location is great. the beach is right outside and there are a few convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance.

DISCLAIMER: I went to this property while they were renovating. Lightning in the rooms could be better, during the day there is a lot of natural light but at night the three lamps are not enough. Facilities were mostly closed and there is not a restroom close to the beach access or pool area

It was right on the beach. Very welcoming staff. The place is beautiful. The room was spacious even though it was laid out with both the bed and tv facing away from the ocean. Could have placed the furniture to see the ocean

This may sound silly but we stayed in room 909. The couch and the bed both faced away from the ocean. If the room would have just been flip flopped it would have been laid out the same just facing the OCEAN. And no microwave in the room.

Loved the modern beachy decor, large sun room to hang out, essentials shop with coffee and breakfast, pool, restaurants and beach bars.

Pool wasn’t large enough to accommodate all the people at times. Heard they are adding another pool 🤞🏻

Room was spacious, clean and new. Location was directly on the beach. Ashore provided beach chairs and umbrellas...great touch!

More restrooms closer to the conference center. More ice machines. There was something "rotting" smell on the 3rd floor.

The room was spacious and looked nice...glad that the ocean was visible from the balcony. Bar and restaurant and bistro were great - wish I could take the views back to my room! Curious to know if the indoor pool is still in use under the grand atrium floor. Beautiful space by the way...get a DJ or some sort of stage act in there and things could get hopping! LOL <wink, nudge, idea> Dog friendly hotel and beachfront to boot!

A little on the pricey side. (YES every penny counts.) Next time I'll have to plan a Tues through Friday stay. Probably would have been a better experience had the HVAC been operational. And sorry about the issue y'all had (We were guests just before the CO incident) Despite the setback we do plan to return again some day.

Great beachfront location and a really well set up lobby and lounge area with lots of seating. They had a live band every night and easy access to the rest of the beachfront resort area. Also the beach attendants were awesome. They did a great job setting up our umbrella very securely and made sure we were comfortable. Very courteous and professional staff who are willing to help out and offer advice about the area . A gentleman named Mr Bill/Bob was awesome! He helped us with our complimentary bikes and told us about a local park that turned out to be a great place to ride and see some scenery off of the main road. Also had a great small shop that had anything we needed including sunscreen and aloe in case you chose to not buy sunscreen like myself.

Location was great, easy access to the beach. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas were a plus if you get to the beach early. Staff was friendly. Rooms were neat, modern and comfortable.

Elevators were slow... cleaning service didn't restock bottled water, coffee or creamer... our room was on the 3rd floor and the only view from our window was a big metal a/c unit on the roof. The rooms would be better if there was more than one bedside table and light fixture. Really wish the indoor pool was still there - it's been converted to an atrium since our last visit. Hot tub and pool were packed with unsupervised, rambunctious kids, but that is on the parents more than it is the hotel staff.

The location!! The food and drink service on the beach was amazing. The umbrellas and chairs complimented to guests at the hotel are fantastic. Only thing is you have to arrive early for the umbrellas like 730am to gaurentee you get one. The beach chairs are more prevalent, we got those even on mornings when we showed up at 10am!!! All made our stay extremely nice especially with kids!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel says luxury hotel and I think that is a bit of a stretch. It's nice but not what was advertised. The amenities as stated above fit that but the rooms do not in my opinion.

Shawn and Tim were awesome at the bars!! We also met a lot of other nice employees that were here working for the summer and they were all lovely. One front desk employee was very rude when I called down one day about housekeeping needs. She kept saying..mmmm hmmmmm, mmmmm hmmmm over and over instead actually using words like...yes, of course, we will take care of that you, etc. Entire property was always very clean and tidy. We constantly saw people cleaning inside and out. There were too many weddings at oke time during our stay and it was just a mess.

Free chairs and umbrella on beach, very polite workers and servers, nice beach bar and delicious food. When the property is finished, it will be beautiful!

Property is under construction so there were many things not finished. Rooms need updated electrical outlets with easier port connections for electronics. Lamps and lighting in rooms are missing. When outside it is a far walk to the lobby for a restroom. Again, I believe as the construction is finished all of these things will be resolved.
