It is in a great central location, and the front desk gentleman especially was really helpful. It was our first time to OCMD and he talked to us for a bit and let us know the lay of the land which we really appreciated. Also, the extreme rain caused many other hotel parking lots to flood, but this parking lot was great and kept our car nice and out of the flood waters.

Our room didn't have full-size towels, just a floor towel. I assume they thought being the beach we'd bring our own but since we were there for a concert and not the beach we didn't!

We were on the 3rd floor, way cleaner this time around, and it looks like they freshened up the bathroom. Shower was nice and water was hot. View is always nice, also the steps away from the beach is a big plus. Hope to be back next year!

Check in use to be right at the main office of the building but now you just have to walk across to street to the Flamingo to check in. Not a big deal.

Location was a short walk to the beach. We had a ground floor room so we could not see the ocean, but rooms on floors 2 or 3 probably could. The bedroom was recently renovated.

The bathroom could use a makeover, but everything functioned well. There is no elevator if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant but did not speak English well so he couldn't answer any questions.

The location and staff were amazing.

There were a few things in our room that didn’t work, such as the refrigerator and blow dryer. I Audi didn’t list that there wasn’t an elevator. I had requested ground level as I was traveling with my elderly grandmother. However we ended up in the third floor, thankfully she did okay with the steps.

I loved how friendly the staff were. We misread the website and came in late for our check in and we were still greeted by an incredible friendly gentleman who was very accommodating when we visited Friday Sept 1st. Although he had to stay later because of us, he was still so friendly, understanding, and very patient with us, but he also got us checked in and directed us to our room very quickly and efficiently. He honestly reminded me of my cousin and that made staying there feel more home like. The rest of the staff there from what I saw were very diligent, and efficient as they cleaned, and tended to the guests staying there. The room was very clean, plenty of space in the room, kitchen with microwave stove top cabinets and fridge made the stay very convenient for us. Room had two bed, a couch, multiple tables, a night side table, a dresser, a closet, and a tv. I loved my stay, and this will be the first place I look at when I come to visit Ocean City again! 11 out of 10!

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like about this place!

My group of four arrived Friday around 7:30. We are 21-25 years of age. I spent weeks looking for a motel and couldn’t find one of reasonable price and distance to bars and the beach. Simple life was directly on the beach, had a nice sized room for 4 20year olds, and very accommodating with it. Our key cards didn’t work when we gir back from the bar at 2:30am, we called and the man told us to come down stairs and he’ll help us. This happens sometimes with the keycards. Maid service was very attentive and did an amazing job at picking up the room. We walked and bussed to all of our attractions. Definitely would stay here again!

I was annoyed when I paid $1,300 to stay here, then when I checked in I was informed I had to pay an additional $200 security deposit. You get it back at the end of your stay, but it was unfortunate that this wasn’t listed on any website and just sprung on me.

I loved the balcony, the room, and the location. The beach was only a short walk away. The balcony was secure enough to keep us shielded from the rain.

The chairs on our balcony felt like any moment they would snap. Only 2 towels. And to clean off outside it was just a spout. A hose would be nice.

The room was great, location is awesome. Ice cold a.c and hot water.

The paper thin blankets/sheets they NEED to be updated, as well as made sure they are clean and CHANGED. Both beds had what to look like 'blood" dried spots on the sheets kinda gross. You guys expect a 200$ deposit but we can't even get decent sheets. And as far as the shower, a curved curtain rod will fix the issue of the shower curtain touching the person the whole time they shower.

Location is great, comfy beds, great view and ice cold a.c. good price, very friendly receptionist. 👍 1st floor very convenient for our e scooter access

Room could some tlc. Floor by the balcony door was not the safest, also the Balcony and screen door were off its track, didn't feel comfortable using the door much. Also the outlet by microwave went out so had to manage.

The deluxe studio rooms are very nice! Good amount of space for our family of 5. And so close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk.

I really do not have anything negative to say about this place, we've stayed there 3 times now.
