Convenient walking to eateries and the beach. Althpugh the hotel facilities are slightly different compared to other hotels, we especially enjoyed the hotel lobby facility and ambience. Daily breakfast fare was satisfying. Availability to daily coffee and such is a plus.

We did not like the housekeeping service and the lack thereof. We found out housekeeping only empties trash and provide fresh towels every 2 days upon request. We stayed a total of 5 nights and not once did housekeeping clean our room, even after we requested and notified the front desk for the cleaning service. Very unsatisfactory. It seems this practice started during covid, but we are no longer under covid lockdown. It's just a way for corporate to pocket profits. Very unfortunate. TRU by Hilton should do better than this. If they improve the housekeeping services, we would not hesitate to book another stay at TRU by Hilton, Ocean City , MD.

The breakfast was descent. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were also pretty happy with the location being near some of the places we like to see. It’s a good walk to get to the boardwalk, but you can also take the bus. The gym had some basics, so I was definitely appreciative. Plenty of parking, even on a weekend at the end of June. Free coffee and tea 24/7 as well as water stations with ice machines. The indoor pool was also well kept. Cleaning people were very friendly.

There were always kids in the gym playing on the equipment which made it hard to workout. It’s really no fault of the hotel, clearly people can’t read the signs, or chose to ignore them. There was no microwave in the room.

The location of this hotel is wonderful- close walk over to the beach. The hotel is very nice and is a newer one in the area. Parking was convenient.

I wasn’t as comfortable with the style of blinds used. You can see out when they are shut, so it was hard to believe others couldn’t see in. The sheets and covers were very thin.

The entire staff and cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, but the room size was a tad small. The hot water for the bathroom took a few minutes to reach us. All in all, it was a good stay.

Lou the afternoon/night front desk personnel was extremely friendly and so helpful. She made our check-in so easy and was very kind and asking my family and I if we needed anything. She was just so attentive it was so nice.

They was a strong smell of weed in the hallways at time and especially in the stairway. I do know it is legal but with people with asthma or allergies it's tough to smell or be around that smell.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. I had issues with my booking, which after research, was caused by booking.com. I attempted to contact them but never received any help. The Hilton, even though it wasn’t their fault, were super helpful and bent over backwards to help us. I will now only be using the actual hotel app, and will not be using booking.com.

One of the two pancake makers did not work the entire time we were there so we had to wait a long time each morning to make pancakes. Also, there were too many dogs. I'm allergic and they barked a lot! FYI this hotel does not have beach towels, chairs or umbrellas to rent! Bring your own or plan to rent them elsewhere!

The breakfast was amazing! It looked very simple but actually contained a lot, my favorite would have to be the pancakes from the pancake machine and the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea station! Also the hotel was very clean and the common area also brought a nice vibe to the entire place! Plus super close to the beach, around a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the end side of the boardwalk.

The price was a little steep. Yes the location and hotel were really good but for one night I feel like the price could've been lowered.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff! We love the inclusive breakfast and the beds are super comfortable! This is our go to hotel when visiting Ocean City.

They didn’t have enough towels to provide when we asked for more and I wish there was more clothing storage space in the rooms. They only provide a few hangers and hooks to hang clothes.

The breakfast was good, but the wait to make pancakes was very long. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was easy to get to and we enjoyed a quiet night.

We were looking forward to the coffee bar, but the coffee was very weak and not hot. Another pancake or waffle machine would be helpful to lessen the wait time when many people are trying to eat breakfast.
