We booked a 2 queen with street views. Was surprised to walk in and find that we had a separate living area and separate bedroom with a bathroom in the middle. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but it ended up being good. When we went out to the balcony to see what “street” view we were pleasantly surprised to actually get one of the views in the photos of the ocean and street.

The only bummer is that I do smoke cigarettes… it is a 100% non-smoking hotel. That’s fine I don’t care about smoking in the room but I always enjoy waking up making my coffee and sitting on the balcony to smoke my am coffee

i liked that the room was spacious and the walk to the beach was only 100 feet from the beach . and that there was on site parking .

I didn't like that the room was facing the street all the street noise could be heard from the room . and the cleaning in the rooms need to be done better , the floors were griddy , the carpets needed cleaned not just vacuumed. and the microwave and the fridge needs to be better cleaned . The pull out sofa also needs to be cleaned out there was sand and trash in the one in the room.

Great location! nice proximity to the beach, Crabcake factory downstairs, just about anything you could need across the street including Sunsations WaWa & Food Lion and a short walk to Northside park. Breakfast was adequate-muffins, donuts and fruit surprisingly amazing coffee! But all still got breakfast elsewhere. Was able to park under building in shade that’s a big + to me. Beds were comfy room was soundproof and had great blackout curtains.

The pool was pretty small and seemed cloudy, elevator was slow and a little sketchy. There were plenty of staircases but I was on the 5th floor .

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC definitely kept you cool and comfortable. I loved the views of the ocean and just the overall ease in parking and getting to the room. Overall with the price and polite staff, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wish the walkways were slightly wider in the upper levels, but it's not that big of a deal. The main thing I have a problem with is the hotel's Wi-Fi, It's absolute rubbish honestly. The Wi-Fi was super slow with finicky connectivity, however internet wasn't my main point of staying here so I really didn't mind.

Location is great, close to various restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice to be able to have a quick morning snack to grab to eat. Staff was friendly.and helpful. We stayed for three nights and were happy with our stay.

The noise from coastal highway can be loud at night.

The property was a great value for the location and cleanliness. I would stay again. I have to admit I was skeptical at first considering everything else in OC was a crazy $600 plus a night, but I am glad I read reviews and stayed here. It was a great place for a quick getaway trip. Staff were amazing and friendly. Pool was clean. Breakfast was a quick grab and go.

It was extremely noisy at night. It almost sounded like the front door was open to our room, but it wasn’t. The walls were also a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors. They were respectful and there wasn’t late night partying or anything, but we could hear them. However, once we put our fan on it drowned out the noises. I would recommend a fan or noise machine. Especially if you are a light sleeper.

The woman at the front desk was awesome. she was so helpful in so many ways. The beach was a close walk. The shower pressure was outstanding. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The rooms could be better sound proofed. We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking coastal highway. It was rough sleeping with the sirens and loud cars playing loud music. Every noise sounded like it was directly outside our door.

Compared to others, this hotel is excellent for what I got for what I paid. Looking for a one-night stay off-season, I was surprised that a hotels prices didn't go down. Booking this hotel was a little risky because some 2022-year-old reviews are too bad. The 2023 season has a lot of nice reviews. I am glad that the hotel met my expectations. A room was clean, and a bed was comfortable. A bathroom has a bathtub, which is a rare thing for now. So often, just a shower. There was a little complimentary breakfast with some coffee, bananas, and some bakery. We have enjoyed our time on the beach.

I liked the location and how close it was to the beach. The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was clean. The semi ocean view was great and the little local back road was nice cuz it wasn’t as busy as main road. The staff give you bags of ice that were great size as well!

The room we stayed in, 406, the latch lock was broken so I didn’t like that being with safety and all. Also didn’t have the cards that say “do not disturb” or “no cleaning please” so we had to make our own since they knocked for house keeping at 10 am everyday. There were also some ants in the bathroom but I wasn’t grossed out or anything just trying to leave a thorough review.

Never had the breakfast but I had seen banana ,muffin, bagel

Bed were clean floor u can feel the sand n tv was dusty the bedroom had a smell this my first time I experienced this in 5 years that I been staying there never had a issue but I just clean it n made the best of it.
