Staff was helpful,friendly. Property was clean and in a great location. They have a nice outdoor pool area and a restaurant attached to the building. They also have cold drinks and snacks that can be purchased by the front desk.

We could hear someone upstairs running around. I understand kids go on vacation too as I brought mine but this was non stop even at 2:30 am. It woke us up. The staff was amazing though and asked the room above us to be a little quieter at 2 am.

The property was clean and the staff were kind to set up a pack and play for our toddler which helped us out. Also, it has a nice little cafe that made it convenient to get breakfast and dinner.

The only downfall is I was our room had a bathtub since we had a toddler with us. There was only a shower. Also, the rails on the balcony were a little wide so we didn’t feel like our toddler was safe on the balcony.

The entire facility and the rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. The location of the hotel was not too far from entertainment and sightseeing places. We could reach all of them in a few minutes by car. The pool and its surroundings were clean and sufficient for children. The hotel's cafe serves very nice menus for breakfast and lunch. We liked their breakfast very much.

The only thing we didn't like was that the shower curtains in the bathroom were inadequate and the floors got too wet.

The Best Western Plus was just what it stated online. The facilities were clean, staff friendly, & room was ready ahead of time. Check-in took less than 2 minutes. Max was my buddy, he was so attentive and I had great conversation with him while remaining professional. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. The third party restaurant which is attached is outstanding.

Air conditioner could have been quieter. but really no complaints. Also, the fridge had no freezer.

Only thing negative was there was no signage on the actual building or the lobby door. The only sign was on coastal highway and that was it. The parking lot says a different name which I was later told that’s what it “used to be”. We stopped someone in the parking lot to confirm we were at the correct place.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet, even complimented my nails. The room was clean, no smell, the balcony was a plus. the cafe they had on site was amazing the service was great. I would recommend and would stay here again.

the television didn’t have much to choose from, it would be nice if they had like smart tv’s to mirror your phone with netflix but other than that, nothing else was a down fall my stay was perfect.

We arrived in Ocean City unexpectedly because a severe storm caused us to leave our campsite on Assateague Island State Park. I booked a room at Best Western Plus online and then arrived early at the hotel. Jordan was at the front desk and was so kind to me and my family. She allowed us to check-in hours before the standard check-in time which we were so thankful for as we were very tired. We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The staff was so friendly and helpful and every inch of the hotel was clean. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious! There's plenty of free parking, and there's a nice pool. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We ended up eating breakfast at the on site cafe each day before we started our day. Miquel, the owner is so friendly and takes great pride in the quality of food and service. He also mixes great drinks! All and all I would highly recommend this property : )

Location was great, walkable to the beach but still need a car to get to the heart of ocean city. Room was clean and I loved that it had a balcony- even though it’s city views, still appreciated. The pool was small but the temp was perfect especially after the cold beach water.

No breakfast included, but not a deal-breaker. Not a fan of the cafe attached to the hotel.

Every other hotel was over 300 a night and they were dirty . Our room did smell a little stuffy, but it was clean and spacious. Our other family members stayed at another hotel and they charged 340 a night and did not even have a elevator.
