The location was perfect. Everything I wanted to do was close at hand and there were plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby and it was very quiet, so much quieter than I thought it would be. I loved my stay there and will stay again if I return to Ann Arbor.

Elevators: fast. Breakfast is good if you think american.

Entrance is so ordinary and cheap. No hot tub, no sauna. AC programmed weird way: either it cools, but if overcooled it immediately starts heating even it is 90 degrees outside that way it worked all the time.

Breakfast was simple but very decent. Coffee and sandwiches were good. Location was very convenient. It was perfect to walk around in Univ of Michigan campus.

Little kitchen inside the room was good. But it was hard to fall asleep due to the noise of refrigerator. Shower drainage was bad.

Very nice place to stay! The Residence Inn was very accommodating, Every staff member we encountered was friendly. We walked to and from events. We are already planning another trip!

Great hotel for visiting Ann Arbor and UMich. Walk everywhere. Great breakfast, indoor pool, great staff. Highly recommend!

Parking is clumsy as it's across the street in a separate parking lot. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Very nice efficiency for hearing impaired. Sturdy and comfortable furnishings. Deluxe bed.

Was a little nervous about parking overnight in a garage around the block. But it all worked out.

Wish the little store sold small packs of fresh milk to use for tea / coffee in the rooms - had to buy very large pack from local store. That said, the staff were so helpful and got us a cup of milk from the breakfast room even though it was late in the evening and they had to unlock the breakfast room - felt really bad they went to so much trouble but shows what a great place this is!

Good location. Lovely suite with good facilities. Car parking was easy in garage next door
