Loved the location and the view. Staff was friendly. Best priced room with an ocean view in OC. Slept well.

Had to park 3 blocks away; soap/shampoo containers were empty; toilet had small leak; headboard needed to be wiped.

I'm sorry I made reservations with a reservation company. I tried and tried to rest your front desk. The person who took the res., said that I would definitely have ocean front , but it didn't happen. VERY SAD.

They was no breakfast. The receptionist from 4pm-12am From Monday was Outstanding. She was so pleasant. I hope she there everytime we come back.She kept a Smile and spoke everytime we enter or exit.We laughed so much.

The He/She ENTER Our Room When There WAS A Sign saying DO NOT DISTURB.That was Tuesday 5/7/2024.Then the he/She had the nerve to ask me for a TIP so it can have Lunch.😔.I report it to the receptionist.She said she would speak with her.Your Tuesday Receptionist is very unpleasant.😔Glad we was leaving.Wednesday.Every cleaner made it their business to BlOCK tHE WHOLE HALLWAY WEDNESDAY MORNING.😔.WE HAD HELL TRYING TO CARRY OR LUGGAGES TO GET TO THE ELEVATOR.THEN A COUPLE TRYING TO GET TO THEIR ROOM ONE THE SAME FLOOR.😔IT WAS A MESS.WE WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE SECOND FLOOR.218 left Tuesday.

Great location. Visited at the end of September and while the weather didn’t permit swimming, it was an overall peaceful and restful trip. Rooms are simple…but adequate if you are going to be spending most of your time outside— If you get bored of your room and don’t feel like going “out”, there is a nice large porch/rocking chairs facing the ocean! There is also a microwave and a coffee/hot water dispenser in the lobby.

Rooms are clean, but could use some touching up (paint, cosmetic wear and tear, etc). The shower IS small, but not a deal breaker for me considering location and the overall value. However, extra blankets in the room would add to comfort, for those staying with others who prefer cooler temps. The main thing that bothered me was the stairwell of the hotel— it is carpeted and looks like it could use a good deep clean (not sure when this could happen, considering need for stairs to be available at all times).

Harrison Hall is an old fashioned retro hotel, on the boardwalk. The original location for a family thats grown into a huge corporation. The family has not allowed this location to fafe away. Still offers the charm and service that it did 30 years ago. Free coffee in the lobby, 24 hrs a day. Quick response to any issue. Porch overlooking the boardwalk is well maintained and furnished with 30 old fashioned rockers. Wonderful stay, as always.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but the price is very good.

the hotel was right on the boardwalk & it made it super convenient to get to everything we needed/wanted. we were within walking distance of literally everything. the staff was extremely friendly. loved the pool bar. we had a tiny room but it was still enough just for the 2 of us.

our shower was so small & the shower head made it impossible to shower without getting my hair wet no matter what since i’m pretty short. our bed was also super uncomfortable. both of those being said, i’d still stay again and take our chances on a bigger room. the hotel itself was still nice and the staff made it worth it.

It was eayse like Sunday morning vibe. The low mantiance style.. I could walk in and out feeling like home not overwhelmed with this and that.. Very beautiful views.. Not the Hilton but better because it's homie.. Lived in and I just would recommend for family style people.. The pool is amazing outside cozy bar friendly atmosphere and also beautiful view the palm trees and original style is what I adore.. This place has roots.. On the beach straight ahead, I caught nothing but time with my boys, and im so thankful. This place has a few minnior details.. If you're not Here for the prestigious rooms, but here for the eayse parking convent food locations deep refreshing pool, convent eveything... I'd say it was 10 for me..

Location was great. Enough off the busy portion of the boardwalk but close enough to walk to that portion. Short walk to the beach and to get to the water. Pool was perfect. Live music we caught was awesome and bartender was very nice! Good bar deals as well. Beds were comfortable as well as pillows. Water pressure was actually decent for a beach hotel as it normally lacks. We loved the front porch rockers and coffee bar in the morning. We got lucky and got early checkin and late checkout which was a big win. Highly recommend and will return.

Super small room complaint is they could use thicker blankets on the beds but nothing to sway me from not returning. We just like to crank the AC after a long day on the beach and enjoy a good cuddle up.

Great location near boardwalk attractions, rinsing shower, bike rentals, davincis restaurant, and atm. Bathroom was fine to me. Shower worked and the tub is deep if you want a bath. DVD player in the room and cable TV. Free coffee in the lobby. Very nice pool and there is a pool bar with happy hour.

Everything was perfect. My only beef is that there was hand soap in the shower. I usually rely on the complimentary soap from hotels and I don't bring my own. I have never had to shower with hand soap before.

The location! time to get to the beach was the time from the elevator to the hotel's porch. Love the seating in that area, the restaurant that it's in the hotel is excellent, highly recommend it! Da Vinci's by the Sea. I did not have any issue with the parking maybe because was low season. Love that the hotel is kind of small compared with the big ones around, so to me was a good fit.

Around 5:20 am the trash truck picking up the big trash container, super noisy and very loud, a sound like an explosion. I think at that time is unacceptable. I had my windows close with the AC and still the sounds was very disturbing.
