The rooms were clean and mostly updated. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking Dewey Beach and that the walk to just about everything including the beach was very short.

The pool was really cold. The trash can on the top balcony was overflowing by the last night we were there. The bathroom was a bit small and outdated. We could have used more surfaces or drawers in the bathroom for our stuff, but we made it work. We also could have used more places to hang towels besides the shower, like a few hooks on the door or wall

I loved that there are so many things in walking distance that I never had to drive. I love that it was pet friendly. Unfortunately, hurricane Erin ruined our stay, but as far as the property it was great.. The beds were super comfy. I was happy that we were able to get in a little earlier since I was traveling with a senior dog.

They're two pools but they're both very tiny. Our room had a little issue in the tile in the bathroom that seems to be mold. I alerted the manager. Other than that the staff was very accommodating.

The location between the bay and the ocean, right on the main drag, was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice and has an entrance to the coffee shop. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean with good pressure. Our room was a nice size, had a good refrigerator and microwave, a nice big window with a total blackout shade. There was good clock, and adequate furnishings.

Our room was right above the laundry so something was clunking at night. Although this does happen near the ocean, there was a lot of rust in the bathroom. It would’ve been nice to have something to put soap on in the shower and the light in the bathroom was incredibly bright. One other suggestions would be decaf coffee and tea in the lobby. These were all minor issues.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the proximity to pretty much everything we wanted to do on our vacation. It’s close to the beach, the bottle and cork, and tons of awesome restaurants. The staff was really welcoming and helpful as well! I’d definitely come back again in the future.

My only complaint is that I mush there were more places to hang damp or wet beach clothes. A couple of hooks or an extra towel bar in the bathroom would have been nice. We made do but it would have been nice.

Works perfect for our family and we can bring the dogs. It’s a major bonus and really what attracted us to the property in the first place. They don’t charge a ridiculous amount for our pets and it Keeps us coming back

We had a late checkout. Our checkout time wasn’t until 4 pm. We ended up leaving around 2, before I could even make it to the office to complete our checkout, the maid staff had already entered our room even with the do not disturb sign on the door.

Great place to stay, very comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Also, the hotel is located at the beach, and close to many bars and restaurants. You can drive to Rehoboth Beach area or walk through the beach (45 min walking).

You have to pay for parking, which got me off guard because usually you don't pay for parking in any hotels everywhere (unless the hotel does not have parking).

The location was amazing, couldn’t have been better. Nice deck to sit on above the coffee shop. Pool temperature perfect. Dog friendly

They would not allow us to have 2 parking passes although we paid the price for 4 adults and drove separately from the couple we stayed with(as I’m sure most do). Even though the hotel had lots of room availability, and we offered to pay extra as well. Lots of empty parking spots so it shouldn’t have been an issue to get another one.

The puppy potty patch flooded so bad my golden was beside himself. They need to put a rm # on the car ID. If there is a problem with a vehicle on the lot, they know who to contact immediately.

This place was close to the beach so no looking for parking which is a plus. Also close to alot of restaurants and plenty to do. This was by far the best place I have stayed at.

I didnt like no elevator. Wasn't really thinking about it but it when i booked. Was tough for my husband to go up and down recently finding out he has a dying illness. Over all made the best of it . Still a great hotel. Can't wait to stay here again.

The location is a short walk to the beautiful ocean, saw the ocean sunrise 🌅 every morning, breath taking 🥰 The room is very comfortable with the large bed with a most comfortable mattress and linens Liked the sofa and table in the king room and the arrangement of the bathroom Had our breakfast and dinner on the patio and gazebo, with the sunset, lovely A most enjoyable time and the staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly David
