Loved the hotel. Great location, right by the beach. Good towel service and key comforts in room. All the staf was pretty nice, and the food was not terribly overpriced like at many beach locations.

There is no reason a hotel with a rooftop pool should not have umbrellas for shade. Several guests noted at pool how they got burned. There is shade at tables on the other side of the rooftop. Yet if you want to be at the pool, you are "fully open". Umbrellas would make a nice experience great.

The hotel and room was very clean and beautyfully designed. The staff was friendly, they changed the far end room to be closer to the elevator for my 80 yrs young mom, thanks! and 1 person made it all stand out for me all along, who was Stacy at the breakfast. Every morning she carried the same smile, upbeat personality, encouragement, suggestions where to go and help with the breakfast choices throughout 4 mornings. She remembered us after the first morning, she is an exceptional gem in there for sure.

My bed was soft and mom's bed was better. The blankets were horrible for us but we found 1 other type of blanket what mom used, but i could not since was only 1 in there. The shower pressure was weak and sprinkled all over. The pool was definately not heated as advertised, but ok, I did not go in. It is a great stay but somehow just did not feel the warmth of it. It felt like a very cold place to stay and I do not mean it temp wise.

Fenwick Shores has a bright and beachy decor and is a short walk 5 minute walk away from the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and little stores (Matt's Fish Camp, Our Harvest, etc) The staff are very accommodating, especially Khia and Ambria and communicated with us the entirety of the trip to make sure we were comfortable. Khia helped to make our 8th anniversary very special! Ambria communicated with maintenance at our request. The hotel is also in close and straight shot driving distance to other beaches: Ocean City - 6 mins Bethany - 15 mins Dewey - 21 minutes Rehobeth - 30 minutes Fenwick Island is quieter than the other beaches. We were able to catch sunrise on the beach behind the hotel ☀️🌅

There's not much I didn't like.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, room size and layout (plenty of room)

Mooncussers restaurant always seemed closed. Often had to stand at bar to wait for staff to appear. They were, however, friendly and helpful. But information about ordering food, "in-room" service, etc, was vague. Bar was fine, but food quality was average. You could tell it was frozen them microwaved.

The closeness to many points of interest yet still outside of the main hustle and bustle. The kindness of all the staff members and the beautiful and comfy feel of the overall property. I will definitely stay here again, especially during the busier seasons where the beach is a more prime location to visit. Debbie's welcome smile and service truly made the stay just so perfect and Maria's cleanliness in setting the room for our stay was the cherry on top. Definitely stay here if you plan a vacation to the ocean city/fenwick island area.

Not really much to not like, maybe wider parking spots? Honestly everything was so nice I don't have very many if any complaints for my stay.

start breakfast before 8am! our rate included breakfast, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere to eat. we really wanted to get on the road sooner than we did but had to wait an extra hour for breakfast to be served.

l- the room, the shared spaces, our balcony , pool, free laundry etc. Some of the staff were genuinely so sweet and kind we felt like we were leaving friends

The only negative was breakfast which was expensive and pretty bad. Just skip that one and go to the bagel place down the street :)

Nice clean comfortable rooms! Had plenty of additional pillows, robes, towels, etc. Good location - few minutes from the beach and from some really good restaurants (Just hooked and Our harvest).

They seemed short staffed - the person at front desk was always in the back and we always had to wait for them, always rushing, gave us misleading info (maybe they misunderstood what I was asking about because they were rushing), authorized my credit card for different amount than the reservation amount without any explanation so after realizing that we had to inquire as to why? A little confusing breakfast package - food was good after we understood how it works but they were short staffed there as well and the lady manning that post was taking orders, making drinks, cooking food and working mornings and nights - she was amazing btw - superwoman running around and taking care of everyone!!!

Beautiful place and 1 block walk to beach. Provided rental option for chairs and umbrellas which were delivered to the hotel for convenience.

No breakfast included, small pool and gym

Re-visited this hotel w/ my daughter. It was where my husband and I would stay to visit a very sick friend mostly during the spring and fall. My husband passed away in February but I really wanted the convenience of your hotel and the memories of when we stayed previously. You didn't disappoint.
