I loved the absolutely gorgeous view from our room of the bay & outside pool/ hot tub that was the cleanest clear blue! AMAZING UPKEEP! A+++ To whomever does the upkeep every morning & nite. the jacuzzi 🛁 bath* In our King sized room Almost 500sqft! w/the a jacuzzi jet bath. The room was better than I expected & found a great deal on booking. All around outstanding & super friendly staff! Would love to return when another deal comes around because with all the fes it can become quite 🫰 expensive.

I didn't like the fact that the check ✔️ out time was 10 am... Which caused a late check out at 11:00 which cost us $75.00 Extra. I thought that was a bit extreme.

The room and staff were great! The views were amazing from the little balcony. The resort was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve with. We loved the game room but wish the pool table was close to it. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

One of the elevators was out of order, leaving just one working. On checkout day, Sunday, at the same time people were checking out, the cleaning staff was also using the elevator to transport cleaning carts and laundry bins. This caused waits up to 30 minutes for customers using the luggage carts.

I liked the room view from the balcony. I liked the bathroom lights. I liked the proximity to entertainment near the hotel. The size of the room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The small kitchen area had amenities to be able to use if needed. The pool area was clean and nice.

The balcony was too small, and you could not sit out on it. The television has few channel choices and there were no available sport channels at the time.

The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Being on the floor with the pool was also a plus. Everything within the hotel was easy to find.

The tub was a jacuzzi, however there was a piece broken so we just opted for showers. The resort fee should be something that is shown up front and given the ability to be paid when making payments in full, by or on the payment due date. Same with the deposit for the stay.

This property exceeded our expectations. The suite felt like a home away from home with exceptional views of the bay one pool from balcony& bedroom. Extremely clean from lobby up to pool. A couple of hidden fees like parking $15 a day & at check out you get a resort fee of $12 taken from the deposit. That was a little unexpected. However, everything else was a 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Hidden fees & no breakfast

I love the location of the property. My room has the most magnificent view. I was directly in front of the pool with a great view of the bay. Also, the bridge to Fagers is a short walk and so convenient.

After staying here previously, I was a little taken aback to have to pay for parking this year. Also, having just one working elevator was a bit inconvenient. As a side note, there should also be an age limit for the hot tub. It's a bit hard to relax with a 6-year old to you singing loudly.

The location is excellent!! Right on the bay and a block from the ocean. Next to all the essential shops and restaurants. The room was large and very comfortable with a bay view. A full kitchenette was available and the bathroom was spacious. The pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was great too!

The gym had great equipment but was very hot (located in the tower). The room could have been cleaned a little better. These are minor issues. The hotel was an excellent stay at a great value!

I love the room with the view! Sunrise and sunset were spectacular! The bed and pillows were AMAZING!!! I haven't slept that well in a long time. I literally Did Not want to go home. My son had the suite. I wish I could have afforded it .. his suite was incredible. Personally I think we should have switched rooms. Way too much space for one person. Lol... But he was picking up what I was trying to put down. 😂

What I didn't like was... I had to leave. 😢 I REALLY wish I could have stayed much much longer

The pool was a perfect size, the hot tub was very large too. The rooms are extra large, the ice was always flowing. The kitchen was well appointed, had everything you would need to make a meal and more. The rooms are nearly sound-proof, we didn't hear much of any neighbors and we did have neighbors. Doors close quietly in the hallway. The parking was plentiful.

Everything in the hotel is showing signs of aging, just a little rough around the edges. It is in need of updating. Some areas in our room were not cleaned at all such as the nightstand-it was very dirty with cup rings and just general markings from the previous occupant.

We stayed on the 5th floor in room 518... The view from our room was incredible... We slept with our doors open and were rejuvenated by the breeze coming off of the water! We will definitely stay here again!!! Nice location and quaint lobby with friendly front desk staff!

The rooms could benefit from a little remodeling. The television (with DVD player) was a little outdated and we could never figure out how to use the coffee maker (fortunately we were able to get a fresh brewed cup from the lobby). Overall, the likes definitely outweighed the dislikes, so I highly recommend.
