The beach was very nice and easily accessible from the hotel. You walk out back from the indoor pool area. It was clean & has a shower to remove sand when going back to your room. We had a king sized bed suite with a small kitchenette. We had a pool view, not a balcony. The room was nicely laid out and clean. Our room seemed to be newly renovated and was very nice. It was good to have the kitchenette for breakfast & lunch especially with the heat in the summer. The location was close to a few restaurants & received good recommendations from a blond gal at the front desk. She was very helpful.

I would have liked a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was a lot more expensive. We would go back to the hotel in the future. We wanted to use a cart to take our luggage to our room but you must se the young student bellhops. It’s nice for them to have a job but we prefer to move our own things.

The room views was amazing but could use screen door on the slider .beds are so comfy. Fridays bartender at pool was so kind . Loved the large shower with double show heads

No screen door on slider we had to leave it open in evening do to someone else smiling weed Saturday and our entire room smells . They sent security up to our room but no one checked to see here it was coming from . Need exhaust fan in bathroom and curtains on windows in living area.. also as we sat it bar by the pool we watch a large mouse running in the hut which is understandable with the cold n current remodeling the 2nd foor. Really miss the hot tubs out on the deck out side

Food is awesome!!!

Housekeepers at your door before check out one knock and then they enter! This east at 9:40. Also check in is at 5 pm now. So for them to expect you to leave earlier is insane!!

Loved Jessica at the front desk she was super helpful and friendly. Loved the indoor pool especially for this time of year.

The pool could be open a little later and they could serve food at the pool bar a little later.

We love how easy everything is. Parking and location are perfect. The beach is close and clean and there is food on location! This was our second year staying here and I'm sure we will be back! Food is great at both restaurants and the live music daily is nice! Not on the boardwalk, so it's quiet and leisurely! Highly recommend with kids or without!

Pack a broom- I know it's the beach but I wish there was a broom in each room! We had to ask to have the floor swept since we were staying for almost a week there is a lot of sand that comes in with you. I wouldn't mind sweeping a few times on my own. Not really a bad thing but that's the only thing I didn't like.

It was clean and stuff members were great

We didn’t have internet in our rooms which made it very difficult to do any work.

We love how everything is right there! The beach is steps from your hotel, the pool is indoors, which is great bc our weather was not the best, and there is a restaurant/bar onsite!

I only have a few complaints but they will not keep us from staying next year. Our complaints are that check in is not until 5pm, by then the day is basically over. Also, that the pool water is freezing and did not look so clear, the breakfast restaurant food was not great for the price, and that my mother in law, staying in another room, was having trouble with their tv(Netflix). She asked for help, they first said it was the remote, then told her “ well you can just watch Netflix on your phone”. That is not what you want to hear when you pay the price we did. She did not take that as an answer and literally in 5 seconds it was fixed.

We had a pool suite at pool level. It was extremely convenient because we were traveling with three kids ages 7, 3, and 10 months. We liked the room, beds were comfortable, plenty of space. The pool is great. It was truly heated and very spacious. The atmosphere in the atrium was like a sunny vacation. It didn’t feel like a hotel pool.

The stove needs to have instructions posted. We waited 45 min for a maintenance person to come and simply show us how to use it. When we checked out, we heard there were 6 other rooms with the same issue. The cooktop stove does not have traditional controls and is not intuitive. The maintenance person was nice and knowledgeable. Nonetheless, we had hungry kids waiting for breakfast. That part was frustrating and stressful.

This was a sweet find! The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and the amenities were great. We got a balcony with a pool view since it was calling for rain and there were no ocean view rooms left so next time maybe we will plan ahead and opt for an oceanfront room. We could also walk to any number of stores and restaurants since the hotel restaurant was closed. However the pool bar and snack bar was open and it was great! We will definitely come back.

My husband didn't care for the fact that beach access was from the second floor. It was no big deal. It just didn't make sense to his logical mind. Other than that, no complaints.

How clean the overall property was; the bar in the pool area, the size and and ties inside the room; the parking garage. Also, the fact that the pool closed at 10 and it was quiet meant we could rest peacefully inside the room.

Only two things - the king bed was quite firm, we didn’t get a good night sleep on it because we couldn’t really get comfortable. Secondly, many guests inside the pool area were just pigs! Eating and leaving food, band aids. and their towels on the floor around the pool area. The staff cleans everything well but I wish the guests would have some respect and pick up after themselves.
