The spacious room equipped with own kitchen, good coffee, free breakfast (even tho not the best was convenient) outdoor and indoor pool, clean towels available at pools.

Staff didn't follow through on requests. I was told I'd have a room with a view, but we were placed on the ground floor. Our room was not cleaned until day 3 of our stay, even after I requested service many times on day 2. I also called maintenance for an issue, and they didn't show up. Breakfast was just OK. Few fresh fruit options; hot food options were all very processed and inedible. Grill food at the bar was also poor quality and high-priced. Gym equipment was all broken except one exercise bike.

Excellent location with beautiful views. 10 minute walk to the beach. Our quiet room was great- it had a wrap-around balcony with black-out curtains to block morning light. The kitchen was large with full-size appliances. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast with ample seating in dining room Monday-Wednesday. Not sure if weekends are busier. Pool is right by bay.

The shower was odd because this particular room had a glass panel, but no shower door or curtain, so it’s just very open, almost how a public shower looks. I’m sure it’s to minimize cleaning, but it didn’t feel cozy for me. Also, the parking fee of $15 per day isn’t included in the rate. Sink was clogged in bathroom, so we brushed our teeth at kitchen sink.

Beautiful Bay View and Quiet Private location but close to the beach. Room was very large, clean, and Ac worked fantastic! Two large TVs. Shower head had multiple settings including a massage spray which was nice surprise.

Kitchen had only one soup pot. Room service was able to locate a Fry Pan and an extra Cooking Pot. Breakfast was pretty Terrible. The Turkey Sausage and French Toast Stick were so Stale like they were reused from the days prior that they clanged on plate like a rock. The only redemption were the fluffy scrambled eggs. I would rather breakfast not be included if that is how it is presented.

Rate for room great. Dogs loved the balcony. Clean. Breakfast was good. Dogs loved the scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. 2nd time we stayed there.Going back in July.

Amazing views from our balcony! Very friendly staff and dog friendly. Pool nice and pool attendant was super helpful. I would definately recommend.

Outdoor pool bar did not open on time as noted on handout in our room. We were starving but it was unclear what the bartender was doing and if food was being served. Got food second day and it was good, but different bartenter seemed overwhelmed and was not good at giving guests there food, despite it not being busy. A good bartender should be able to multitask and actaully take the food to customers. The pool is not that big that they can not leave the bar for a minute.

Staff was exceptional. Paola at the front desk was great. Always smiling and professional and went out of her way to make our stay special. The room -807-was wonderful (see below) and the view was spectacular.

Housekeeping never did clean our room despite my request that they do so every other day. We make time by taking our dogs out for extended periods and let the front desk know when we would be out, but they never came. Also the door to the room was very hard to open and the inside lock just spun around.

The wraparound balcony and the full size kitchen. The ambiance of the hotel. The hotel was pretty. It offered breakfast but I overslept.

Only one entrance to the hotel. Humans and animals (dogs) enter the same elevator and entrance. My room pillows smelled a little funny, not sure if the scent as I could be a dog but not sure so I wrapped a towel around my pillows because it was late in order to lay on it to sleep. The bed would have been comfortable but felt like a board was between the mattress. The elevator is very slow.
