The beds were comfortable, it was a large flat, the kitchen was brand new. The oven, microwave and washing machine worked well. There was a large sofa a TV with Netflix channel and free WiFi. There was a large balcony. It's in a quiet aerea with supermarkets and a market hall. The metro station is served by the Piccadilly line.

The building didn't have a lift. Our flat was on the first floor. There was no air conditioning but electric fans. It's far away from the city centre.

Great location, nice, clean and calm suburb of London, easy access to subway (30 minutes to central London), closeby supermarket. Well equiped kitchen, incl. dishwasher tabs, etc.

The sofa which was counted as a bed for one of the persons should not be used for that purpose. Extremly hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other beds were nice and comfy to sleep on. Missing shampoos and showergel which were supposed to be there based on the room description (but no problem to buy at Morrison´s)

Nice quiet location, close to underground, bus stops and shops. Enough space for our family of four,well equipped.

I somehow expected someone to meet us at the entrance, had to make phone call to find out number of the locker with keys. could have been provided online..?

A short (10-15 minute) train ride from London central and on the Piccadilly line do ready for Heathrow connections. This was our second stay at this property, first one was 5 years ago. Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed (but awful pillows). Washing machine and dishwasher. Communication with property management was efficient and helpful through WhatsApp.

Pillows were horrible, flat, hard. No clothes airer or other clothes drying options. Limited power outlets in bedroom (lots elsewhere but I like to charge my phone overnight ready for the next day but also use it as a clock and light source). Traffic is a bit noisy especially if having the windows open at night. Mostly minor inconveniences only.

The host initially wanted to meet us in person, but we arrived quite late, and they instead provided lock box details over SMS which turned out to be quite convenient. The property was well-located, near to a high street, a tube stop, and a number of buses. We also were able to walk up to Alexandra Palace and see the fireworks for NYE.

It would have been good to know about the option to access the lock box earlier, as this made arrival a bit stressful having to get international roaming working first and get these details.

Clean, close to public transport, and a good size. Kitchen was functional, but lacked a few plates/glasses etc. but ok. Bed was comfy, sofa bed a little small but ok for the kids.

It was hot. 30 degrees in London and the windows had the sun all day. Meant it was very hot and being London you can't open the windows if you need a quiet night. However, fairly certain that 90% of all the flats in London have this problem! It was a characterless flat, not a problem as for us it was a place to sleep only.

I had mentioned the trip to London was a birthday gift for my sister and they left some flowers and a card for her, which was very thoughtful. The location is great, quick walk to Piccadilly Line. Central heating

The table on the terrace was filthy and the chairs were all broken. The listing says they provide toiletries, but we got one tiny shower gel and one tiny shampoo for 4 women and three nights. We had to go out and buy more. No coffee maker

The property was easy to reach, clean and ready for our arrival. The host showed us around and was easy to contact if you have any issues. It’s a 20minute walk to ally pally with a shop en route. Wood Green and Alexander palace tube stations are a 5 minute walk so super convenient Would definitely stay again.

The only issue we had was the beds were pretty uncomfortable, both pillow & mattress are solid. So I’d say maybe bring your own pillow if you want a decent nights sleep. All down to personal preference though.

Almost everything was good so hate to point out negatives but I think they are worth pointing out below. The apartment was great and we’d stay here again, but a few improvements are needed.

I asked for a cot for my 2 year old which I was told would be provided but wasn’t. I enquired close to my trip to confirm the sofa in the living room converted into a sofa bed. They confirmed that it did but didn’t leave any bedding for it. On arrival, the handle to the bedroom window was left broken, as if maybe a cleaner or someone had accidentally done it. We repaired it ourselves. Finally, the furniture on the lovely veranda was very rusty. Again, not keen on letting my 2 year off near this. Patio sets are cheap as chips and I would suggest replacements are looked into.

Much bigger rooms than expected from the photos, nice livable terrace, and quite near to buses, underground and supermarket/coffee shops. The area around is green and wide, not crowded, so quite relaxing.

Few amenities and some noise during the night (from the building, might have been other people or just rain)
