location is great. the beach is right outside and there are a few convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance.

DISCLAIMER: I went to this property while they were renovating. Lightning in the rooms could be better, during the day there is a lot of natural light but at night the three lamps are not enough. Facilities were mostly closed and there is not a restroom close to the beach access or pool area

It was right on the beach. Very welcoming staff. The place is beautiful. The room was spacious even though it was laid out with both the bed and tv facing away from the ocean. Could have placed the furniture to see the ocean

This may sound silly but we stayed in room 909. The couch and the bed both faced away from the ocean. If the room would have just been flip flopped it would have been laid out the same just facing the OCEAN. And no microwave in the room.

Loved the modern beachy decor, large sun room to hang out, essentials shop with coffee and breakfast, pool, restaurants and beach bars.

Pool wasn’t large enough to accommodate all the people at times. Heard they are adding another pool 🤞🏻

Room was spacious, clean and new. Location was directly on the beach. Ashore provided beach chairs and umbrellas...great touch!

More restrooms closer to the conference center. More ice machines. There was something "rotting" smell on the 3rd floor.

Location was great, easy access to the beach. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas were a plus if you get to the beach early. Staff was friendly. Rooms were neat, modern and comfortable.

Elevators were slow... cleaning service didn't restock bottled water, coffee or creamer... our room was on the 3rd floor and the only view from our window was a big metal a/c unit on the roof. The rooms would be better if there was more than one bedside table and light fixture. Really wish the indoor pool was still there - it's been converted to an atrium since our last visit. Hot tub and pool were packed with unsupervised, rambunctious kids, but that is on the parents more than it is the hotel staff.

Free chairs and umbrella on beach, very polite workers and servers, nice beach bar and delicious food. When the property is finished, it will be beautiful!

Property is under construction so there were many things not finished. Rooms need updated electrical outlets with easier port connections for electronics. Lamps and lighting in rooms are missing. When outside it is a far walk to the lobby for a restroom. Again, I believe as the construction is finished all of these things will be resolved.

The location!! The food and drink service on the beach was amazing. The umbrellas and chairs complimented to guests at the hotel are fantastic. Only thing is you have to arrive early for the umbrellas like 730am to gaurentee you get one. The beach chairs are more prevalent, we got those even on mornings when we showed up at 10am!!! All made our stay extremely nice especially with kids!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel says luxury hotel and I think that is a bit of a stretch. It's nice but not what was advertised. The amenities as stated above fit that but the rooms do not in my opinion.

Went to the bar on Thurs. 4/17,can’t remember the name, but it Opens at 5:00pm on floor T. That was really nice and absolutely loved our female bartender.

So, my daughter and I left around 10:30 to go out for the day. We stopped at the front desk. I asked the girl if she could ask some one to put clean towels in our room. We got back to our room around 3 o’clock and there was no fresh towels called the desk and the linewas busy forever so I finally walked down there. No one was on the phone. Someone gave me towels behind the desk and I had to get them up to my room. Very disappointed. I asked for one simple thing and no one did anything. Also wish that there were plastic or paper cups instead of just glasses.

The room was pretty spacious and pretty modern. All rooms have an ocean view and a balcony but it's a standing balcony so you can't sit outside. We came in April but I would imagine in the summertime it's much nicer there's places to sit outside. And a pool and a beach bar. The only restaurant open was the tap room bar. Unfortunately, didn't eat anything there.. all in all a great get away

I would say the only thing I didn't care for is that there is no microwave, just a tiny little fridge so if you need to heat up coffee or wanted to heat up leftovers you can't do it. Also, no real silverware just coffee stirrers and a coffee maker..

The outside was nice although some instruction as to how someone could get away from climbing all the steps would come in VERY handy. I still can do so, but I saw a poor man struggling and I finally told him to go to the lobby and take the elevator to the Terrace. Should be noted somewhere. Terrace Bathroom was very far from the pool and beach..VERY inconvenient .

Hotel food and drink prices were exhorbitant. Sand everywhere..I felt bad for the maintenance folks. We were evacuated 2 times and elevators were slow thereafter. We took the stairs to the 10th floor! I couldnt help but wonder what handicapped folks and children dealt with.
