Lots of stuff to do, we even grilled out by the pond in our last night in town. The poolside bar was great! Beds were comfy ac worked very well. Staff was super nice.

Definitely needs a facelift. Indoor pool building needs overhaul in and out. The pizza place inside the hotel has horrible service. We sat down at the counter for 15 minutes and were never even acknowledged, so we left and went elsewhere for dinner. I do believe they are ran separately, though. Over all we enjoyed our stay very much! We will definitely be back

Very family oriented, a lot to do on premise especially if you have a rainy day. They have late check in times or at least when we booked.. they do however let you use facilities before check in and after check out which is wonderful especially when you travel far and with children!

Really nothing to complain about other than smoking sections.. looking for them is a little awkward and nerve wracking.. I mean I do not smoke in my own home so I’m not against smoking outside in the least but decks and around stair cases etc could help.. also I would have rather had breakfast on site and they still have a restaurant but I’m assuming that they closed it.. that would be a good thing to have again.

It was quiet, Clean and the pool was very nice. Free ice. The building we stayed in had a back entrance, we didn't see another person in the hotel the whole time. It was like we had it to ourselves. Free transportation to the beach and boardwalk. Friendly staff. Our room was ready early. The restaurant in the lobby is open till midnight. Safe in the room. Our room key was our wrist band. Made it very convenient not constantly looking for a room key. Everyone had one. Parking by our door. Plenty of towels. The air conditioner worked great!

It was crowded at times at the pool, the maid didn't make the beds or vacuum. The shower head was awful. No flat sheet on the bed just a thin itchy blanket. The mattress was kinda hard. It's listed as a family resort but there are girls walking around the pool in thongs. I thought that was inappropriate around my children. No rule enforcement. Kids in the hot tub, throwing balls around the pool, no adult supervision. The snack bar closed early, we couldn't get food.

The fully-stocked kitchenette was great, and it was nice to have an oven included. I also liked having a safe in the room. There was plenty of space to hang up clothes without having a closet in the room. The free shuttle to the beach was a huge plus! While we didn't have time to visit the pool or theater while we were there, we did walk around the property and were very impressed with the facilities.

I really wish there had been an elevator to the rooms. There were a lot of stairs, and lugging suitcases and bags up to the room was difficult and tiring. Having designated parking spots would've been helpful, as well. The rooms also need some updating.

I loved the variety of activities a family could do such as swimming, golf, playground. I felt that my family was very safe even in a busy tourist area such as Ocean City. The shuttle was the best. The kids thought it was so cool. Everything conveniently located on site. Staff was awesome!!!! Chick Fil A kind of friendly. Smiling and the life guards acted as if my family was theirs. I felt like I was a regular yet it was my first time here.

My room was covered in ants daily. I woke up and every toothbrush was covered in ants. They literally were covering the entire sink area. The beds felt like they were the originals from when the resort first opened. Pillows were brick like. Had to clean bathroom when I arrived as previous renters hair was still all over the shower area. Also my neighbor smoked weed the entire time. My son in law had to ask him to at least not sit outside and smoke it as the kids were playing at the door. I know this part is not the fault of the facility. I am not a complainer and shoot I would rather see that then a sloppy drunk but it was constant morning through night and the smell came right over to our room

Everything was great! We enjoyed playing mini golf and the indoor pool. We also caught a movie. Everyone was very friendly and our room, though outdated was clean and comfortable.

My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillow!

Lots of fun amenities for the kids, convenient location, friendly staff, easy check in process, and I loved the wristband door key

The room was a little dated, the bathroom could have been cleaner. The door to our room did stick quite a bit and I had trouble getting it closed on my way out a few times. Did not like how low the ceilings were. The building itself is pretty warm since each room is powered by its own window unit anchored through the wall, but I wasn’t hanging out in the hallway for fun. None of this was egregious enough to deter me from staying again.

Family-friendly place. I will try to make it short. 1- FSKFR is well located. I still had access to the beach, restaurants, shopping centers... while enjoying the comfort of a calm and restful community. 2- For what FSKFR offers, the price is really worth it. 3- The cleanliness is admirable. The rooms and other amenities/facilities looked and smelled clean. 4- The variety of activities offered are great for families with big or little kids. I personally loved the pool option. Outdoor, indoor, hot tub... FSKFR has it covered. 5- The on-site pizza place 😋, the souvenir store on the shipwreck... I had fun. 6- You can pick between a regular hotel room and a cabin like room. 7- No need to leave the resort to have fun or work out...

I just needed a microwave to warm my leftovers up 🫣🫣.

This resort is perfect for families, primarily young kids. All the amenities will keep them busy, we found something to do every day. The shuttle bus staff is amazing and consistent, runs every 15-20mins, we would visit the boardwalk often as parking can be hassle close to the boardwalk. Love movie night, the little theater was fun, we enjoyed the popcorn. The picnic areas near to the pond was great for lunch and family supper. Please bring your basketball or volleyball, scooter was also a great idea.

Indoor pool- remove the carpet as it smells really bad. Honestly carpet next to a pool/moist area will never be a good idea. Could stand the smell as you enter the pool area. The bed linen was torturous the first 2 nights. Static and just itch. Need to use fabric softener or something to reduce the uncomfortable feeling.

This resort has been around a very long time so I was really apprehensive about our stay but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable and linens were fresh. The resort was quiet in the evening. The shuttle service they offer to the inlet was very well run and timely. TV offered many channels to choose from. We had left the do not disturb sign on the door while we were out and they left clean towels in a bag on our door which I appreciated. We left the kids at home and stayed two nights for Winefest. We are now planning to bring the kids here in the summer for a stay as there seemed to be a lot for them to do around the resort when we aren't at the beach.

Upon entering the room for the first time, it had that older hotel room smell. We left the door open for a few minutes to air it out and it was not an issue the rest of the stay.
