My family loved the size of our room compared to most hotel rooms. We booked a room with two beds and a pull out couch and it had plenty of space with a table that seated two and a nice little area with a fridge and coffee/amenities set up. The pool was really nice with the beach feel and had plenty of seating and lounging chairs and couches for the adults. This hotel was also in a great location if you want to be away from all the traffic and night life from the boardwalk but still within a 5 minute drive.

The complimentary breakfast wasn't that great as the eggs and sausage were watery and the line to make waffles could be long.

Location. It’s perfect.

Breakfast attendant was rude most of the time. She had glimmers of kindness in between her attitude. She announced one morning that if people pulled instead of pushed on the pancake batter thing it would leak out and that she will not refill it if that happens. We had just gotten to the breakfast area, it was 830am and we didn’t know why she was even talking about it with us. We avoided pancake maker that morning. Also coffee is terrible but there is a Dunkin across the street!

Staff was very helpful, the room itself was nice and comfortable, AC is right in there so you can control it however you want. They offered microwave snacks in the lobby in case you didn't want to leave and just wanted to enjoy the comfort of your room. Breakfast was also decent, you just have to wake up before 9 or else it'll be so crowded,

The jacuzzi had a lot of grass and dirt stains around the edges, and there was a dirty feel to the inside of the tub itself. When we ran the jets, there was a layer of oil that floated on the top of the water. Makes me wonder, was it even cleaned?

Hotel was very clean, room was great! Front desk was very friendly as well. Loved that it was pet friendly as well! In a great location to walk to some restaurants ands shops.

Breakfast was lacking. The waffle makers are great but the eggs and sausage looked like it had been heated up in the microwave. The quality could be better. We’ve stayed at other hotels that included breakfast and the did a much better job of offering more hot items, not so much pre packaged food. Also the lady that was working in the food are was not very friendly. I really noticed it b/c the rest of the staff was very friendly. Service is important and you should be warm and engaging to work in the industry!

Location was great, I enjoyed the overnight staff who also are the staff who set up for breakfast, these ladies did an awesome job handling the setup for breakfast and managing the front desk.

The pool closes too early for Ocean City for adults. Families with little kids occupy the pool majority of the day. Maybe have an evening time for adults only. It would be awesome, especially after coming back from the boardwalk, a great way to cool down and have adult company.

The rooms were nice

I booked my room 3 and half weeks before arrival and they stated they don't have my king room avail even though the night before I was told it would be. I was told either I take the double queen room or they will cancel my reservation. I was there for spring fest because my band was performing. It would have been nice to have a variety of food instead of eggs and sausage every day

Stay here every year

Stop letting people that are under the influence crash out right by your entrance. Exspecially when they don't stay there. This year we were not even happy going outside they were there all day and night. Sleeping and awake.

It was refreshing that during our 4 night stay, every day housekeeping cleaned the room and gave fresh linens and towels. It’s been years since we’ve received this type service. The breakfast and dining area were kept clean and stocked. All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the location, as the west side of OC has numerous shops and restaurants we frequented. We would definitely stay here again.

It was close to whichever beach!

The pillows were uncomfortable! And the 5 days that we stayed it was the same breakfast just eggs, sausage! They did have waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs! But it would’ve been nice to have a mix up with bacon, potatoes etc & not just sausage everyday… However everything else was truly fantastic!

The rooms were nicely updated and clean, the front counter staff were very friendly.

We were in room 317 which was right by the elevator so you could hear everyone getting on and off the elevator at all hours. Also, check out is 11 but the cleaning staff started knocking on our door at 9:15 in the morning and they were VERY loudly talking while cleaning the rooms across the hall which made it nearly impossible to sleep in. We ended up just getting up and leaving.
