Spacious room with a kitchenette, amenities close by, the beach is two blocks away and the pool has a tip to cover it from the sun or rain. Their staff are magnificent we had an issue on our first day in the hotel but were to speak with Nickita I believe that was her name. She is the manager of house keeping. We were able to speak with her about our concerns and through our all whole stay she made sure that we were properly taken care of. I hope that upper management knows that they have a gem with her. Oh and I was so happy that they have complementary coffee all day at the lobby.

The pool was small and there is only one elevator for the whole place so going up and down the stairs was the best option.

it was nice , bright colorful and island like. made you feel like you were almost at an island resort.

Ants were crawling on the floor. concerned me because I didn’t want to have any food out I. the kitchen. my two younger grandsons slept out in the kitchen area. so the ants were a big problem. also there was a dirty towel left hanging up I. the bathroom which made me wonder if the sheets were even clean…..

The place was pretty clean. The beach access was only about 100 yards from the back of the hotel. We had a partial view of the beach from the living room window and a balcony looking out to Coastal Hwy.

Although the room was clean, the bleach smell was very bad and we had to open windows and leave for a while. I had thicker pancakes for breakfast than the pillows on the bed. The "indoor pool" was ICE COLD. Way too cold to use. Definitely needs more lighting around the outside of the building. It was pitch black walking back from the beach.

The staff is very friendly. Location is perfect if you want to be away from the busier areas, yet still close enough to not be a hassle.

Couch bed is extremely uncomfortable. Wish it was just a regular bed. We stay there for the space and the value. The past couple years there has been a decline in comfort. Hopefully it's looked at as we love staying there.

The room was nice. The ac unit kept the room considerably comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The water ran hot, no ice water coming out of the shower. Next to the beach was a plus

The toilet was wobbly and the handle was sort of broken. The shower tub seemed weak, like it was worn out. Kind of wanted a room that viewed the ocean but the window just went to the street. Not bad overall though for how cheap it was.

It was clean the room was decent very quiet I liked that it had Wi-Fi and a kitchen and I got a room before the time I had do the to check in which was at 4 but they gave me a room before that time

The balcony door was hard to open the one stove burner took a while to heat up so I had to use the back burner some plug sockets did not work and one was broken but those were all minor issues which did not impact my stay

Well we were right next to the beach and close to the shopping centers. We didn't really have to use the car for anything unless we were going further out for dinner

I didn't like the fact that you couldn't smoke on your own balcony. You pay good money to relax and to not be able to smoke outside on the balcony was ridiculous. People should be able to bring or purchase ashtrays to keep from having cigarette buds all over the place.

It was clean and convenient

I it could use a better sofa. That was pretty uncomfortable. Also, there should be another trash can under the sink in the bedroom. It would also be nice if you could offer 2 parking spaces, or even be able to pay for an additional one.

Excellent place to stay with a family. Parking was easy and included. The pool was small but clean and they provide towels for you. The room was set up perfect with 2 tvs - one in each room, a full bathroom with a tub, a separate sink and mirror in a different area. The staff was so helpful and friendly! We have already booked the same room again for August. Definitely not a ‘high end’ hotel but you felt relaxed with children in it.

The walls were a little outdated and had some minor damage to them but didn’t take away from the room.

Excellent front desk service. The morning and afternoon front desk employees were exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to work with. Great job ladies! The coffee was pretty good too.

Not enough green space for our fury friend but we made due.
