Everything was very close by

The air-conditioned was very loud and the people staying in the next were up late slamming the patio door and the kids screaming in hallway late at night also the pool is falling apart! I was swimming and stepped on a piece of concrete in the pool! I'm a diabetic and that wasn't good! Oh, and the so called Bar and Grill (Finnegans), no food, no servers, very rude bartender who didn't want to serve us at the table because he couldn't leave the bar! That place was a joke, we had to go somewhere else!

Clean and front desk were friendly and extremely helpful with dining recommendations and other questions. Five star with friendliness!!

The beds were pretty good, the pools were nice, the pool bar on the roof was nice but pricey, location was ok.

Water pressure was horrible, water would go back and forth from scalding hot to freezing cold. The restaurant had no food and wasn't even open during the week, only alcohol. Paddle boarding wasn't able to be done. The doors on the rooms were heavy and slammed real hard when people went in and out of there rooms. Hard to sleep at night. Motel had alot of people working but not much got done. Grounds needing swept, etc. People sitting in there cars smoking pot in parking lot. Maids didn't speak English so getting things you needed was impossible. Etc.

After staying for 26 days on the last day security Banged on the door and told us check out is at 11:00 it was 10:55 he told us we had 5 minutes to get out of the room or we would be billed for an extra day not a very friendly way to treat someone who stayed there for 26 days I felt as though it was very unprofessional to treat a guest in that fashion I would seriously think twice about staying again because of this incident once again not a good way to treat your guests

Location, bayside beach and chairs, towels at pool side, indoor pool, roof top pool and bar, on-site parking, daily housekeeping , restaurants and icecream in walking distance of property, the shallowness of the bay and minimal waves

Should have a rinse off by the bayside, outdoor pool should open earlier and close later, should have a changing room and more than 1 bathroom available on 1st and5 th floor when hanging at the bay, wish it had continental breakfast or a restaurant on site , the big rocks in the bay that u really couldn’t see till u step on them

The location was good to me. I enjoyed the stay I stayed in 439, and that memory foam bed gave me life and held me like a glove

I walked in and the security manager was fusing at the employee and when he seen me he never stopped he even yelled at one point as a manager I feel you will loose alot of respect with your employees carrying this way in front of customers I kinda felt sorry for the young guy I understand coaching in the moment but also there is a time and place for everything

I’ve stayed here before but I love that they have an indoor and outdoor rooftop pool. It’s close to the beach, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We needed extra pillows and towels and they were quick to bring them to our room. We had a sweet view of a little canal for boats behind the hotel. Although in OC you are not far from anything since every block has another hotel, restaurants, an ice cream spot(Dumsers), a bar(Seacrets), a mini golf course(Nicks), Sunsations, the list goes on…I would stay here again. The only downfall to this location is the boardwalk is about 20 blocks away from the hotel. You could walk(it might take you awhile), you can drive(good luck finding parking without having to pay) or you can pay a small $4 fee per person to ride the bus up and down coastal all day!

Bed aren’t super comfy, elevators are slow and our neighbor had a little barking dog late at night & early in the morning. Other than that - no complaints.

The room was nice. A standard hotel room. The restaurant was only open for drinks, no food. The staff was friendly. They were able to get us into our room very early due to vacancies so that was truly appreciated! I was able to get a parking spot right next to the front desk entrance which was very convenient! The hotel was clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Cable channels were lacking but that wasn’t a big deal.

Guests throwing trash in the hallway, banging doors all night, allowing kids to bang on walls in the hallway disturbing other guests. The people in a couple of the rooms must have been friends and they were visiting the other rooms all night long. Apparently all the door handles on those rooms must have been broken because they weren’t able to shut them quietly but instead allowed them to slam shut until about 3:00AM. They were the same guests throwing their trash throughout the hallway. Would have been nice if the restaurant was open for dinner, not just drinks.

Nice property, clean. Parking was good. I didn’t use indoor pool but outside pool was nice. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Beach in walking distance. We only stayed one night. I would stay again if I didn’t want oceanfront.

We got there late morning and I know you can’t check in for room. I just wanted to get a parking pass so we could go walk. Lady said can’t give you there others coming that didn’t check out yet. There were plenty of parking spots as we were in one without having to look. So we waited til after 11 went back in and another lady gave us the keys to a room. When I was leaving the next day the same lady that told me can’t park there til after 11 told another customer I can’t check you in yet but I can give you parking pass. That was the only thing I didn’t care for.
