They generously let us check in several hours before 3:00. The first night, the property was empty except for us--bliss! We got prompt attention when one of the door locks didn't work, after hours for them. Even after the property filled up, there the many outside areas made it feel spacious. the wine bar was lovely! every single employee was great, especially Kayla and Brittany. The others whose names I didn't know were also great.

It's a shame I couldn't take a fitness walk right out the door--it's on a busy road with no places. I would absolutely go there again, though. You can't beat the well-planned places to sit outside and read!

It was very comfortable and cozy, everything was clean. It had a really nice outdoor area.

I think having the room refreshed daily without having to say would have been nice. At least for towels and trash. When we asked for it to be done, they did do it and it all worked out.

Nice throwback to an earlier, simpler time with all of the modern amenities you'd expect. Charming property, especially nice patio/fire ring (though it was not on) & gazebo area outside. Nice staff, however the front desk closes at 5:00PM- so get there a bit early and settled in before they leave for the evening. Very nice stay!!!

It was a little over a mile from Whiskey Row. Unfortunately, it was hot, so we only walked into the square for breakfast. The wine bar located on site was excellent. The room (Mesquite) was large and comfortable and the windows must have been reinforced to keep out the road noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When it said breakfast included, I honestly figured it would be scrambled eggs or Danish. The breakfast was great! Everything was made fresh and wasn't your usual fare. It was a French breakfast. The cook came out and told us what everything was, though I don't remember what he called it. The cream on the "starter" of berries and watermelon was freshly made, and delicious. My family had 3 rooms; they were all different. The thing all of them did have were Keurig's with a variety of pods, both coffee and tea. One of the rooms even had a small kitchen and a fireplace.

The beds were a bit hard. Other than that, the rooms were great.

The room was really awesome! Spacious and very comfortable. Nice porch to relax. A pleasant surprise was a night of music. Low key and added relaxation. I had a nice glass of wine from the wine bar on property., Listened to music right from the porch of my room. Loved it!

Everything was awesome!

It's a lovely, historic property. The newly added wine bar is really very nice. Also serves food to go with the wine experience.

Our cottage was small but we'll appointed. I would say with a little touch paint it would be even better. 😄

Preskett Pines has the great feel of a country inn. although it was too cold for us to sit outside, the outside sitting areas were lovely and the room we stayed in the first night had rocking chairs outside the front door. Lots of trees made for a outdoor feel to the whole property.

I can’t think of anything as a negative. For other people, the fact that there is not staff at the hotel 24 hours a day might be an issue, but it was no problem for us.

My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The hotel was very responsive to any questions I had. Check-in and out were seamless. We will stay again and also recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful property - we love the Pines. Everything is clean and neat.

The air conditioner was really loud and difficult to get the right setting. Same with the shower (difficult to get a comfortable temperature)- but overall everything was fine.
