Location was perfect for what we needed and room was spacious for the entire family.

Breakfast was not good. The sink in the room next to the microwave didn't work and the faucet in the bathroom was leaking if it was lifted all the way back.

I love that the rooms it was spacious and clean. The decor was nice and the pool was available for the kids to go swimming. I enjoyed my stay and the tv in the room was actually a nice size!! Beds are very comfortable!!! I Would definitely come back.

Only thing me and my kids didn’t like was the eggs that was served at breakfast. It didn’t taste very good. Possibly Would have liked to have the option of having cheese available for the eggs . but over all we made it work because There were plenty of other food selections to choose from so those made up for it!! My son enjoyed the fresh pancakes

The room was clean. However, it wasn't cleaned professionally during our stay.We received towels daily, and we emptied the trash. All of the staff was very friendly with the exception of one young woman who was part of the housekeeping staff,may have been a manager. Someone was checked in over our heads, and they jumped and thumped all day and all through the night. The location is good. Excellent breakfast!

We loved the location of the hotel and it had plenty of activities surrounding it. It was close enough to the beach maybe a 7-10 minute drive. But far enough that you could get a good night sleep without all the beach traffic.

1st night we checked in tub was dirty and bathroom had lightrs flickering and when my wife was explainign to front desk lady hung up on her. But then ultimatley came to resolve the issue.

The hotel very clean and visually pleasant. The staff at the admissions desk were very kind, informative and welcoming. We were late arriving and I called informing them and they kindly kept our reservation. Our room was lovely the pool was very nice and even the cleaning ladies were pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding! All in all a wonderful experience!

Convenient location. Close to stores, restaurants, Asateage Island etc. Staff friendly. Bathroom good size. Fridge and microwave in room. Snack pantry. Big ice machine so adequate ice availability including for small ice chest for beach.

Room could be a little bigger but was decent.

The staff was awesome. Hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The a/c unit in our room made an awful noise. It sounded like the fan need replaced. I called down to the front desk, and they sent up a maintenance guys that said it was a normal sound. It was so loud we had trouble getting to sleep.

The breakfast was a nice way to get warmed up for a day of family and visiting local features! We saw the tree lighting in Berlin, many cute shops. I ask myself why my town cannot elevate itself in the same way ;)!

The elevator was weirdly loud, but our forward thinking front desk professional placed us away from the elevator. We walked downstairs when early/ late hoping to extend courtesy to others. I guess i liked that part, maybe this isn't the correct section!

The pool was quite nice. A wonderful display of what the bay has to offer for the window of my own private room!

Was able to meet with my family outside the room clean without any worry’s or concerns. Also I must add was able to catch up on sleep and somehow missing exercise!

overall very nice property.

The front desk clerk. Jeff did not read notes in system and basically told I was incorrect regarding my request for early check in as I was attending a wedding that Day WHICH WAS WRONG. He tried to make me think I did not speak with Hotel front Desk which was wrong as I Spoke to Agent the next day who confirmed our conversation and her Notes in system. In addition alot of Dogs @ Hotel which affected my Allergies
