This is my second time staying at this property, the hotel is in a great location. plenty of parking the staff is great. It isn’t loud plenty of places nearby to go shopping, go eat. I love the fact that it’s got a sharing pool, hot tub and gym. I wish that the breakfast had more availability and lasted longer than just an hour. But overall, one of my best places and favorite places to stay. I would definitely recommend this place, but would definitely recommend that people take a double look at everything.

This time around the only thing that really kind of got to me was the fact that I found deodorant from probably a previous guest behind The nook of the TV, the bathroom definitely looks like it needs some work done either possibly maybe paint or remodeling as there is a lot of stuff coming apart and the last and final thing was that the refrigerator was never turned on and I don’t think that it’s for a guest to come in and have to turn on the refrigerator so I just assumed it was working and fine and I put my stuff and the next morning I realize that the refrigerator was never plugged up which ruined everything that I have brought with me from back home to take to the beach for my picnic.

Perfect for what we needed; an affordable and clean place to sleep. We spent the majority of the time at the beach so we didn't need luxury. It's a motel room; so I wasn't expecting a lot. I found the staff to be very pleasant, and there was a pool and a hot tub, so those were bonuses. The hot tub was expecially helpful for my body after trekking all day. Other guests trashed the pool area the second evening we were there. It looked like staff was cleaning it up the next morning before it opened.

I would give 10/10 except two things. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable myself. My partner did not. The paint from the remodel did look a bit sloppy in places, which didn't bother me. What did bother me was the choice of a bright white for the entire room. Even with the lights off and the curtain shut, it was not a relaxing vibe. I think the rooms would be more comfortable if they were painted a darker color to embrace the cozy aspect of the room.

The check in process was over all quick and very easy. Friendly front desk staff, clean room for the most part.

Room was a little smaller then expected, no fridge in the room which I taught was just a normalcy at a hotel. Asked for room to be serviced on our 3rd day, which was never done and needed clean towels and toilet paper and never received that. We had to physically go get it our selves.

The friendly and helpful staff. It was small but was the perfect little place for a little couple get away. Only 10 mins from the island which was fine because Uber and Lyft were all around for transportation to different bars

The picture shows a fridge and microwave in the room we picked but it didn’t include that. When we found that out we wanted to upgrade and we were not allowed to but that was due to our 3rd party (booking.com). They wouldn’t allow this

Staff were awesome, rooms were great, it was located close to everything but still far enough away from to much traffic. Breakfast was included it wasn't anything crazy but it was enough for us. The pool and hot tub were shared buty kids loved it and made friends regardless. Also the vibes of the place in general were very positive and happy it's hard to find now days but I loved it there and was more sad to leave there than the beach in general. Most places it's hard to get comfortable but the room we had was so cozy and warm. I'm not sure why there's such bad reviews maybe they were expecting more than us but we're very laid back and I was very pleased with the shore house. The people at the desk were so inviting and helpful my kids even loved going to the office to say hi. Our first vacation wouldn't have been what it was without the shore house.

The flies that were in the room, the windows from the air conditioner gets dirty, it could've been a little cleaner, hot water was semi hard to maintain but we figured it out after awhile. Parking was tough but there wasn't anything awful about it and for what I paid I can't complain.

I loved the pool the room was super clean and the location is 5 minutes from the boardwalk parking which is also super convenient I loved every part of my stay here and will be coming back every year

There is honestly no part that I didn’t like about the property the staff was great the rooms are all clean and the price is unbeatable

This was a good value for the money. The motel was clean and neatly decorated. It has a nice pool and a bonus in ground jacuzzi. There was a basic complimentary light breakfast in the lobby. The pool hours were 10 am to 10 pm which was great. Location was good. It’s right over the bridge to ocean city. A 5 mon drive to the inlet and across the street from the outlets. There were several shopping places and restaurants within walking distance as well. At night it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate. The rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated.

The only thing that would make me hesitate returning is the curtains do not for the window properly. Though this might sound trivial people can look in but they do not block light. So during the day the sun hits you but at night the porch lights which go around the building are super bright. That is good for safety but they illuminate the entire room. Adding 2 extra panels and placing the rods to go over the entire window would solve this issue. Though cute the only mirror was a round decorative one above the sink. I had to take it down to see myself completely. A full length mirror would be better. Also there is no place to sit anything aside from the bed. A drying rack for towels or a hook for the bathroom door would be useful .

I like that I had access to the pool and jacuzzi. It was very peaceful. The staff was nice and took care of my needs.

I didn't like that i didn't have a microwave in my room. And was told that I could request one , if there wasn't one in the room. That wasn't true. When I inquired about it, I was told that some rooms have them and that the person wasn't suppose to had told me that. Also there were ants crawling along the wall that the bed was on. So not a comfortable stay after noticing that because these darn ants got on you. I didn't noticed them til the third night smh. My husband stayed up the whole night because of this. Couldn't inform staff at that time because they close at 12am.

The room was very clean, when you first step into the room you can smell the cleanliness with bleach. The bathroom no mold, water pressure was nice, and it was located at a quiet area of the beach. Staff was very friendly and nice. They also provide coffee, and breakfast at 8am. Room was spacious.

The tv remote did not work. They did not leave extra roll of toilet paper or tissue.

The location was easily accessible and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The air conditioner also worked very well in the 95-degree, humid conditions, which was a blessing. 👍

It was no fault of the staff, but the facility was very busy over the July 4th weekend and there was a lot of ambient noise. This became a problem for us when, apparently, young kids in the room above ours began and continued to run around inside their room. It sounded like a herd of elephants was in our room's ceiling, making it impossible to sleep. 😱
