Excellent staff and location. Appreciated Dove soap in bathrooms with hairdryers that had a night light inside .Staff was constantly cleaning.

Sink did not drain well, door , door stuck and had had numerous repairs, pool bathroom was not working, hotel needs updating. Inventory needed in rooms. I had 1 fork!

When I was comparing prices for reservation I was satisfied at the price figuring that there were some things that I may not be as satisfied with but to my surprise the staff were excellent the room was clean and anything I needed the front desk was very nice and polite to provide. It was in walking distance from OC beautiful beach and surrounding eateries which was nice we didn't have to google places to go. I would recommend Bonita to anyone traveling to Ocean City MD. Yes it's an older establishment but it offers as good if not better service and ammenitites as the bigger more expensive establishments. Also you cannot beat the price. LInda Denison

Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Pool and game room were great for the kids. The room was a good size for 2 adults and 4 children. The patio is small but I liked having one. There was a partial view of the ocean and being on a side street it wasn’t noisy. The patio lights at night are as bright as the sun so the room darkening curtains were helpful and appreciated. Full size fridge was a nice surprise. Visually the room seemed clean. Short walk to the beach. Location was good and we were close to stores and places to eat.

Sofa bed had trash inside of it and was not comfortable. The kitchenette cupboard was full of dirty towels upon check in.

We keep coming back to Bonita Beach because of all the positives we see! I love that it is only 100 steps from the beach, on the beach side of the highway. I also am thankful for the microwave, full size fridge, a real kitchen sink, and dishes provided to feed our family healthy and affordably. Our kids kids love the location, love hanging out on the front porch to watch all the cars go by in the evenings, and love the large indoor pool and adjoining sun deck. Our rooms have always been clean and well supplied, and any need remedied quickly. Did I mention the prices are actually reasonable?! To top it off, there's always a friendly helpful face nearby when we need something or have a question. We'll be back!

It was real close to the beach. Had a spray hose on outside of the hotel to wash sand off before entering into the hotel. Air was cold in the room. Nice indoor swimming pool where my kids spent most of their time.

The only think I didn't like is I drove a SUV and the parking lot was really small but still manageable just small so be careful parking.

I've been coming to Bonita Hotel for almost 10 years to place never changed it's always clean and it's always nice staff there it's about a hundred maybe more hotels in Ocean City Maryland and that is the only place that I stay never went to another hotel before never have I experienced another hotel Bonita hotel is the best

The hotel was right near the beach and shopping area. We had a small kitchen so I didn't have to take the family out everyday, this save money. It was right near the bus stop, so I didn't have to drive every where.

It could have been a little clearer, but considering the time of the year the staff did the best they could.

We loved the Ocean Front View at Bonita Beach Hotel ! Great views of the Ocean and Inlet waters. Rooms are very nice and everything was very clean! The housekeeping staff were so nice and kept us supplied with towels and washcloths. The indoor pool was at a nice temperature and very clean!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like!

Great location, good value, don't get excited about the "beach/water" view. One minute to the beach, no streets to cross. Room had very good A/C control. Across the street from good Ropewalk eatery and sports bar. Nice parking lot.

WiFi supposedly broken, seemed like the excuses had been around for sometime. ("Was out last week after the storm but was fixed," out again no reason) Was out for our entire visit and seemed nobody was in a rush to fix it since it's the end of season. Confirm it's fixed before you book for fall/winter. Front desk still handing out password that won't do you any good.

Have been coming to Bonita Beach for years - needs a refresh (interior and exterior paint, carpet, furnishings, ice makers working). Good value (specials). Staff - exceptional, friendly. Parking - little tight. Interesting that hot and cold water reversed on some faucets - kids could burn themselves. Good beach access. A/C worked well. Good experience.
