All was perfect, we stayed in room 409, everything was prepared on time, me and my family had great time in this hotel, breakfast was delicious and many options to choose. I truly appreciate their hard work to make our stay safe and comfortable. Service was outstanding. Close to beach 5min walk. 30min drive to bigger cities like Ocean City or Rehoboth Beach for walmart shopping Highly recommend this hotel for families

Location was great

The amount booking quoted was $200 different them I ended up paying. There was over $100 in taxes, activity fees and then I was charged to park my car in the lot $25. I think that was ridiculous. Total cost should be advertised. Also the light switch for the bathroom is outside the room and behind the door when opened

The hotel location and proximity to the beach were very good. Rooms are clean, airy and comfortable, even if the mattress wasn't firm enough. We had a noise issue with our first room and requested a change the next morning. A helpful staffer and a manager went up themselves to ensure the new one was clean and ready.

The breakfast was typical travelodge fare, but they could have upped the freshness factor - powdered eggs and greasy potatoes were substandard. The tight space was hard to maneuver with so many families in the early hours. But the refrigerated juices and yogurts were a positive, as was the fruity water dispenser in the lobby. Extra fees were noted by previous travelers, so we knew we'd be paying more for our pup and nightly parking. Spending for housekeeping was a bridge too far.

The #1 reason I booked this room was for the daily voucher they offer for the rental of the beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs. They also offer a voucher to play mini golf at the place right next door. Everything else was also great! The room was spacious, clean, and has a small area with a fridge, microwave, Keurig and small sink. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, and the hot food was very good. There was a flavored water available 24/7 along with coffee and tea, and 2:00 pm they put out fresh baked cookies! Always delicious! They provide pool towels, and the pool area is very nice. There is even a bathroom with outside access from the pool area so you don't have to go inside. The staff was over the moon friendly. And they even leave two free alcoholic drinks in your fridge. I will be coming back to this location every year!

You have to pay $25 per night to park in their parking lot. The lot belongs to the hotel, so I'm not sure why they do that.

I was obligated to stay. Two days before leaving for my trip, I got a phone call stating that the hotel that I booked at was closed and that my reservation/ stay was moved to their sister hotel. If I had cancelled at that time. I would have been penalized. Now remind you, I booked the stay three weeks to a month in advance. I also requested a king room with full ocean view and I did not get that. The hotel was not accommodating to my disability walking from the south side to the north side for breakfast, gym , pool any of these things. The room was clean, the housekeeper was accommodating.

Very friendly and professional staff who helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. With a reasonably short walk we had access to the beach, vouchers for an umbrella and beach chairs are included. Our king room was very comfortable.

The breakfast offered each morning was not very good- charge less per night and offer coffee and pastries. Housekeeping does not clean rooms daily, so after a few days our room smelled musty from damp towels and sandy floor. The added daily parking fee is high at $25/day.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Infused water was an available all day and great cookies in the afternoon. The staff was very nice and helpful.. especially the guy at the desk on sept 17 when we checked out around 10 am.

The air conditioner developed a squeaky noise during the night which interrupted our sleep. They moved us to another room the next day. It was off season so we could cut through the property of the hotel complex across the street shortening the walk to the beach from about 6 blocks to about 2-3. Would like some variety in breakfast menu when staying several days.

Food was decent. Location was excellent! Beach chairs and umbrellas were included! Close parking!

No cleaning service so we had to clean our rooms daily and request towels and items daily. Parking costs-should have been free since we were responsible for all cleaning of the rooms.

While not ON the beach, this hotel is in a great location. It is an easy/short walk or bike to the beach. For a busy holiday weekend, the nearest beach access point was not nearly as crowded as the stretches to the left and right of us. I was surprised by the $25 a night parking fee. I grumbled about that for a bit, but the daily vouchers for the beach chairs, the free mini golf, and restaurant discount kinda made up for it. The included continental grab and go breakfast is also convenient but really basic. I also appreciated the big barrel of lemon water in the lobby, but I wish they used paper cups instead of plastic. The hotel pool is nothing fancy and right on the parking lot/road. The hotel is also conveniently located to an easily walkable CVS, bar/restaurants, Sandy Pony donuts, and a Dunkin Donuts. Our king room was spacious and quite comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, for sure.
