Beautiful view of the bay. Lots of room. Fully equipped kitchen.

Toilet float had to be adjusted so the toilet would flush. Probably warn out or something. Only had half a roll of toilet paper. Ran out had to go out and buy more. Twin beds were hard as a rock, King bed mattress warn out (dipped) on one side. No sponge or wash cloth for kitchen sink. Kitchen cooking utensils cheap, scratched, flimsy spatula. Coffee pot, no filters to fit pot. Hispanic family partied all night out back, on pier, pretty loud.

I loved the views of the bay, watching all the people and their dogs make memories, be welcomed 100%. The parking was great. There were dog bags and trash cans in abundance outside so it was very clean despite all of the fur-families. My geriatric dog had a blast. The whole facility was great!

I had to wash all of the dishes, pots, coffee pot before use because there was remnant's on them. But I tend to do this on vacation even if there isn’t, just to be safe. It was no big deal. It was overall very nice!

Great location and staff all very friendly. Condos are a decent size.

The floors looked clean but turned your feet black so it’s like they were mopped with dirty water or something. The pull out couch sheets were definitely not clean and when we pulled them off to wash them there were a LOT of crumbs all over the mattress……definitely not cleaned. I’m sure staff would have fixed this but it was late when we got to room so we cleaned ourself since room does have washer and dryer. Otherwise this was a nice place to stay!

I loved that it was on the bay. I say that almost literally. The water was RIGHT THERE. So beautiful. It was in a convenient location. The living room and kitchen are great. Very clean.

I’m so sorry, but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. We have stayed here twice before, but never in this 3 bedroom unit. We love Bay Club and we will come back again, but probably not in this particular unit.

The room was cleaned very well and it was super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials for cooking, but we did not use. There was a full size fridge and the view from the balcony was amazing. Each bathroom had a tub shower combo and inside had pumps full of shampoo and body wash, enough to have extra at the end of the trip. The room seemed nicely updated with the typical white linens you find in a regular hotel. This was our second time staying here and I will be back!

We came after hours, around 11PM. Apparently they never sent the email for the room number and door code, which I should have gotten before. On the way down I called around 7pm for the room number, which I got. When looking to get the code I was told they didn't have it, that it should be in the email. When arriving at the location, the pin code in my email did not work. Getting ahold of the after hours personnel took a while, but they were so helpful. Just really be sure you have your door code before employees leave because when they do, no employees are there.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The location was amazing , we have three kids and being right next to the rides was great. This location blew my mind with how great it was for the doggos. Easy access to let dogs out with proper waste materials provided by bay club. The view of the water from the room was beautiful. The staff Angie ,robert and holly at the front office were kind and helpful with answering any questions we may have had. The property was very well maintained. We look forward to coming again as well as possible getting a timeshare at this location. Thanks again for making this vacation one of our best ones yet.

The property is well maintained though it is dated a bit. The management company is in the process of making improvements and upgrades to different parts of the building and property. The improvements and daily maintenance to the pool were a nice surprise. The staff, in particular Holly and Nigel went above and beyond and were always friendly and accommodating whenever passing by the office. Looking forward to our stay next year to see the upgrades made to the rest of the property and rooms.

We loved everything about it, but the over smell of marijuana in the NON SMOKING RESORT. We couldn't even use the balcony or have the window's open!!!!!

The over whelming weed stench in our Condo from the people downstairs!!!! It's a NON SMOKING RESORT!!! AND WHEN REPORTED NO ONE TOOK ACTION TO MAKE IT Right!

Hotel was very nice and had everything you needed for a place to stay. Great view.

Shower water wouldnt get hot, and staff wasnt that friendly, staff needs to work on being more polite to customers 🙄 kinda rude got snippy. They really need to work on being polite or else people will stop staying here. Normally dont like to complain but it was unexceptable.

I loved the staff! They were welcoming and always willing to help. Mr. Nigel was accommodating and his hospitality never went unnoticed. The room was spacious! I loved that there were two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The location was nice, because there are many stores and restaurants nearby.
