This is a comfortable basic motel. Clean, carpet and bedding appeared to be newer and well cared for. Had a fridge and microwave. We had a little trouble with the TV but the proprietor called a handy man immediately and it was resolved. I am an artist and not looking for glamor and perks. This motel fit my needs and we likely will book here again (if I get into the art show next year). Many thanks for your courtesy and professionalism.

The motel was conveniently located to where we wanted to stay. Rooms were clean, bedding was a little rough. The staff saved some things left in the room and called us to retrieve That's excellent customer service!

I don't have any complaints. The bedding was well used. But it was clean.

Pretty much everything was great the rooms were exceptional for a Motel, The staff didn’t bother you, they had a fire stick and all the necessities. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 was because there were some bugs/Roaches that I saw a couple times.

The roaches but maybe it was just my room.

It was a wonderful and friendly place they were very polite and very respectful in every way the people of surrounding it the staff was excellent and it was right in the position of where I need to be it was comfortable and lovely to be in plan to be there again

Staff were great, close to the beach, groceries, gas. Etc. Pool was really nice. I would book again.

Room had the smell of cigarettes but we were given spray and it cleared up.

Quiet location. Staff was awesome!

TV remotes were old and broken. One had the batteries kept in by paper and tape. My room included a bar height table and chairs. A regular chair would have been helpful.

It’s close to everything we needed, friends and restaurants.

Well, overall all was good till the night before check out, tv would freeze up for several seconds then be normal. No, we didn’t bother the front desk.

We were skeptical because it's a small off the road Motel and we'd just checked out of a Howard Johnsons and it was so disgusting. When we walked in we were greeted right away , checked in and on our way . Right next to the pool as planned . Room was feshly cleaned . The pizza shop in walking distance was a bonus . Not 6o mention a Grotto Pizza 1/4 mile up the road . Grotto Pizza originated from my neck of the woods , Wilkes Barre area so that was a HUGE BONUS . Childhood memories. . A+ to this motel .

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great coffee in the office . The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great AC.

Room could use a face lift. Needs a little more lighting.

This was the first time we stayed in the back of the motel. It was a bit noisy from time to time.
