The parking was unbelievable. If you left the facility and came back you were lucky if you had a place to park. The parking overflow was not big enough and the last parking spot that was available in the overflow had a big branch hanging down. Also the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Barely any pressure when taking a shower. Other than that I would give Kokomo Suites a 5 star if there was not parking issues or low water pressure

The door to the balcony was painted shut, so was hard to open. The coffee table was broken and the bathroom sink drained very slow. So maybe some updates 🤔

Right acrossed the street from Big Peckers and House of pancakes. 3 min walk to the beach, beautiful xl pool outside. Rooms were spaciouus and bright beachy colors, with kitchen refrigerator/freezer Microwave, 2 burner stove, and a sink. Bathroom was not big but it served its purpose, and was very clean. everyone was very nice, and helpful. was not happy about the BS with transportation to the event!

I was called a week before our stay. They ask if we would pay $20. a day for transportation to the concert. of course! Then I get there and ask about it and was told twice that it was free for the transportation. Even better!! thats great!! Then the next morning when we arrive down stairs I am informed it would cost $25. that was $100. for me and my son. thats BS!!

The price per night. The rooms are clean and cozy. You have the beach within 300 feet of your room. It isn't the boardwalk part of the beach but its still the beach. It's quiet, you can't hear those in other rooms, you can barely hear those outside either.

Parking. For whatever reason, this visit, I barely found a spot to park. My room was in the back of the hotel and I got like the last spot in the front of hotel by the restaurant. If you want a spot, don't get back to the hotel late in the evening. While I did mention in my likes that the rooms are clean, the outside of the hotel could use a little TLC.

It’s character. It from another time between the baby boom years, with space age style architecture surrounding a nice pool that lit up at night. It reminds me of the types of efficiency apartment suites I used to stay at as a kid on family vacations. They just do not build beach motels like that any more. It has its own private balcony opposite of the entrance like a small Japanese apato. Nice upbeat colors and simple 60’s modern design. I like it!! Definitely good fur a couple weeks extended stay with a nice little kitchenette. It takes me to another time and spent zero time on the TV, I phone snd internet. Good place to unplug. Little diner on the property for breakfast and lunch. Rates were reasonable and I’ll definitely put that in the top of my list for my return to OCM.

Bathroom was Brady Bunch dated character, However was part of the character of the property of when it was built.

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable for our family of 5, and I feel like we got a good value for this room. The on site diner had good service and good food. We had an issue with our TV the first night, but the staff came and fixed it within a timely manner. Overall we are very pleased with our experience, and would recommend to others, and stay again.

We did have an issue with our TV upon arrival, but that issue was quickly rectified, and there were no other issues for the rest of our stay.

Everything the ppl that work there is very sweet n helpful

We loved the proximity to the beach. The pool area was well kept. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The AC worked fabulous. We had the DND sign up the whole time we were there, but the staff still checked in us as we were walking in the hall. Everyone was extremely friendly.

The room can accommodate 6 ppl and originally that's what was booked (my friend cancelled). The room was only set up (pillows, towels, kitchenware...) for 4 ppl. I wish there would have been pot holders and a mat for the dish drainer. It would be nice to have another spicket on the back side for rinsing feet when getting back from the beach instead of having to walk to the pool area.

We had a wonderful time there. Our daughter and her family were in the room right next to us. We enjoyed the convenience of that. Glad they were able to accommodate us that way. Love the location and enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was also a nice size we enjoyed playing with the grandkids in it. We do plan to return again. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

While the bathroom was outdated it was still clean.

It was really decent and had a full fridge and was pretty spacious. I stayed for boardwalk rock and the hotel provided transportation to and from which was an excellent surprise and was extremely convenient. I also received a text to check in and see how our stay was and I was impressed. Very close to the beach. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t get in the pool this time but it looked very clean and well kept.

I don’t have any complaints.
