I liked how it was close to the boardwalk and how you can get a good view of all the jeeps and cool cars passing by in the patio. Really nice staff too

The bed framings are for a size queen and the beds are NOT a size queen so the under frame was sticking out. We all had to be careful in the left bed corner because one wrong turn we could’ve bruised our legs. Also we came in with a 1 y/o that was learning how to walk and that wrong size metal frame sticking out was NOT safe. Also my other kid is a crazy sleeper and almost fell in THAT corner those metal things could have seriously harmed her. Room 18? I think it was

ALL STAFF were ALWAYS available, approachable, friendly and helpful. ALL facilities were clean, inviting and appeared well-maintained, including bathrooms, pool/pool area, balconies- even down to the the comfortable chairs & small tables placed outside of each room. There was plenty of hot water, and water pressure was not lacking, either! The AC was very effective. Balconies and pool areas are set up so nicely that it was actually a pleasure to lounge around outside while deciding what to do next or just waiting for the rest of your crew to get ready. The large wall-mounted smart TV was something I wouldn’t have thought to ask for but did appreciate.

I requested & viewed picture of room with 2 full-sized beds; however, my room had only 1 full bed and then a couch that barely fit in the room. The couch was comfortable and in good condition, though, so it wasn’t a deal-breaker for me. Were I overweight, I would’ve been uncomfortable in the bathroom and shower. Also, their very nice pool area is only open till @8/8:30pm. We would have liked to use their pool at nighttime.

It was so homey and friendly ❤️ I will stay here every time I go to the beach ❤️ a Beautiful Staff, Great location, great pool ,, with bar and coffee and doughnuts in the morning ❤️ everyone is smiling and laughing,, I slept like a baby ❤️❤️ it’s clean and cozy ,, I just loved it 😍 one block from beach and boardwalk,, Quickies is right on the corner for fresh doughnuts amazing coffee and great morning people watching 😂

The location was great close to the beach , pizza place next door stayed open late which was good, the room was clean the staff was amazing the air conditioner didn't work the first night but I told the staff and they put a brand new one in first thing in the morning !! For the most part it's a great place to stay 😊

The only complaints I have is the parking lot was tiny and you pay for a pass but non pass holders were parked there so I had to park in the street ... and the room had a smell to it not bad nothing a plug in couldn't fix

The motel is in a very convenient location. It is on 12th street and its right next to four seasons pizza which is great when you want good food but dont want to go far to get it or pay an arm and a leg for it. The pool is fantastic! Its a saltwater pool which we did not expect! Its not a big pool but its a small motel so its never really crowded. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didnt like is that theres no closet or space to hang up clothes. there was also no table to sit and eat food or just to sit at period. We travel with kids and sometimes just order dinner and eat in the room and I dont like for the kids to sit on the bed and eat so we brought the chairs from outside in the room with the little side table and let them eat, then put the chairs back outside when we were done.

I liked the office staff and management. The pool was awesome clean and the men running it was awesome. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and well kept up.

We had to clean our own rooms. I'm off the floors and swept, had to make our own beds because the maid refused to we took out our own trash and went and got new towels and sheets bedding as we needed them I think that they need better maid service, and my initial payment was high considering that I only had one room , 500 more could have gotten a apartment at the same place.

Booking has this motel listed as a place that accepts dogs (but they only accept dogs under a certain weight on the other side-and nowhere is the weight requirement listed-) Bill Robinson was the best, he was so accommodating and attentive and just such a joyful person. Dorett was very accommodating she salvaged our trip!!! Also Tina was so sweet and helpful, and such a great general manager!!!

Very nice gentleman at check in desk. Very personable. Great spot 1 block off the beach/boardwalk. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the Dunkin Donuts in the mornings. And the coffee. Very nice coffee Barista! Great price for prime time at the beach! Clean room.

Having to buy ice. Wish they had an ice machine.

Rooms were great, loved the layout with living room space and full kitchen. Balcony with seating was perfect for enjoying the day. Pool area was beautiful with lots of seating and a bar, very well maintained. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

Tiny bit crowded in bedroom and not the fanciest of rooms, but worked for our needs and still an excellent place to stay.

Staff super friendly and attentive, no complains at all. The location is excellent, super close from the board walk and many restaurants. It is clean,

Facility needs an update, with furnitures as well more maintenance. My bathroom was clean but the sink was loose, and the bathroom smell like cigarettes. Housekeeper cleaned before i went there. And i cam confirmed. It is just an old facility.
