Loved the location and the view. Staff was friendly. Best priced room with an ocean view in OC. Slept well.

Had to park 3 blocks away; soap/shampoo containers were empty; toilet had small leak; headboard needed to be wiped.

Fantastic location. Right in the middle of the boardwalk, easy to go up or down and find plenty of things to do and eat. Parking was fine -- overflow lot the first day wasn't too far away, and after that we were able to get a spot right behind the hotel. Pool was clean and nice. Room was small but fine for our stay because we didn't spend much time inside. The ABSOLUTE BEST feature is the porch. Open air with huge old columns, wide steps, and plenty of Adirondack rocking chairs for sitting and people-watching, and enjoying the breeze.

Not a complaint, just a heads up that it IS an old hotel, so halls are narrow, the elevator is tiny, and everything is a little shabby. Knowing all that, I'd absolutely stay there again just for the lobby and porch.

We love the location. Right on the boardwalk, steps from the beach. We walked next door for Fractured prune donuts for breakfast one morning, and ice cream from the sweet spot one evening. The front porch with rockers and the pool area are our favorite parts of this hotel. The rooms are small but have more than enough space. The beds are comfortable. Mini fridge worked well and kept things cold and the freezer part even kept things frozen which is rare for hotel fridges. Partial ocean view was nice to wake up and check out the waves In the mornings.

The bathrooms are the only real drawback to this hotel. At least our room category- Partial ocean view double beds. They are sooo tiny and the shower is even tinier yet and the entire bathroom got soaked everytime one of us showered. The mirror was so high we had to get on our tip toes. to see. The parking situation isn't the best either, but we have a good routine down now after multiple stays with unloading and loading b4 parking.

I'm sorry I made reservations with a reservation company. I tried and tried to rest your front desk. The person who took the res., said that I would definitely have ocean front , but it didn't happen. VERY SAD.

The location, pool, live entertainment, was great. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. The staff is efficient and friendly. The location on the boardwalk is hard to beat for the cost which to me makes the Harrison Hall an excellent value. If you’re looking for modern amenities try the Marriott next door. I prefer the Harrison Hall. I have stayed in both.

The bathroom is very small but works for my wife and I. The shower fixtures could be a bit better. It was easy to accidentally turn the water to ice cold or scalding hot while in the shower. Just had to be careful.

Great location. Visited at the end of September and while the weather didn’t permit swimming, it was an overall peaceful and restful trip. Rooms are simple…but adequate if you are going to be spending most of your time outside— If you get bored of your room and don’t feel like going “out”, there is a nice large porch/rocking chairs facing the ocean! There is also a microwave and a coffee/hot water dispenser in the lobby.

Rooms are clean, but could use some touching up (paint, cosmetic wear and tear, etc). The shower IS small, but not a deal breaker for me considering location and the overall value. However, extra blankets in the room would add to comfort, for those staying with others who prefer cooler temps. The main thing that bothered me was the stairwell of the hotel— it is carpeted and looks like it could use a good deep clean (not sure when this could happen, considering need for stairs to be available at all times).

They was no breakfast. The receptionist from 4pm-12am From Monday was Outstanding. She was so pleasant. I hope she there everytime we come back.She kept a Smile and spoke everytime we enter or exit.We laughed so much.

The He/She ENTER Our Room When There WAS A Sign saying DO NOT DISTURB.That was Tuesday 5/7/2024.Then the he/She had the nerve to ask me for a TIP so it can have Lunch.😔.I report it to the receptionist.She said she would speak with her.Your Tuesday Receptionist is very unpleasant.😔Glad we was leaving.Wednesday.Every cleaner made it their business to BlOCK tHE WHOLE HALLWAY WEDNESDAY MORNING.😔.WE HAD HELL TRYING TO CARRY OR LUGGAGES TO GET TO THE ELEVATOR.THEN A COUPLE TRYING TO GET TO THEIR ROOM ONE THE SAME FLOOR.😔IT WAS A MESS.WE WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE SECOND FLOOR.218 left Tuesday.

Harrison Hall is an old fashioned retro hotel, on the boardwalk. The original location for a family thats grown into a huge corporation. The family has not allowed this location to fafe away. Still offers the charm and service that it did 30 years ago. Free coffee in the lobby, 24 hrs a day. Quick response to any issue. Porch overlooking the boardwalk is well maintained and furnished with 30 old fashioned rockers. Wonderful stay, as always.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but the price is very good.

the hotel was right on the boardwalk & it made it super convenient to get to everything we needed/wanted. we were within walking distance of literally everything. the staff was extremely friendly. loved the pool bar. we had a tiny room but it was still enough just for the 2 of us.

our shower was so small & the shower head made it impossible to shower without getting my hair wet no matter what since i’m pretty short. our bed was also super uncomfortable. both of those being said, i’d still stay again and take our chances on a bigger room. the hotel itself was still nice and the staff made it worth it.

It was eayse like Sunday morning vibe. The low mantiance style.. I could walk in and out feeling like home not overwhelmed with this and that.. Very beautiful views.. Not the Hilton but better because it's homie.. Lived in and I just would recommend for family style people.. The pool is amazing outside cozy bar friendly atmosphere and also beautiful view the palm trees and original style is what I adore.. This place has roots.. On the beach straight ahead, I caught nothing but time with my boys, and im so thankful. This place has a few minnior details.. If you're not Here for the prestigious rooms, but here for the eayse parking convent food locations deep refreshing pool, convent eveything... I'd say it was 10 for me..

Not asss clean ass I'd prefer but.. I'm not princess so it was cool
