Located in a quiet area but convenient access to Ocean City, Assateague, and Berlin. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. All staff that I interacted with were helpful and friendly. The staff was happy and seem to all enjoy working with each other which I believe says a lot about the owners.

Parking can be limited. One of the beds in our room isn't good for two people sleeping; it sinks a little in the middle and causes both people to kind of roll into the middle of the bed.

First time staying off the beaten path at O.C. as I usually stay on or near the boardwalk. Great rates, updated clean room, nice pool, peaceful setting, friendly staff, the ability to stay in a cabin or motel room, aqequate free parking, a free shuttle to their other motel a good breakfast and It seemed like it would be a nice, quiet getaway for a loving couple. I would stay there again.

It was odd that they didn't have cups in the room if you needed to get a drink of water or take medicine. They said that they had them in the office, you just needed to ask. I also did not appreciate getting woke up with lawn mowers at 8am. Both problems are easy to fix, hopefully the motel will take care of these minor issues to help create a more positive experience. They allow dogs which is great if you have dogs but no so great if you dislike barking.

buying. reserving this room. I really didn't have high expectations, I mean it's cheap right? How good can this place be? Well, let me tell you, as soon as I pulled in, I could tell this was a well-kept place and I was not wrong. It's very clean, comfortable bed, and in a peaceful setting, simple but that's all you need! It also overlooks a lake which is beautiful!! The breakfast was simple grab and go...yogurt, sandwiches, cereal, coffee, juice, it's enough! Thank-you! My grandson had fun on the playground and in the pool, which was also well kept. I will be coming back year after year! Thankyou so much for a nice stay. Oh, they even have a nice selection of ice cream in the reservation buding.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from upstairs occupants...just ask for top floor or better yet, a cabin

It is conveniently located to Assateague. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room we had was very small but priced accordingly. There are nice sitting areas by the pond and a nice pool. They have updated the rooms and bathroom since we were there a few years ago. They offer a nice breakfast including breakfast sandwiches that can be heated in the microwave, cereal, juice, coffee and yogurt.

The room we had was very small. Having stayed there before, I knew that going in. I chose price over luxury. There is no room for a table or chair. There is a small bar with bar stools. The bar stools are not comfortable at all and too high. I would have liked some hand towels in addition to the bath towels.

Clean room, looks super well maintained. Main thing is my gf and I went crabbing there at the lake next to the motel, and we got some catch as first timer! It’s conveniently located that we can drive to take the free park and ride during summer to avoid the crazy crowd in OC.

Just nitpick, the breakfast was not what I expected, it felt very casual quick breakfast you just grab at someone’s house. But they aren’t in anyway bad, the coffee was pretty decent.

This place was great! I loved the location near the inlet and only 5 minutes from Ocean City! After a day of navigating the boardwalk, there is nothing better than going back to your hotel, lighting a fire in the pit and relaxing near the inlet. Perfect!

The rooms were nice but the mini fridge had broken shelves and was getting slightly rusty on the bottom, as well as the faucet in the bathroom. Other than that the rooms were great!

The location was great. We were even able to launch our kayaks on the grounds and do a paddle in the waterways. Everything was clean and undated. Also enjoyed the Continental breakfast.

My biggest complaint was the mattress. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst ones I have ever slept on. We had to put a pillow in between us to keep from rolling into the hole. My only other small complaint was that the shower curtain was too short. So every time you would take a shower. All the water went out on the floor and soaked the bath mat.

I was a little skeptical because it was a motel and the price was cheap, However, we have no complaints. It’s in a great location (7 minute drive from the beach) and clean. Me and my fiancé traveled with our son, so the playground was an extra bonus. We also did kayaking on the property! Didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t comment on that

The rooms were small and lighting could’ve been better. For the price though, not a huge deal.

What a hidden gem! Friendly, peaceful, it's like staying at a small park. We love the water views, birds, groundhogs, and random critters near the water. Cooking out and fires are nice bonuses along w the playground and basketball court for kids. Can't say enough nice. The rooms are small & cozy...just what u need and nothing more. Perfect.

You have to check in during hours BUT call them if you'll arrive late. They're creative and accommodating! They'll make sure u can get into your room.
