The rooms are clean.

My only negative comment was the bar/restaurant. We were a group of 13 people who came down to the restaurant for dinner. It was not busy at all, but the service was still really lousy. It took a long time to get a beer and it forever to get food. We will not go back to eat here again.

The room had an awkward entrance to get through the doorway and we were unable to get the luggage cart into the room. Otherwise, the location, view and size were great. The view was incredible, and we could see both the ocean and the bay.

The entrance to the room was tight and awkward. The bed was too close to the air conditioner. The bed was a little too firm.

Other than the bed being uncomfortable to me(it's firm and I'm a soft bed sleeper), the property itself was great. We checked in Thursday, and there wasn't a lot of guests, so our night was peaceful, the facilities great. On the weekend when more checked in, we had people on both sides of us. They would go out on their balcony and be loud after 11pm, someone had a dog that barked loudly one morning before 7am, we went to use the pool Saturday and there was dirty band-aids at the bottom. Friday evening we went out on our balcony, and it was covered in popcorn (maybe dropped from the guests above us?) It wasn't a matter of the facility, the hotel was great, the staff was very friendly, it's the other guests who were inconsiderate that changed the dynamics of our stay.

Like the closeness to boardwalk. I like the indoor pool where towels are provided.

I would love to get to stay when it’s warmer but the prices go up because of the demand

The staff was amazing they were all so friendly , great location I was worried about parking but that was easy.

The room was great. It was clean and neat with interesting decorations. We had a balcony that had a view of other buildings straight ahead, but to the right you had a great view of the ocean. We could also see the ocean from inside the room.The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. It included free parking in the garage. It was a good price. We would love to go there again and plan to.

The restaurant opened on Friday for dinner. Maybe it was because they opened for the year, but the food didn't meet our expectations. My husband ordered the cream of crab soup and it was so salty he couldn't eat it and sent it back. They took it off the check. The server was very nice. I had a crabcake sandwich. It was ok, but wasn't anything to write home about. It had a little more filler than I like and not too much flavor. My husband ordered a Philly Cheesecake sub and it was just ok.

The room felt so clean and the sheets were fully pristine. All of the last 3 hotels that I stayed at had hairs left on the sheets and had moldy and old pillows but here there was not a single speck. The relief and comfort in that was fantastic. There werent random garbage in the corners or anything out of place, the room felt intentionally worked on, The staff were also really nice and did everything fast. The room was spacious and the location is really convenient being directly on the boardwalk. There is also a pretty nice indoor pool and hot tub.

The shower could have been hotter and grew luke warm and cold after a while. I still think that the pros makes up for it though.

I liked that the hotel had a hot tub in the indoor pool area and the water in the indoor pool was actually heated to a warm temp not too warm but just right,the jets in the hit tub were pretty powerful too so this was a huge plus, made our weekend trip way more enjoyable

I pretty much liked everything but one small issue was the parking and that wasn't terrible it was just difficult to take our luggage and stuff back to our car on the 3rd level of the parking garage but I am grateful they had a nice parking garage to use so it wasn't that bad really plus I'm sure the staff would have pushed our bell cart up the ramp for us if we asked
