Clean. Comfy bed. Black out shades. Nice shower with great water pressure. Room a/c, heat, fan unit. 2 elevators. Great location; close to airport and I-5. Airport shuttle even at 8 pm, then back to airport to rent a car at 9 am! Plentiful breakfast; fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, multiple bread options, fruit, hot oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, juices. Comfortable, clean table area. 24 hour hot coffee, hot chocolate machine in lobby. Area in lobby with nice assortment of snacks, drinks for purchase. Clean pool. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Commode very low. If you're older with knee issues, you may want an ADA room.

I don't usually stay in Best Westerns when I travel, but we went to the Taylor concert in Vancouver, and this was just a quick one-nighter. I live about 4 hours away from Vancouver and wanted a place to change clothes pre-concert and sleep, so I didn't have to drive all the way back that night. It was clean, the beds were comfortable (although the pillows could be better), and the staff was nice. It was a better experience than what I would've expected from a Best Western. If you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a place to put your things, sleep, and have friendly staff, this is your place. Definitely would book here vs other like hotels.

Good location and plenty parking. Beakfast was excellent, very well prepared: fresh products and attentive to details. All the facility looked well organized and clean. Seems to be very well managed.

The bedroom had a good bed, but two design problems: 1. Wall Heater/Cooler was all inside bedroom ( Including compressor), which made much noise and was very uncomfortable at night. 2. Closet was so small that we couldn't keep anything inside. It was even difficult to close it, because of the hangers inside.

Location was fine, my bed was kind of saggy I kept sliding off to the side so I had to sleep across the bed sideways to feel secure. My daughter liked her bed though. It was very clean, we were only there over night and had plans for breakfast with friends so didn't eat anything there. $225 is a lot of money for a place to crash one night. I guess the cheaper places are full of druggies and have security walking around all night.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had everything plus a fancy coffee machine. An hour after checking out I realized I wasn't wearing my ring, called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to look for it, found it, called me! That's good service!

Great breakfast! Kids loved the waffles. Location was good off the highway, close to gas stations. Staff were very nice & accommodating. Clean room, comfy beds, hot showers. It was perfect for our family during a local soccer tournament. I booked online late at night for a discount rate & check in was quick & easy! Life saver for us in a pinch.

The location was good but some sketchy characters close by. They stayed away from the hotel but I didn’t go out at night.

Great Breakfast. A Lady kept it clean and food topped up. The area was open off of the Foyer and lots of light. The room carpet appeared clean. The linen on the bed smelled fresh. Our two grandsons enjoyed the outdoor pool as it was heated.

We stay here several times a year and the mattresses are getting close to needing to be replaced. I always get one that I either roll to the edge or into the middle and I have trouble climbing out or moving back up from the edge.... Makes for an uncomfortable night. The bathrooms are staring to look worn. We had a spot of mould starting in the tub/shower area. The corners in the bathroom floor area need a clean.

Housekeeping was exceptional - appreciated the clean room each day and thought put into it.

The toilet did not work great. Seemed to barely flush when we arrived and then plugged on us the next morning. I've traveled for years with kids (did not have any kids this trip) and have never plugged a hotel toilet until this trip!

While visiting Bellingham, I stayed in three hotels, Best Western Plus was the best so far for the money value , Internet connection, and having a beautiful work space as well. I really like that we have a coffee machine to be used 24/7 in the lobby with amazing options. Having the printer in the lobby as well is a plus Staff are really amazing and welcoming. Breakfast as well is good. I really liked my stay here , and if I visit Bellingham again, this will be my place to go and stay

All was good

First off - the lemon cookies and an invitation to have some! The front desk staff was wonderful - they opened a bottle of wine for us - we couldn't get the cork out! Next, the heated pool - just what we needed to relax at the end of the day. The beds were excellent. The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel - love the machine with coffees, hot chocolate, vanilla latte, etc. Wished we could have stayed longer and hope to come back!

only one little complaint - the standing lamp was too bright to turn off if someone is sleeping.
