The staff was the best. The staff found us a room early even though we did not pay for early check in but arrived early. That was very very nice. The two sisters at the desk were absolutely wonderful. The housekeeper lady was also very nice and upon leaving my pillow by accident she ran out to the parking lot to give it to me before I left! Thank you so much we had a very positive experience. Walk to the beach was super short and perfect.

Room could have been a little cleaner, surfaces like the table were sticky, but overall we were very happy and will come again. Booking.com said parking was included staff said it was not but did not have us pay it due to the discrepancy. That issue definitely needs to be fixed because we use booking.com all the time and I don't like to be surprised by extra fees when I get to the hotel. (As I said staff was great and didn't make us pay)

I was disappointed they charged $12 for parking at check in. My confirmation states " parking is included in the reservation fee" On the website it also stated parking and wifi inckuded. Nice place, but I could have stayed elsewhere and saved a few bucks on the parking fee. Also, housekeeping entered the room at 9am without warning- no knock or anything. Check out was at 11am, so I felt a violated having the door opened while while still in bed.

The location was just 2 minutes away from the beach - walking distance. There was a pool at the hotel. There are all sorts of restaurants within walking distance. Rehobeth Beach is nearby. Tangier outlets are nearby.

Some of the areas in the hotel room need attention. The clock was broken. The lampshade is torn on the inside. The knobs on the shower need to be removed because it was caked up red and black mold that I could not wipe off. There was mold in the corners in the bathroom of the shower. There was no iron or ironing board. We needed to know that was no room service.

1-STAFF WAS NICE, 2- CLEAN ROOMS,,,,TOWELS,BEDDING, SHOWER , 3- Plenty of nice clean towels. 4- Soap and Shampoo dispensers on wall in shower., Tub plug actually worked enabling you to fill the tub. ⭐️Hot water. 5- Nice set up racks in room to hold luggage and clothing. 6- Close to Pizza and Sub shops. NICKS PHILADELPHIA CHEESESTEAK . The Philadelphia cheesesteak was very very good then two nights later we got the meatball sub. It was lousy,,, the meatballs taste like those ones you buy in a bag and the sauce wasn’t good either. WThe jumbo sub cost about $23 and we ended up throwing half of it away. In all fairness we did not try the pizza or any other subs but I’m sure they’re probably good. 7- It was about a 100 yard walk to the beach ( NOT BAD ) 8-When I ordered hot peppers I thought I as going to get REAL PEPPERS. They gave me two little containers of that red chopped hoagie SPREAD., ****** Note. Good parking ,Also they are remodeling and changing their name to BLOCK PARTY

1-No coffee maker. So remember to bring coffee singlets ( like tea bags) 2- Wish the TV had the ROKU app so I could connect with my home DVR 3- Fridge was to small , it did not have a top freezer shelf. 4- Pillows were terrible, “FLAT AND HARD “ Bring your own pillow from home. 5- Pool had cold water.

From the beginning of the booking all the way till checking out, the three young ladies at the front desk were amazing. Helpful, friendly accommodating just made me feel extremely welcomed.

A little bit outdated it is a motel but for a motel I thought it was absolutely fantastic. I was there off-season and also a Sunday Monday and so it was perfect quiet wonderful

The staff at check-in were so pleasant and personable even though the lobby was being renovated and they were temporarily placed in a small room. Location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable and nicely set up. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I can think of, and it's more a preference, is the size of the bathroom. It was a bit small and there was no tub. But, again more a preference not an issue and it definitely will not keep me from coming back.

Excellent location near the center of town and very close to the beach with ample free parking. There are several restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated in cheery colors. The staff was friendly, although they did fail to replace a light bulb after I had told them it was burned out. Overall it was a very good value for a hotel located so close to the beach.

The staff could have been more attentive about fixing discrepancies after they had been reported.

Super close to everything. We could walk everywhere. Checkin/checkout process was easy. Staff were all very friendly. Microwave & mini fridge in room. Coffee was provided in the lobby. The bar across the street has live bands playing until late….it’s very loud. We didn’t mind it at all but if you don’t like loud noise you may not want to stay here.

Floors felt very damp.

It was close to a concert we were attending and walking distance everywhere. Great distance from the beach and the pool was a great place to relax.

Shower water was good one day. Doors locked quickly after online check out and needed someone to let us back in at 10:30a after a trip to the car to pack.

The room was well designed with very efficient use of space. The front office staff was friendly and accommodated our request for a (slightly) early check-in as well as a room on the upper floor. We were very pleased with how clean the room was given that we arrived at a very busy time. Parking was easy. The beach access was excellent.

We would have appreciated a broom/dustpan for managing sand tracked into the room. Some fold out racks for hanging up wet clothing and towels would have been nice (we brought our own). No coffee maker in the room.
